After having eaten here twice now, there's no doubt left in my mind. This is some insanely good pizza. There are lots of pizzerias in East Fishkill, and while Tomato Cafe downtown probably has the best atmosphere this Florina's joint just might have better-tasting pies. And the people working there are some of the nicest I've ever met at a restaurant anywhere. The crust is a perfect medium between thick and thin, and each time I've had it it's been toasted to just the right level of "crisp." Great selection of standard and more interesting pies. "Wood-fired" is apparently more than just a novelty, it kicks out a kickass pizza! Not the cheap option, but worth the price. What else do you need to know?! read more

I'm done with this place! Orders are taking longer and longer to be delivered, pizza is ALWAYS cold by the time it gets here. Anything else ordered is also cold and if it was fried it's soggy from being in the container so long. When I first moved here fell in love with the pizza but it's so not worth the aggravation. And when I called to ask why my pizza wasn't here, even though it was a full half hour PAST the latest delivery time estimate, I got put on hold and they never came back! I never post reviews but I had a very bad experience and I hope the owner can fix it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I ordered pickup and they said 25 minutes. When I got there they didn't acknowledge me, then they looked very confused when I told them my name and order. I ended up sitting there waiting for 30 minutes and when I grabbed the food no one said thank you, sorry for your wait, anything. Just put the food down and looked at me then walked away.
