    Curry+ Chicken over rice

It's an absolutely NOT for me! The food is as freshly prepared and served piping hot. However, the garlic shrimp were prepared in the soupy white sauce. It was definitely not what I was expecting

It's a no for me. Waited 25 minutes to receive my steak over cooked and flavorless along with my "garlic" shrimp. Both flavorless. Overcooked and definitely not worth the wait.

Booth in the Waikiki Food Hall at the Waikiki Shopping Plaza serving simple shrimp meals. Ended up eating here because my mom was craving shrimp and the food looked gas. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer. When your food's ready, you grab it at the front. I got the Butter Shrimp plate, which came with two scoops of white rice, shrimp covered in butter, a tiny side salad (more like some greens covered in mayo), pineapple, and lemon. The flavors were simple but tasty; I especially enjoyed rubbing my rice in the butter. You have to peel the skin and tails off the shrimp, which I unfortunately didn't realize until after I ate a few of them. Speaking of, the shrimp were firm and juicy. Although, I wasn't getting a super strong lemon flavor, the shrimp was still solid. If you're looking for a meal that's on the lighter side, you should consider checking out Five Star Shrimp.

Ordered the Garlic Shrimp combo. Comes with two scoops of rice, small salad and three pineapple wedges. Didn't think it would be enough. But it was just the right portion. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Found this food court in random area, this's indeed a hidden gem. Garlic shrimps are great, it's fresh and we got a good deal on Thursday $9.

Five Star Shrimp is the perfect name for this establishment! Five Stars were well deserved! We came on a Thursday night, and got to snag the Thursday night $9 Garlic Shrimp deal (it's usually $18)! We also ordered the Spicy Shrimp in the Pineapple Boat. Both the Garlic and Spicy Shrimp were cooked & seasoned so well, and we found that having both the Spicy and Garlic flavors complemented each other. Loved the Pineapple Boat, specifically! The pineapple was super sweet - we found ourselves scraping ever piece of the pineapple boat down to the last bite. They are super generous with their servings of shrimp. With our order, there was plenty of shrimp to share between two people. Quick service & super fun vibes here, with a short walk from the beach and other shops.

The steak and rice bowl is quite fresh and tasty. The garlic shrimp bowl sauce is too wet for me. I wouldn't recommend the garlic shrimp bowls.

Five star shrimp is now located on the 3rd floor of Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in Waikiki Food Hall! It's the newest food eatery in the shopping center near Noi Thai and above Cheesecake Factory. Thursday's they have garlic shrimp special for $9, plate comes with 2 scoops rice, garlic shrimp, salad and a fresh pineapple. Delicious garlic shrimp and in the same food hall, tap bar hawaii has $2 craft beer specials all day. Check it out!!! An awesome place for pau hana! Great surprisingly good shrimp from a food court, it was hot though being a open outdoor area. Shrimp was tasty and good portions

Good portion size. Okay shrimp plate. Steak was good. I enjoyed the salad and pineapple sides. This was our first time here and will probably be the last.

    Garlic Shrimp was excellent!

We love the Waikiki Food Hall, and Five Star Shrimp was the first place we tried when we discovered WFH. The garlic shrimp was so good (perfectly cooked, lovely garlic flavor but not too much), and it came with a nice fresh salad, rice with furikake and some cut pineapple with ling hing mui (Yum!) sprinkled on top. We enjoyed our meal so much, and especially because it was the Thursday special (we are on a budget). It was nicely filling, and completely enjoyable - so much that I went over to Five Star Shrimp to let them know how good it was. Love!

    5. Steak and Shrimp Combo

$18.50? Nah Call this steak? Pretty disappointed. So incredibly thin, and quantity looks to be about half of the menu image. I got bamboozled Barely 4 pieces of shrimp. Taste is ok but not for $18.50.

Shrimp ramen with added lemon & butter, yum!
    Mimi S.

I don't know why I didn't try this shrimp ramen before, but I finally tried it today & wow it was so good & flavorful! I added lemon & butter as additional topping, the fresh sourness of lemon & caper match the clear broth, slow roasted garlic adds extra depth, shrimps were perfect, yum!

4/10/26 single slice with a "twist"…read more I got to this location and it was fair that it be busy cause of the rain. I went around and looked at the 5offerings... it was easy for me to choose it had to be quick so I ordered at aloha by the slice. single slice with a "twist" I say twist cause initially I wanted Sausage and humbly the worker (Teddy M) expressed nicely that they didn't have sausage and I asked for ham... now remember I wanted the "single" slice with one"topping" and no sausage but ham was available. If many of you follow my reviews... I don't care for Hawaiian pizza.... The last Hawaiian pizza I had was at "Spitfire Grill" in the Dukes lane Market and that got 5stars BECAUSE- it had pork grinds on the Hawaiian pizza - which by the way is really delicious and I found it an epic addition to the pizza The reason for my 5stars this time is because Teddy decided that he give me a Slice of Hawaiian pizza that has the "Ham" & Pineapple on it.... Even when I asked for the single topping slice... he was perhaps going above and beyond ((there was an impending line in back of me)) so he choose to take the slice already made warm it in the wood fire stove then take it and cut in half.... He did this for the right person... me!!!! Happiness to hit one customer with a slice that had two toppings... I will add that I realized this may not go as well for other people... but if your one to understand the food service part of it then you get where my 5stars comes from... Thanks Aloha by the slice... I'll be going back again. (I'm still not a sucker for pineapple on my pizza)

While the wife and kids went shopping at the International Marketplace, I chilled and had a drink (because why the hell not, I'm on vacation). My daughter tried Banzai Burger- she ordered chicken wings with fries. The wings were shatteringly crispy, with bubbly skin that crackled with every bite. Not to mention, juicy and tender inside. My wife ordered a chicken gyro wrap from Greek Grotto. It was okay (nothing special). And I ordered the tonkatsu ramen from Hashi & Spoon 10/10! It was deeply flavorful and rich! Overall, service was great! Food was delivered in a timely manner and the prices were reasonable. Great spot to grab a quick bite!
