The CUTEST liquor/beer/wine and little tchotchke store with snacks, drink wear, little goodies, and some accompanying odds and ends. I love coming here to get little gifts for friends on their birthdays or for a housewarming. All of the employees have been super friendly, helpful and knowledge about their products every time I have been and they hold fun little tastings as well. The aesthetic is super cute and nestled in the Row in DTLA!

I stopped by this store after attending Smorgasburg LA. I won't lie, I was enticed by the free wine tasting sign outside. However once I walked in, it was a very nice store with so many different types of wine that I've never heard of. It was a very inviting store with great customer service. They were not pushy and were very open to explaining the different types of wine. For a dedicated wine store, the price was on par with what you would expect. This is definitely a store that I will be returning to. I want to expand my wine knowledge and tastes.

I've been here twice to shop and was assisted by the owner herself and their newest hire, Tristan. I had an amazing experience. The owner was so knowledgeable about her products and the overall wine and spirits in general. Within 2 mins I learned more about wine and spirits than I have in my lifetime. There's so many exclusive options to choose from. Tristan was exceptionally kind and customer service was very welcoming in warm. Wonderful team and great location. Perfect place to lounge, buy gifts, and treat yourself. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and glad I found this gem. Not to mention you get 2 hours of free parking.

This is a sweet little store located at The Row DTLA with a highly curated selection of liquor, wine, and all the tools to create handcrafted cocktails. They have everything from Green Tea Gin to Whiskey and Bourbon from Paris. The wines are just as fun and they all have the cutest labels. Almost every bottle has a tag on it that explains where the drink comes from and how you can expect it to taste. Everything is so pleasant on the eye and it will be hard to leave without a purchase. We were lucky enough to visit the store when they had a tasting and we walked out with a new recipe and some delicious alcohol. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide recommendations. The vibe is laid back and the exotic drinks are fun to peruse. There is a parking structure with plenty of parking and EV charging with your first two hours free. Definitely give this store a visit if you're on the hunt for unique and delicious liquor!

Plenty of different whiskey and selections of alcohol for the alcoholics. Non alcoholics can find this place entertaining to check. My spot was definitely the fridge they have a pretty rare selection of beer mainly foreign Asian beers that I haven't seen. Quite pricey for sure, can will run you about $6-$7. Purchased a can of the high ball and also tried a makkoli rice wine unfiltered beer. I tend to like unfiltered beverages the makkoli was a bit in the sweeter side and lot of residue reside at the bottom of the can, probably best to shake a little or pour into a glass. High was decent, which was little disappointing since I'm a fan of most Hitachino beers. It reminded me of high ball you tend to drink at any Izakaya. Maybe the thing lacking was food to pair it with and the atmosphere. Worth a look if you're into beverages and down there checking out smordsborg

Cute gift ideas for friends or family. Selection of Korean drinks tagged with storytelling memos. A bit overpriced compared to what they should really be.

If walking into this place doesn't put a smile on your face, then you must be an evil person or a very angry drunk! A little sense of humor... Not a large selection of wine and spirits, but enough to be intriguing. Some may say well curated... I do think their selection leans towards contemporary on the wine side rather than traditional. If you are more about points and ratings rather than exploring new, smaller and perhaps outside bounds of traditional wineries, then you may feel a bit out of place here. Me? I have differing perspectives on wineries and types of wines. I didn't check out their refrigerated section, but also picked up a bottle of rum with a recommendation from their very knowledgeable staff. Their bar accessories section is small but has all the requirements. I've been craving crafting my own cocktails at home... You know winter means hibernation at home for me! Picked up a set of cocktail shakers and a copper strainer. I haven't tried the bottle of wine yet, but very happy with the rum. The shakers and the strainer haven't failed me yet, so no complaints here. Also, picked-up a pair of gorgeous martini glasses... There is a martini recipe I've been dying to make at home for weeks. The thought of it is making me smile! The staff are friendly although can be challenging to get their attention. Once you have their attention, they are all about answering questions and providing service to ensure you have all that you need to get serious about drinking. Oh! A major bonus for wine drinkers who buy based on label designs. I saw some bottles with very nice label designs. Just saying...

    Natural wine tasting!

If you're out in the Row, make sure to stop by Flask & Field and treat your self to a bottle to take home and drink. They got a great selection of wines and spirits. We happened to pop in on a Saturday when they were doing a natural wine tasting. The person doing the wine tasting was super knowledgeable and pointed us to some great wines to take home and to the park. Definitely going to come back and make this my go to spot for gifts and stocking up the personal bar.

    Something new to try!

