Visited this place multiple times and it never disappoints. If you've ever been to Paris you have something to compare it to. Their pastries are absolutely delicious. I'm a huge fan. They have a super friendly staff. I love the outdoor seating.

My husband and I ordered a croquembouche and petits fours (mini fruit tarts) from Fleur de Cocoa for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. My husband is half French, and Fleur de Cocoa is one of his favorite French bakeries. Once we learned they offered croquembouches, we almost immediately decided to have one instead of a traditional wedding cake. Aline was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful: from the tasting and dessert selection, to reminding us to make sure our venue had enough refrigerator space, explaining how to transport and serve the croquembouche, and personally delivering it on our wedding day. Her attention to detail made everything so much easier. The desserts were absolutely delicious. Our guests loved both the croquembouche and the fruit tarts. They disappeared so quickly that I didn't even get to try every flavor! We actually went back to the bakery a few days after the wedding just to buy more. If you're looking for wedding desserts (or simply an amazing French bakery), we highly recommend Fleur de Cocoa. Thank you, Aline, for helping make our wedding so special!

While attending the parade I stumbled upon this place. There was a line out the door so I hopped in. Waited 15mins and placed my order. So many goodies to pick from. Paid and waited a few minutes for our food and dined outside on the patio. Chocolate almond croissant: 3/5 too much going on here. Pain au chocolat would have been better. Almond croissant: 4/5 a bit too bready but taste is good. Apricotine: 5/5 the best of the 3. Not too sweet, great flavor and love the flaky buttery crust. Coffee: good per hubby

I stopped in to pick up some pastries for breakfast. The interior has been remodeled/updated since I was last here. Clean and nicely decorated. One unisex single user restroom. For sure, I knew I was getting a Butter Croissant for my wife. Chocolate Pistachio Brioche (offered only on the weekend). It was flaky and chocolate-y. I am glad I tried it. Almond Croissant with Raspberry, Pistachio, with Orange Blossom (glaze) - This had a lot of textures and flavors. I really liked this! The raspberry fruit really seeped into the croissant. My wife didn't like this as much as I did. She prefers a simpler croissant like the butter croissant. The service is always warm and friendly here. Support your local business!

Amazing French pastry place! The owner is really French! I had a cafe au lait with an apricot pastry. Delicious! The fruit was fresh, pastry flaky and the cream inside so good! Very cute inside. They also made their own chocolate which I was tempted to try. Next time!

Came on a whim since I was in the area for the first time and it did not disappoint! I haven't been to many French pâtisseries in the Bay Area before, so I definitely wanted to try one. Since they seem to advertise their hot chocolate a lot, I wanted to grab one to warm myself up. Once I got to the store, it was so cozy and inviting. There were so many different options for pastries and chocolates that it could give me crazy indecision. I ended up going with the hot chocolate and the croissant sandwich. Service was quick and warm and the food was delicious! By far the best croissant sandwich that I've tried from a bakery. The hot chocolate was pretty ordinary to me honestly. I didn't see or taste anything special about it. It was good though. Definitely want to come back at some point to try the pastries and chocolate.

Was gifted an incredible chocolate cake from here! It was the smoothest chocolate cake I've ever had. The texture was light and fluffy, and the chocolate was decadent. The details added a delicate and artistic flair that enticed us. Now my husband and I wondered why we would even bother attempting baking when this cake exists in downtown LG haha

Cute French cafe in LG. They have lots of cute pastries and service is very friendly. We got the almond croissant and an apricot pastry. Both very good. Some tables inside to sit down and enjoy your food

Though I've had Fleur de Cocoa treats over the years either at a party or via Locale delivery, this was my first time actually stopping in to get a treat from the source, a crime - I know. I was absolutely blown away by the variety and sheer number of different items they had filling their cases. As a pastry and chocolate lover this was paradise, but also such a hard decision, I would've taken one of everything if I could've! We ended up getting a mini chocolate, cream cheese, and raspberry croissant, full sized raspberry pistachio almond croissant, and a Côte d'Ivoire dessert. Everything was pretty damn delicious, with the raspberry pistachio almond croissant being both mine and my mom's favorite. We also really liked the mini cream cheese croissants. The only thing we ordered that I wouldn't get again is the mini chocolate croissant, and that's just because I'd want a full sized one to get more chocolate, there wasn't quite enough to really enjoy it in the smaller size! Service was very friendly and even though there were a lot of people in line it moved quickly. Can't wait to come back for some more goodies!

