Either way the floors were filthy in the pickup area .....wet floor signs were present but they were not so much wet as they were greasy and dirty as if they were not properly cleaned the day before. I wish there was a different one on my way to the government compound as I would avoid this one altogether, the service this morning was definitely not on par with their usual and with this location that seems to be the norm. The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.
