Our appetizer arrived without any sauce, and later they brought soy sauce with wasabi, which wasn't even for our seafood pancake or fried dumplings. After all of our food was served, no one came back to check on us--not even once. I'm honestly not exaggerating. The staff kept disappearing, and at one point we saw them all eating lunch together in the dining area, which made us uncomfortable interrupting them. When we were ready to leave, we needed to-go boxes and the check, but no one was around. We finally had to ask a lady who had just clocked in.
