I cannot say enough wonderful things about my move on 7/30/2021 with Jose and his team! They were incredibly fast, some may even say the job was done in a Flash ;) They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and stayed within the quote (3 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor with stairs to a storage unit on the 4th floor with an elevator 30 min drive away, including a large 12ft sectional with a sofabed, outdoor sectional, queen bedroom set, large desk, multiple large pieces of art and heavy 6' mirror). I purchased my own moving blankets because everything was being moved into a storage unit, and they very carefully and professionally wrapped/packed all of my furniture for long-term storage using the blankets and plastic wrap. They also carefully wrapped my lamp/desk chair/all smaller furniture. There was no damage to my apartment from the move and there is no apparent damage to any of the furniture. In addition to excellent customer service on the actual day of the move, I have to highlight some extraordinary things they did to make my move as stress-free as possible. I was in an unfortunate circumstance where I needed to move quickly and had almost no help, so it was hard to figure out exactly which day I would be ready. Jose and Sonia communicated with me every day for 5 days leading up to my move to figure out when I'd be able to do it and BOOKED IT LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE. Honestly I did not think I would have even been able to find a team to help me with such short notice; I called about 20 other companies and was repetitively given availability 2+ weeks out (which is understandable). I was unable to respond to the business manager Jose's comment on my post, but I thought it important that I do so for the benefit of others. So please forgive the additional review. Jose, the business manager, clearly took the time to respond to a negative Yelp review, however, he did not once reach out to speak to us. It is not my intention to go back and forth on the actual details of the move and do a "he said she said," so this will be my final response since you would not contact us otherwise. You were not there. We were not able to watch the entire packing and loading process. Lesson learned, but do not state untruths. Yes, I was told by Tania that you did ask your employees how the packing went and that you were told they did everything perfectly. Well of course they would say that. But you NEVER took the time to reach out to us... except in your response to my Yelp review to wash your hands of the situation and say "not our fault." Sometimes customer service and a little kindness go a long way and I hope this provides you with a lesson on good business practice in the future so that others don't have to experience this. I received a quick response for an estimate; they waited for me to finalize a date; Flash then followed up with a contract; sent a confirmation text the day of; and showed up as agreed. I didn't expect to exceed the 3 hr minimum, but I did. These guys (3) worked very hard to move me from a 2nd floor apt to a 2nd floor apt in a different complex. They were very communicative in asking what was going on the truck and if I needed additional boxes or packing services. They are overcharging twice than quotation. Two movers came up and I thought it probably takes three or four hours since it is only twenty minute distance by car and big furnitures are like sofa, two queen beds and dining table only but it takes six hours. They seem to be prompt in packing but just after taking away part of the boxes it takes a lot longer than expected. I would not like to recommend. This is additional comment after their reply. Since it is a family business, please do not expect professional moving service. They look busy getting phone calls during my dedicated moving service time which I have to solely pay for it. They charged the cell phone at my apartment and it is OK. I am just surprised their low battery life, which was 7% when charging. Also they did not share with me the number of boxes. I bought an entire 25 box package plus one or two other white box. The others are like small grey baskets. It was not totally 80 boxes if that was sure they have to show me evidence material. Moreover 2/3 of boxes I packed by myself. They took care of big furnitures and 1/3 of remaining boxes. Even those remaining boxes, I also took care of together. It was two people's belongings that much only. Not like four or five people living at one household. Additionally after moving, they are not replying my text, which is weird considering their previous good reviews which also made me to choose to move. read more

I hired 3 of their movers for a 9am move on a Saturday. They arrived 10 minutes early, which was a nice surprise. I'm typically used to waiting an hour or 2 after the stated time for basically any service. I had a 4 bedroom, 2-story house to empty out and they were able to do so in a careful and efficient manner. They took the care to wrap and cover all the furniture before loading them into the truck. Including a 30 minute drive to the new house, they only took 3.5 hours to move and unload everything. They were even kind enough to assist in moving around furniture at the new place.
