This is a really convenient and fast express car wash with great prices to getting your car presentable. This location is super close to my job and the outside of my car was FILTHY. Pulled up around noon, paid less than $10, got a complimentary steering wheel wipe and washed and vacuumed my car in less than 30 minutes. Employees were very nice and assisted me with questions. No complaints about the Car Wash itself but I have gone through express car washes that have gotten my car a bit cleaner but overall it was worth the money I paid. read more

I went to this location today, and that was a huge mistake. I pulled up to the line where the attendant helps you, the sliding glass door was closed, and no one was there. Two more cars pulled in behind me, so it made it impossible to leave. I honked my horn a couple of times just to try to get someone's attention, but no one came. After sitting in the line for over five minutes, the woman in the car behind me came up and told me that she was calling them, trying to get them to come up and open the gate. I honked my horn again, just hoping someone would hear. A female employee, who later claimed to be the assistant manager, poked her head around the corner while she was on her phone and flipped me off. The woman from the car behind me again, came up and said, "I cannot believe that she flipped you off", so I was not seeing things. Finally, the woman came into the attendant booth and left the sliding glass door closed. After a few minutes of standing there on her phone, she just opened the gate and sent me through the wash. As I was drying my car, I saw a male employee going through the back door. I decided I would call and speak with him, hoping he was a manager. He said that he was not, and that the manager was in the tunnel. That was the woman who flipped me off. She then got on the phone and became very combative and was arguing with me, saying that it was none of my business what she was doing. I asked her her name, and she refused to give it, and started yelling at me, telling me to just call corporate if I had a problem with her. This woman should not be working there. I will no longer be going to this location. The employees at the 17th St. location are incredibly friendly and helpful. read more

I have been going here since the day they opened. Today I went to get my car washed at 2:59 pm. They asked me if I wanted my antenna removed before it was washed but it is the type of antenna that can not be unscrewed! They told me to go through anyway! When I came out my antenna was broken off. The manager refuses to help me get this repaired and said they can not be responsible and I am not in the position to get this fixed. BEWARE- WASH DAMAGED CAR. I've been to this wash numerous times because it's so close to home. However I don't think they maintain the brushes in the wash as they should. Once the cloth brushes wear out and have small tears it can be easy for them to grab onto pieces of trim on the car and damage it. This is exactly what happened. While I was going through the wash I hear a loud boom and something rip off. I look in my rear view once things clear up and see the attendant go pick something up and throw it in the trash. I park and leave my car and realize the brushes totally ripped off my rear windshield wiper assembly. I walk back to the attendant and tell him my rear wiper is totally gone and he goes over to the trash takes it out and brings it back to me (wtf? Total lack of respect for customers property). Shouldn't he have at least brought it over after the wash or was he hoping I wouldn't notice? I talked to the manager and he said they take no liability for damages like this and referred to the sign outside. 70 dollars later I get to replace my wiper assembly. I've been waiting for this place to open and finally I got to try it out. I usually drive to the car wash on Baker and Fairview and this one is very similar, but closer to my house. I was not disappointed. For $5 I got a drive thru car wash, pretty standard. The best part is after the wash they have A LOT of covered stalls where you can vacuum for free with no one waiting behind you. I brought towels and window cleaner, so I dried off the water spots that the blowers didn't get and wiped my windows down. The vacuums were VERY POWERFUL, maybe because they are new, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked! Everyone that worked there was friendly and nice. Just what I needed! I have a 94 Camry so I don't need anything fancy. $5 got me a wash that got the job done. Pull up and pay the person in the kiosk which level you want. $5 basic $7 deluxe and $10 for super. The person hands you dash wipes for the end. You stay in the car and go for a ride through the machine. There's little signs throughout that signifies what is being applied to your car. At the end they have free vacuums. Be sure to bring your own drying towel to get the few droplets that held on after the blow dryer. Also glass cleaner if you'd like. They have machines to buy all that if you prefer. If you're looking for a simple wash and don't mind doing the vacuuming and the finishing touches yourself, come here! It's awesome! read more

Not very happy with my visit here. I've gone to other places and paid less for much better wash/ service. Paid $24.99 my car honestly looked like a paid a 10 year old to wash and instead of taking my rugs out and vacuuming they just vacuumed over them. I have kids so removing the rugs and vacuuming beneath is very much needed. Couldn't find an employee when I pulled up and everyone was just ignoring me until finally a guy walked up who was little help. Car had soap and dirt in various places they didn't get off. Terrible customer service. It was a cold and drizzling morning and there were only two customers, both of us came for the vacuums. The vacuums weren't working and they didn't tell the customers before we paid and offered no apology or compensation for the miscommunication. Both of us would have left and come back another time had we been told. I paid the $2 extra for the rainbow wax because my kids love it. It seemed broken and only one color came out. When I told them they said their camera said I was wrong. Considering it's such a big feature I was paying close attention and so we're my kids. I work in the area and have been coming to this car wash for the past 5 years. I've always loved the convenience of being able to vacuum. I always get the super wash. Ive recommended it to many other people. However, bad experiences have a lasting impression and I'll never be coming back to this location and will let others know as well. This complaint is for bad customer service. My boyfriend and I went through the car wash. My boyfriend who was driving put the car in neutral but Prius's can be tricky sometimes and the shifter didn't click properly. We didn't notice until halfway that my car wasn't in neutral. One of the attendants came up to us when we were halfway and told us supposed to be in neutral. We told him the situation and he said to go back in line to the cashier. The car wash wasn't even running when my car had gone thru. When we got back to the cashier, he was being a total dick about the situation. He said if we couldn't follow instructions then that's our fault. He said we can wipe our car down or pay again. Obviously my car hadn't been washed since my car ran thru. I get that we made a mistake, but the cashier didn't have to be a dick about it. If he just said he wasn't allowed to let us do it again and he'd get in trouble for it we'd understand but he was just rude about what happened and made us feel like idiots. He said he can't keep letting us go thru twice if we can't follow instructions like I've done it before or something. Ive come here for 5 years and have never done that. I'm sorry it was a mistake! Car washing doesn't get anymore convenient than this place. Washes range from $5-$10. You're able to sit in your car and go through the wash, it only takes a few minutes. Upon exiting the wash there are vacuums at your disposable to clean inside the car. The staff is great! I go at least twice a week. read more
