DO NOT GO HERE - My windshield was damaged during the wash but worse, they basically called me a liar. I used to be a frequent customer. No longer! The dishonest business ethic here is unacceptable. Details: I got my car washed here today and my windshield was cracked in the process. I returned within five minutes to tell them what happened and ask them to file a report. The cashier who helped me initially (Lorena per the receipt) said she would talk to her manager and came back and tried to tell me the crack was from the inside. "See you can't feel this crack on the outside." She has not previously even looked at the crack! I pointed out you can't feel it from the inside either. Then she immediately said they had already reviewed the video tape that showed I came in with the crack (if true why not say that from the beginning - clearly she was instructed by management to weasel out of it) I asked to see it. I was not allowed to view directly and she showed me a video she took of it on her phone that was meaningless - blurry, no license plate, time stamp, or what point in the wash process the clip was from. All I was asking for was a report! She said since they determined it didn't happen there they would take no responsibility and write no report. I didn't want to waste anymore time or energy and left. I will definitely give this place five stars not because its name is 'five star'! It's cheap and really fast! I used to use those self-service car wash places which also costed me 5 dollars! It also has free vacumme which is so sweet! The guys working there are also very nice, I really had a good experience today which was the first time I went there. A little tip: Please bring a dry towler so you can clean your mirrors and the water drops left on the car when you do your vacumme. read more

This place says it closes at 8:00. I pulled up at 7:10 and right as I pulled up, the guy working shut the gate on me. I couldn't even pull through to go around, so the back half of my car was basically sticking out on Harbor Blvd. with my infant in the backseat. I love this place. Cheap and quick. I can get in here, wash the car, vacuum and dry it myself and get out in under 15 minutes. I come 1-2x/week and have the $20/month unlimited wash package. As an uber driver I need a consistently clean car and I'm able to keep the jeep in perfect condition with this service. LOVE my boys that work here!!! The chicks are nice too but I tend to interact more with the guys. Every time I roll through they offer to take off my antennae and strap down my back windshield wiper so it doesn't scratch the window. I come during the week and don't have to wait or adhere to the time frame listed in the vacuum area. (Weekends are for the rookies, sorry) One thing they could stand to improve on (only reason I rated a 4) is power washing the vacuum area more frequently. They err on the side of water conservation which I really appreciate however if I'm wearing a long skirt and it drags on the ground it can get a bit dirty. That would happen anywhere but hey, I'm a full disclosure kinda gal . Check them out. It ends up being way cheaper and a better wash than the DIY places. Ive been paying 15 bucks hesitantly and my car has probably only had two car washes since I moved. and i feel HORRIBLE about it because its a 2011 and I want to keep it new. my car got SO bad after a trip to the dog beach with two dogs that I decided to drop them off at home, and drive literally 0.1 miles to this place and give it a shot. I really had hoped to just use their vacuum but i was AMAZED by the car wash! My car was so clean and pretty! I couldnt believe it!!! The vacuums are SO strong its funny. I put it in my car to start vacuuming and I accidentally sucked up a sock from a foot away. It kinda sucks up my car seat covers and car mats too... but if you use the vacuum at an angle its alright. WAY better than a vacuum that doesn't work. Id much rather have it be too strong! GREAT place. I recommend it. read more

I went here this morning. First of all I sat waiting for some to serve me for at least 5 minutes. I had to honk the horn for someone to come out and take my money. The girl who should have been serving me was in side with the guy who operated the car wash. Then I drove into the car wash and the dude banged on my window and started shouting. Got rear ended INSIDE the car wash, and I didn't even get an apology ! The attendant stopped the wash as soon as it happened. Once he got it going again, I exited the car wash and went to the drying area to check my rear bumper. There didn't seem to be any visible damage. I asked for a manager and was told he was "at lunch." I told the attendant my car was hit and I wanted to talk to someone about it. Love this place! $10 gets me through the car wash and they give you a little wet wipe to clean your interior and you get 5 minutes with a vacuum. Only complaint is they tape down your rear wiper and sometimes I have tape residue but nothing a little Goo gone cant take care of :) read more

I was looking for a quick wash for my car after having it shipped across the country and getting it back fairly filthy. I saw the reviews for a number of other places and hesitated to come to a car wash that was so inexpensive, but this place will do the trick when you're in a pinch. You get to pick how much you want to put your car through (just a soap and water wash all the way to getting a wash, wax, and tire shine, done entirely by their automated wash). Even though the girl told me it was a soft cloth wash, I held my breath as I saw the brushes start inching towards my car. My car came out looking a lot better than it did going in, it wasn't perfect but I got what I paid for. I'd definitely come back for quick washes and recommend this place to others. read more

Love this place! $5 wash and free vacuum bays. I don't do car washes and have always driven to spray & drives because of the spot free rinse. Then my neighbor caught my eye because their car is always shiny clean. They told me where and I decided when; no regrets. I go once a month or so and love it. The spray & drive may only cost $3 in quarters but you have to move fast, spray-soap-brush-rinse all by hand while adding quarters before time expires. So, if you're short on time or energy, this well managed bath house is for you. Their silver package works best for me. It's leaves my car with barely any water on it when I drive away. And I love the vacuum facilities because I get to vacuum my car the way I want to. I can't say that any more. After reading other reviews, I can see how the owner of this establishment doesn't give a krap about his customers. My car was severely scratched by the brushes, almost identically to the other cars pictured in the other Yelp reviews. When I pointed it out to the manager, I knew he was full of krap because he didn't even bother to go in and check out the brushes to see if there was anything wrong. The manager Sean is completely incompetent and you can see why the owner hired him. He's a bully and honestly a total coward. As is the owner seeing how he doesn't respond to any of the issues himself. I am not one trying to get someone to pay for something that wasn't their fault, and as a business owner, I always take care of customers that have some sort of issue. These guys have insurance for damages caused by their business, but they will not take care of you. If you see someone standing outside with a sign that will be me.
