I will never visit this location ever again. I made a complaint back in April 2020 when staff were cursing from kitchen over my order. I never received a response from management. Yes, COVID-19 has been stressful on the food industry for many reasons, but the behavior of the staff the day I last visited was inexcusable. I called at 1:50 to see what time they stopped seating customers and the manager Travis said repeatedly in a harsh voice we close at 2:30, I asked again what time do you stopped seating customers he said again we Close at 2:30. I arrived at 2:07 walked in a stood at the front, there were 3 tables, with customers some of which had not received their food. Debbie finally came and stated are you placing a to go order, I told her no, I needed to be seated, she said we close at 2:30, I said is a problem for me to be seated? She said no.. she walked and seated me towards the kitchen. Another server black heavy woman in jeans looked very harsh at my son as he walked over to the table, whom happen to join me from Hillsboro High at 2:15, I turned around and noticed Debbie was making the same making the same harsh face in the kitchen, my son stated mom let's go it's clear they don't want to serve us. She then asked are you ready to order? We then stated to her it obvious you are ready to leave and don't want to serve us. The manager Travis, at front never greeted us or thanked us for coming in. I asked him him name to make sure it was the same person I had spoken with on the phone. I get that it was 30 mins before closing, however just state we are no longer taking customers instead of treating customers like shit! read more

Terrible service. Dropped of a coffee pot at the table but never brought a mug. I asked politely for a mug (twice) and the waitress took a coffee cup off of the dirty table, from previous patrons, next to us and handed it to my mother. Disgusting and rude. read more

The first time we came here it was okay it had recently opened and seemed like they had to iron out the glitches. Have been here a couple of time since. Came here with some guests for brunch, one of our out of town guests did not have her ID on her. (Grandmother) Obviously she was older than 21. Wondered whether the server was old enough to even take an order for a drink. The server lacked people skills and went and got the manager, who was even less social. We didn't need to be condescended to nor did we want our brunch purchased for us all we wanted was to have cocktails with our brunch. This is the south after all. THERE IS NO PLACE IN THE RESTAURANT OUTSIDE OR IN OR ON THE MENU THAT SAYS YOU REQUIRE ID. NO MENTION ABOUT THIS RULE. Normally we wouldn't have cared but since we were together for a long weekend it was unacceptable. If this is a rule in your establishment then post it. Probably the worst food/experience. It took 20 minutes before someone greeted our table, and we had to ask for a server. The iced coffee tastes like one of those glass bottle Starbucks drink and orange juice is not fresh. Fast forward 40 minutes, we finally got our food. I opened my omelet and it had four slices of rotten avocado. The server noticed and immediately took the plate away, so I couldn't get a picture. My sisters waffle was flimsy and smushed and she had to grab a bottle of syrup off a dirty table because our server was nowhere to be found. I had to ask them to take it off my bill and they didn't apologize. We completely lost our appetites. I do not recommend this place. Tables all around us were being given their food, despite the fact that they sat down 20 minutes after us. The man at the front checking people in was incredibly rude and displayed a poor attitude. Had a very important client with me today and even bragged about how much he would love the place but instead was paired with a server who couldn't have cared less about our experience. We have one of these near our office in St Louis so I was happy to try it here when it was near another appointment we had. Overall it was fine. Food was good but hardly amazing. Breakfast is a no brainer to cook and serve. In this case eggs and toast and everything else was cool. Bread was drenched in butter and waiter slouched off to get some new toast. This location is by far my favorite place to eat breakfast. It is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly, and the food is amazing. My eggs were cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. As a whole my plate looked like something out of a magazine. My server was very polite and had a welcoming personality. I didnt have to wait long for anything, even though they were busy. I ordered the loaded smoked salmon bagel on a toasted everything bagel. There was almost NO salmon on it. I called the waitress over and showed her. She must have been new because she didn't know what it was suppose to look like she said.She took it back and brought it back with a few more pieces of salmon. I walked in with a party of 2 at around 10:30, where the beginning of a brunch rush were forming around us. We had previously tried another breakfast spot that had a longer wait time, so we decided to stick with FW when the host informed us it would only be around 10-15 minutes for a table. We checked in on our progress in line with the NoWait app, but it literally never moved. We never got a confirmation text. This wouldn't be such a big deal if we didn't watch 5 parties of 3-4 come in, put their name down and then get immediately seated. This went on for 30 minutes, with the host coming up to us twice and saying she didn't know where we were on the list or that she had mistakenly thought we would be seated. When I went up to check, 35 mins after we had been waiting, she told me again we were next when 4 other names were in front of us on her iPad screen. I get it - things get chaotic right after you open a new place. I manage at a restaurant and have hosted for many years. The part that got really frustrating was how it became abundantly clear that they were quoting 2-tops a short wait and then making them wait almost double that time to get 3-5 tops sat instead. I know that's a more efficient and cost-effective way of seating, but it just added to the chaos today. After 45 mins, we got led to a bare table, sat down with no menus and finally got to order food. We ordered right away, waited around 20 mins and I received one plate of our food. We ordered three things and they each came out separately, by a different person who had no idea where our other things were, all about 5 minutes apart. Our poor server even tried to come back and drop the check off when she had been told we had received our food, but we had not. Thankfully, our server and a passing manager I made eye contact with saw how frustrated we were with both seating and the food. I understand this place has just opened, but my experience today was chock-full of miscommunication. The host stand needs much better organization and communication when in the middle of a rush. Our server graciously got our bill covered for us, but that can't be the solution every time. Communicate with the guests about what's happening to them and I would encourage a manager to step in at the host stand more often to help sort out any confusion about what parties to seat next. Very disappointed with food quality. The frittata rustica did not resemble any frittata I've had in the past. It was a flat patty--appeared to be premade with no flavor whatsoever. I have had better experiences @Cincinnati & Alabama locations. What I have found is that the chef at these chain restaurants really determine how good the food really is. read more

Was so excited to find there was a breakfast place in GH minutes from my house. Excited stopped there. Staff was friendly, but our service was awful. They were busy, but not completely full. Our waitress completely disappeared after taking our order. No cream for my coffee, no water glass. When the food came two of the three adults at the table were very disappointed. My BLT Benedict had maybe one slice of bacon, a sliver of avocado (and avocados are plentiful and inexpensive right now), 2Tbs of Hollandaise and a non ripe tomato. Oh and the eggs were not done! The greens had no dressing and were tasteless. My friends tacos again had wafer thin slices of avocado and by the time we found a manger and got more the shells were soggy and stuck to the plate. Waited 15 mins for the server to come back after getting the check and telling her we were finished. Finally had to check out at the hostess station. Not sure I'll go back, found it overpriced for the quantity and quality of the food and the service needs some serious improvement. read more

Up a tick from previous visits. Absolutely 5 stars for the food and cheerful service from everyone. Even on a crowded Sunday, we were waited on quite quickly, and our food came out relativly fast, hot, and exactly what we ordered. However, very disappointed in a few of the staff. We were told it was policy that all employees wear masks, and most complied. But there were just a few who either weren't wearing masks, or had them pulled down below their noses or hanging around their necks. Unfortunately, our table was in direct line to the kitchen so most of the staff contiously passed by us. One elderly server with long blonde hair wore no mask at all. I'm sorry, but the pandemic is still going on, and the Delta variant can cause serious illness to vaccinated and unvaccinated alike. If a staff member has a medical excuse, or flat out refuses, then don't allow them out onto the floor. It's really that simple. read more
