Earlier in the week, my treadmill started acting up. I contacted Charley, who immediately began to assess what the issue was with the treadmill. Within minutes, Charley had already contacted the vendor to have them send the necessary part for the fix. Within 2 days, I had the part. Since the treadmill broke to when it was fixed, it took a total of 5 days, which is absolutely amazing. In the past when I dealt with treadmill problems, it would takes weeks to just receive a part. Charley was so on top of everything and drove from Phoenix to Tucson on a Saturday night to replace the part. He is so incredibly knowledgeable. I have no idea how he knew what the issue was but he was able to pin point it immediately, without even seeing the treadmill until he arrived to do the six. Charley is phenomenal. Charley came to my house on numerous occasions to work on my elliptical machine. After ordering this Nordic Track, it had given me a number of problems. From squeaking to wobbling, I had a number of other repair guys come to my house and try to fix it. Charley was the only one who cared about my machine and got it in working condition! Charlie was great! He was prompt and honest. After an explanation as to why my Boflex was noisy (easy fix) he wiped it down and cleaned the outside. He also lubed the belt and rollers.
