Tucked inside the food court at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw, next to Sbarro. We tried the basics - fried catfish, fried shrimp and Snapper with sides. The fish and shrimp were prepared well and tasted fresh. Collards had good texture, but I found them a little salty compared to the red beans and rice that were slightly under seasoned. When we return, we'll try Po' Boys. I've never tried any other location of this chain, but this experience would make me willing to try others.

40 bucks for 3 pieces of fish and 1 side is crazy work. And the fish was cold and salty. Sorry.

I didn't like the seasoning. I would suggest someone open a REAL fish fry, like the old "You buy it, we fry it" spots.

Wow the flavor combination was insane, and it was different than other tuna salads I've had. I highly recommend trying it. We also got two drinks which were deliciouss!! Pro tip: I really recommend coming here for drinks and light app and then trying the Cento Pasta bar since the food there was amazing as well. Side note: they were super amazing and allowed us to bring our drinks over to the Cento pasta bar next door for our reservation.

The food is rather priced high for the quantity of food, which is comparable to two bites. The raw bar's menu is also very limited, especially for substantial food, so have your expectations set before attending. Food standouts were the hamachi crudo and spicy pomodoro pasta. The flavors and textures in the crudo were refreshing and I enjoyed the grapes that added a sweet flavor to the rather acidic bite. The pasta's sauce was very comforting and the pasta was a great vessel to give pops of sauce in each bite. I wish that the dishes had a bit more substance to it, given the price. However, the oysters were kinda letdown. The oysters didn't have much flavor and the sauce they provided was very 1D. The strawberry tiramisu was fun and interactive to flood the cake with sauce. It tasted exactly like the nostalgic strawberry shortcake popsicle. Given the $16 price point, I wish there was some fresh strawberry included and taste a bit less like artificial strawberry milk. The bathroom can also be a photo spot, as it looks like you're in a cave. However, it was very dark inside. Luckily, I found some toilet seat covers from inside the wall? LOL Otherwise, the service was fantastic and attentive. Parking is either valet or street parking which isn't hard to find in the neighborhood, just requires a little bit of walking. The interior and exterior was transformative and teleports you to Greece. Definitely go if you want to experience the aesthetics with a taste of food.

The line went outside the building, but it moved decently fast. After ordering you get a number and they will deliver the food to your table. I got a variety of their tacos. Each taco had a unique twist to it, and tasted really good. They also had a cool black tortilla which had a nice texture. I especially like the fried fish one as it had a mellow yet delicious flavor. I also got their cheap chips, and that as well worth the price. Definitely give this place a shot. It does match up to the hype.

The kanpachi tostada was also great, and the uni with scallop was a nice pairing. Fish tacos were good but not as memorable as the raw dishes. Also tried the smoked kanpachi taco but again not outstanding compared to the raw seafood. Their sauces were also good but spicy! The light brown one had a unique flavor to it and was my favorite but also the spiciest so be aware. Price - On the higher end as expected from a Michelin 1 star, but the quality on the raw dishes justifies it. Wouldn't say every dish is worth the price, but most of them were good. Ambience - This is a food hall setup, you order at the counter, get a number, and they'll bring your food to you. Lines can get long, especially since it seems busy most days now. If the wait isn't worth it, there are other solid-looking vendors in the same food hall to check out. Parking - Small paid lot on site, or street parking nearby. It's also next to a DMV in which you can park after 6pm-ish (would double check the signs)

As we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by beautiful decor, a clean environment, and a pleasant, fragrant smell that immediately gave us the impression of a well maintained establishment. Since we were a little skeptical about eating raw seafood, we did our research beforehand and decided to visit after seeing the restaurant recommended by @itshelenmelon on Instagram. The food was exceptionally good! We ordered the live uni and spicy marinated crab, which came with a delicious selection of banchan. The uni was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The spicy marinated crab was equally delicious, with no unpleasant or off flavors--everything tasted fresh and high-quality. The crab was very meaty, and every time we squeezed a piece, we got a generous amount of meat from it. As wonderful as the food was, what truly made our experience memorable was our host, Ted. Since this was our first time trying these dishes, we weren't sure how to eat everything or how to combine all the different side dishes to enjoy the meal as intended. Ted patiently and sincerely explained everything to us. He spoke in such a calm and welcoming manner, never made us feel rushed, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. It is rare to receive this kind of thoughtful service at a restaurant--where you genuinely feel that the person helping you cares about your experience. Ted truly deserves recognition for making our first visit so special. Because of the delicious food, incredible freshness, and exceptional hospitality, we highly recommend Han Sun Saeng. We will definitely be coming back, especially because there are still so many other items on the menu we would love to try!

They went out of their way to arrange the dishes in the table to make it look presentable. They were very helpful when they were explaining how to eat the food to maximize enjoyment. Everything was so fresh and so good. The seafood was incredibly fresh. The seasoning and the flavors was delicious. Usually soy marinated crabs are too salty to enjoy but they didn't over do it here. Same thing with the soy marinated salmon. I loved how they gave us the heads of the crabs so you can mix rice and sesame oil in it for a delicious umami bowl bursting with flavor. I've tried tons of different raw marinated crabs from different restaurants and grocery stores, but this place does it the best. If there's anything that's an absolute must try, it's the live uni bowl. I absolutely loved how they used different roe to add a salty component to bring out the umami flavor more.