Flask & Field is like visiting a museum gift shop for booze & accessories. It's curated beautifully. Every time we come down to Smorgasburg we stop by and take a look. My husband loves the bottle openers and likes to check out the unusual liquor offerings. On this occasion, so close to the New Year, we opted to get a sake from Den Sake Brewery in Oakland, California. We'll try it on New Year's Day to welcome 2022!

UPDATE: I am updating my rating to 3 stars purely based on how management handled my situation…read more Shortly after my initial negative experience, Amar reached out to me directly. He was highly professional, apologized for the unacceptable service, assured me he had spoken to the staff so it wouldn't happen again, and went out of his way to completely cover the cost of my order. It takes a lot for a business to own their mistakes and make it right, and I really appreciate that ownership actually cares about their customers. ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE: Do not order delivery directly from their website. I originally placed an order online for a couple beers and two bottles of liquor, and despite living only 2.8 miles away, I was called by an employee named Angelo who told me it would take 4 hours to deliver. When I expressed frustration, he offered zero compensation or alternative solutions. He claimed there was "no manager" to speak to, and told me to just go use DoorDash or Grubhub instead because nobody wanted to drive a moped less than 3 miles. It is incredibly frustrating when a business takes your money for an advertised service, refuses to fulfill it, and then tells you to go pay extra fees on a third-party app. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars because Amar's excellent response and accountability balanced out Angelo's initial terrible service.

They have a great selection, at reasonable prices. I went late in the evening so there was street…read moreparking outside. Easy to get in, tell the gentlemen what I needed, and get out quickly. I will definitely come back, especially for nicer bottles.

All about the Boomtown Brewery!…read more This Arts District favorite is a beat away from Union Station where I typically make my way over from to enjoy all the good good that Boom has to offer. Located on Jackson Street between N Vignes Street and Center Street (but actually on the corner on Vignes) you can find local street parking throughout the area, but nothing beats a train ride or a ride share to enjoy responsibly. Always have a great time here on the inside or their long patio with flat screens outdoors (as well as in) to catch the latest events. DJs always spinning the best beats. The brewery where the make the magic is pretty spacious yet intimate. Was able to go on a tour here and learn more about the ins and outs. The taproom is stellar for group hangs and socials. Pool tables, photo booth, arcade style games, loungey area, communal seating, and local food vendors who come out and serve up great eats. Not as many vegan friendly spot, though the few that are on select days and times are pretty solid. If you're an IPA enthusiasts they have at least 6 on the rotation including the Nose Job (7% abv) and a personal fav. Their Hydration Break WC IPA, is a little more of India Pale Ale punch (7.4%), but you can't go wrong with any. Flights are still a recommend if you want to feel out the variety. For Hard Seltzer lovers, you've got the Frosty Fresco or Al Fresco. Fruit Snacks Lager is surprisingly epic as is the Brett Michael's Blonde Sour. I do miss some of their more seasonals such as the red lager aka Part-Time Lover but do enjoy all that's on the rotation. You can pop in for events like Friday Karaoke, Tuesday Taproom Trivia or Open Mic Mondays. Book a private event for all style of events. Family and pet friendly until 7pm. Beer and wine packages available with up to 300 person capacity. No matter the day... Still come for the beer, stay for the cheer. Take in the rustic decor, artsy vibes outdoors. Planty vines and nothing but things that make you thrive. Boomtown Brewery always gets me feeling the good vibes.

We ended up getting some cookies from an indoor stand a vendor had set up inside. They were good af. Overall it's a laid back cool spot to down a few rounds with friends, and we did end up singing along a lot of times... so we kinda got a performance in lol. Some performers clearly outshined others but was a good time! I also liked that it's a dog friendly establishment so best believe I got some good pets in with the furry friends. Definitely would come back to try making the list earlier another time. Cool find!

Naturally, we followed the music... and wow, what a vibe! This place is such a vibe-y outdoor hangout spot. Super cute, super chill. The first thing you see? A full bar built into a refurbished 1954 Spartan Trailercoach and yes, it's as cool as it sounds, serving beer and craft cocktails. The music was bumpin', the energy was up, but it still had this cozy, intimate feel. Perfect combo. My boyfriend and I both got the Paloma and we snagged a spot in the back to catch the DJ doing his thing. Our table was a little wobbly and my cocktail tipped! Such a bummer but the bartender didn't miss a beat. She sent someone to clean it up immediately and replaced my drink with a fresh one. Didn't catch her name but shoutout to her for the amazing service! There was a big group nearby just vibing, laughing, and living their best life. The whole place felt like a spontaneous backyard party you never want to leave. So glad we wandered in this is definitely a new fave.
