One thing that was consistent across my three visits, however, was the feeling that the place is always understaffed, so things tend to move slowly. I'm not sure this is the case, it's just the feel you get when it happens the times you visit. This is a bit of a double-edged sword though, since it's such an easy place to just want to sip and nibble slowly while delving into conversation. I created this account today because of how horribly I was treated at this destination, never in my life have I ever thought I would need an account. If i could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I came here on sunday 5/28 at around noonish and was met by a rude short hispanic woman (wearing a red shirt dear Mr.Manager I talked to this morning) and you know I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she's having a bad day right? But no everything got worse I'm waiting for my order watching the kitchen and what do I see the same woman not changing her gloves at stations and more importantly not changing them while handling raw meat. That was the final straw and because I was mortified and didn't want to cause a scene I threw the food away as soon as I got it. So I called this morning 5/29 and asked to speak to the manager to notify them of the issue so they could correct it, what I was met by was an irate, rude, and in all deplorable man who claimed to be the manager. he projected onto me as if I were lying saying that the hispanic woman wasn't there that only two people named Elizabeth and Melina were there. Maybe the rude hispanic woman was one of them I don't know but I do know that when I was there, there was only one white woman, a heavier hispanic man, and the rude woman. So clearly if she wasn't there Mr. Manager and there were only two women working, you're lying. I cannot fathom how this business is still running when this is how you treat customers. I encourage no one to ever eat here again. (Oh and fun fact Mr. Manager just because you didn't see any complaints yesterday doesn't mean that they're not valid the next day when I finally bother to contact you. Two Stars For Five Guys. This was my first and last stop at Five Guys. Sensory overload with all red and white colors, wall covered with testimonials and The Rolling Stones played too loud over the PA system. My Hamburger, regular fries and regular Sprite came to $10.37 plus tax. The hamburger had two patties, a relatively small bun and virtually fell part as I ate it, soggy, sloppy and dripping all over my hands. The fries were OK, but undercooked and a huge portion, enough for three people instead of one. The drink tasted poor with a strong artificial lime taste, nothing even close to Sprite or 7-Up. This hamburger and these fries might appeal to the all you can eat crowd but I would much prefer smaller size, larger bun and better taste. I'm no big McDonald's fan but their Angus hamburger with fries and Sprite for a little over $7 which I had days ago is a much better and tastier meal. read more

Wow, what an experience. First off... the food was awesome. Try the double-stuff Oreo shake and add bacon bits. It's awesome. But most impressive-- the service. Julian was manager working tonight. He gave us suggestions (like the double-stuffed Oreo shake). He was cheerful and attentive to us at our table and other tables, asking if all was good with the food. And this was the kicker... he came out to check on us as we sat in our car (we were waiting for the snow covered pass up I-90 to open). He didn't know it was us, just that there was a car in the lot and he wanted to make sure whoever it was was okay. Good service. i have spoken to many of my female friends and we all agree that the employees there are creepy. We no longer feel safe going to this location due to the amount of looks as well as comments we receive. Once i had walked in and i was greeted by a whistle as well as a comment of "those are nice" (speaking about my boobs). A friend of mine has been pursued multiple times by one employee who has not taken any hints and as also been given looks and comments as well. I'd say if it were 20% cheaper or if they had options to order burgers without the sides to share one order of fries/tater it would be solid, but it is a bit pricey for what it is.
