    Regular Fries

I went to Five Guys with a handful of friends and I would definitely go again! Service: So it's kind of like Wendy's; order up, get your food at the counter, and choose your own table. Also like Wendy's, they have a drink machine to which you can choose your own drink. Food: The food was really good, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and regular fries. The grilled cheese was smaller than I originally anticipated, probably half the size of one of their burgers. But both this sandwich and the fries were delectable! The environment: The building is a little small and has a bit of a messy feel to it, but it serves its purpose! Final notes: I would definitely recommend Five Guys. This is certainly fast food at its best!

I enjoy their burgers because you get to customize it. I like that you can add a bunch of different toppings with no additional charge. Love onions on my burgers, and they have both fresh and grilled onions. Also, one of the few places that use fresh jalapeños instead of pickled jalapeños, which is big plus for me.

Came in from out of town with my girlfriend. The service was quick and very friendly; the staff had such a positive atmosphere. The food came out quickly and was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

Supposed to be $6.50 worth of fries.

Paid 6.50 for fries. Got a cup full of fries. Even dug the ones out of the bag and they still just barely get above the cup. Used to like five guys but now with the cost and the measly offerings it's not worth it anymore.

    Lettuce wrapped Little Hamburger

I ordered the bun unless little hamburger which can be served with lettuce wrap or in a bowl. I appreciate that they have some options for low carb diets, basically all their hamburgers and hotdogs can come bun less. The hamburger tasted good, but it's a bit hard to handle so I recommend a fork and knife. There was a bit of a wait but they were busy, can't complain about that.

When did five guys get to be so damn expensive!too much $$$ for the value. Not worth it.

The burger is thick and really juicy, great bun and aioli. The fries are perfectly crispy. The pizza had a really great, I'm assuming wood-fired, crust. The duck was tender and sweet and there was a lot of arugula. It's a sparser craft pizza, which is just so delicious when you are looking for something a little heavy but not over the top. While they boast about their craft beer offerings, they have a great cocktail list as well, and I love that they have a specific whiskey cocktail section as well, with a few that are less common at some bars. The Brooklyn is probably my favorite, but you can't really go wrong. Also, a fellow patron asked for a Toronto and the bartender was happy to look it up and make it for him. And what about the atmosphere here?! It's so wonderful in summer! With its narrow design giving a sense that an entire wall opens to the outside and the patio that extends beyond, it feels Ike you are vacationing somewhere tropical and beachy. This somehow combines really well with the industrial vibe of the interior. They also have some TV's for sports. The service is very friendly, attentive, interactive, and helpful. One thing that was consistent across my three visits, however, was the feeling that the place is always understaffed, so things tend to move slowly. I'm not sure this is the case, it's just the feel you get when it happens the times you visit. This is a bit of a double-edged sword though, since it's such an easy place to just want to sip and nibble slowly while delving into conversation. So, that's not enough to detract a star for now, and honestly I'm already thinking about when I get to eat here again!

The beer selection and cocktail choice is awesome. Loved the stock manhattan cocktail. My wife enjoyed the Snap Dragon cocktail, nice use of tequila on this drink. BLT (4): good thick cut bacon on toasted bread. Decent as well. You can add the works (all fixins) on anything. I'm glad I tried these other items but I'll probably stick with their burgermasters in the future. One detail I'll note during our last visit is their dine-in line management needs work. There were 2 lines forming without any coordination. One inside and one out the door. They need to have more clearly marked lines or some sort of management in place or you may potentially wait unnecessarily long. I still love the dining options though. Inside, in your car, or takeout/drive-thru. They even have warmed lockers to keep your food warm in secured lockers until you pick up. Nice new facilities! Overall, this has become one our favorite burger joints in the area. we'll definitely be back.

It almost deterred us from stopping here altogether. At one point, I said it wasn't worth it and we should just go somewhere else, but my husband eventually found a spot. I liked that they have a lot of outdoor seating. We bring our little dog everywhere with us so that it important. It was also later in the afternoon and the huge Burgermaster logo on the building did a great job of providing shade. There were a lot of bumps in the service portion of our visit. The staff we interacted with seemed young and inexperienced but I am guessing they are still working out the kinks. A gentleman sitting at the table next to us outside got very angry that they did not take his name down correctly and kept calling for someone else, so his meal was just sitting there getting cold until he went to check. I had my husband wait inside after that and it was a bit chaotic. They weren't incredibly busy or anything but they just all seemed to be learning at the same time. The staff did try joking with us to lighten the mood but it was a bit awkward. We ordered a double baconmaster with onion rings, a mushroom burger with fries and a Tom and Jerry shake. It was $45 before tip for 2 people which is kinda crazy for fast food but we had high hopes. The burgers were standard and totally average as were the onion rings. I would give them all 3/5 but I thought the fries were above average. They were cooked and seasoned well. The shake was delicious. 5/5 all day, but it was so small. We asked for large but were told there was only one size available. They are missing out by not offering larger sizes and it makes zero sense. If I had known they what I know now, I would have ordered two shakes and some fries. I might come back when they are more established, even though my experience was left plenty to be desires because I think there is definitely potential here.

Time to Drinks: 8 Minutes Time to Order: 23 Minutes TL;DR Pros: Good portions and a decent burger / Cons: Very, very pricey! We arrived around 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening after hiking Mount Little Si and were promptly seated and served. I got a Rockstar burger, and paid to upgrade the normal fries to truffle fries. I got some sticker shock from the burger price at first, but they do include fries in the price so it's not as insane as it looks at first glance. I would say the truffle fries are definitely worth the upgrade, but only one person really has to do them - the portions are massive! We got a mix of sides to share. The onion rings (four to an order) are large and crispy. The tater tots were decent. I'd say the truffle fries are definitely worth an order if you are with a group. Definitely ends up a bit pricey at just under $60 for two drinks and a burger with the upgraded fries. I'd say if it were 20% cheaper or if they had options to order burgers without the sides to share one order of fries/tater it would be solid, but it is a bit pricey for what it is.

The menu hasn't changed in a long time, so I'm usually getting my incredibly messy (and expensive) Rockstar burger. While the burgers are large, the beef patties are just ok, essentially not memorable. The milkshake is not worth $9, and pass on the thick undercooked onion ring app. Honestly the fries are the most reliably good part of the meal. The economy is rough right now, but 2 burgers and fries, onion rings and a milkshake ended up being hella steep for the lower quality and it's hard to justify a return visit.

I was not 100 percent sold on their interpretation of bread pudding but that was more a personal style preference than a bad item. Our server was great - friendly and checked in on us but not so much as to interrupt conversation. It's a fairly large restaurant and was bustling on a Saturday night. I will say if you have an important conversation to have, probably not the right place as it's quite noisy, especially if you're near the kitchen. Or ask to move to the patio, if the weather is good!
