I love Indian cuisine as there are several vegitarian options helping me get much needed veggies in. The meats were good too, Tandori chicken was a little dry due to being left out but expected in a buffet style setting, still flavorful though. The butter chicken had a nice sweetness to it and was rich and creamy. My favorite was the goat curry, warm spices, savory gravy along with some veggie basmati rice. Definitely can't forget the dessert Galub Jamun is so addicting and easy to eat, soaked in the syrup.