Overall review: 4.5/5 For many years, this bakery has been a staple for me to grab specialty cakes for birthday celebrations or a quick hangout spot to grab cake and pastries with friends. It's a small bakery but service is quick and workers are friendly. A lot of people grab and go but there are tables for you to sit and enjoy your food and drinks. The cakes are my favorite part of this bakery. They're light and the flavors for most of the cakes pair really well together. Situated in downtown Los Gatos, there's plenty of parking ranging from street parking to parking lots. You may have to walk a bit but the area is very nice to shop and explore. My friend and I ordered: 1. Tropical rose cake (5/5): if you love the taste of passion fruit and coconut, you'll like this cake 2. Exotic kiss (4/5): it was mango forward and delightful. Personal preference but the cake had a marshmallow ring that I wasn't the biggest fan of. Overall, a bakery that I highly recommend you try because most likely, you'll end up finding a cake you like!

We've been coming here for more than 10 years but looks like I never wrote a review , so there we go It's a fantastic bakery , more like 4.5 stars The pastries are excellent - fresh , rich and at the right size . My family brought today the pistachio raspberry croissant and it was a top 10 croissants of all times . The owner can be a little grumpy if you ask for things outside what is published , but otherwise they're great. Very recommended !

I've been to Fleur de Cocoa more times than I can possibly count. It's the place we get most of our cakes for special occasions, as Fleur de Cocoa has a wide variety of mousse cakes on offer. My absolute favorite is their bouche de Noel at Christmastime. But for birthdays, we've taken to ordering 5 or 6 of the individual mousse cakes in different flavors and then sampling all of them. So fun! We've tried nearly all of them - the Red and Black, Emmeline, Satin, Exotic Kiss, Gourmandise, Eclipse, Seduction, and the Paris. There really is something for everyone - chocolate lovers and those who prefer fruit flavors instead. On weekends, we come for brunch and sit outside. I often have the salad Nicoise, while my husband goes with the chocolate croissants or pain au chocolat, which he says are very similar to what you'd get in France. The salad Nicoise is delicious - I always ask for avocado along with it. It's fresh, filling and fuels me for the day. Fleur de Cocoa also makes chocolates for special occasions, which I've had for Easter and for Christmas. Very high quality chocolate indeed, but beware that these products come at a premium. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend stopping by Fleur de Cocoa if you are in LG. Lots of yummy pastries, sweet treats, and brunch options.

(Ryan Reynolds voiceover) The vibe is Parisian Cafe! Pssst...don't tell anyone that they don't need to catch a flight to Paris anymore. Sarah warmly greeted us! She is super nice! Turkish Rose Latte! Takes me to Istanbul...not that I've ever been either, but absolutely delightful! Vanilla Latte! (The vanilla syrup is made here!) It is soooo good! Deeelish! Thanks for the rec, Sarah! Croque Madame! Mais ouis avec oeuf! C'est magnifique! Incroyable!! Satisfying! And may I add a culinary masterpiece! C'est vrai! Feast your eyes and taste buds on the proper manifestation of a grilled cheese avec ham and a perfect egg on top! An absolute must! Would order everything again! Thanks, Sarah! Woohoo!

We were headed out for an early dinner next door, and Deux Cranes was still open. Yes!! It's a very small chocolate boutique store. Everything is made in-house in small batches. They have very unique flavors and offerings. We were warmly greeted by the shop employee. She was very sweet and helpful. We were looking for something with dark chocolate. She showed us a few unique dark chocolate bars paired with unique flavors. One bar had miso-coated almonds in it, and the other had Earl Grey with Seri-Uchi lemon. We decided to get one of each. There were also two different flavors of fruit jellies. The raspberry one looked good. I'll have to go back and get that next time. The young lady helping us mentioned they have different flavors of the jellies every week. I love that. They also had beautiful boxes of chelates that were so beautifully decorated and had different fillings and flavors in them. These chocolates would make a nice and unique gift for any chocolate lover. Even though the inside of the store was small, they had a nice variety of chocolates, cookies, and jellies nicely displayed. I will definitely be back for the raspberry jellies. We tried both varieties that we purchased. We loved both of them. The miso almond dark chocolate bar has a savory and sweet flavor. It was delicious. The Earl Grey with Seri-Uchi lemon dark chocolate bar was slightly sweeter than the other one with a subtle citrus flavor. I would definitely buy these flavors again. They were both excellent.

I'd read on Yelp they have amazing chocolate so I knew I was in for a treat. The shop is small but elegant, with clean, minimalist displays. Their offerings include chocolate bars, bon bons, rocher, caramels, cookies, and more. I asked if they have my favorite, dark chocolate covered almonds, and was handed a large bar beautifully packaged in a dark green box. The box said the almonds were roasted with white miso, making it savory and umami-filled. I said I'd take it. I also purchased a small bag of dark chocolate crispy marshmallow rocher. The chocolate was, of course, delicious. I can't quite explain the taste of the almond bar, but it is the type of chocolate you eat a small piece of at a time in order to savor the flavor. (This is in contrast to my usual method of quickly gobbling it up). The rocher is a little bitter, but scrumptious with crispy puffed rice. Deux Cranes chocolates and confections would make the perfect gift or served as dessert after a special meal. I'm looking forward to patronizing the shop again in the future.
