The bread and sauce on this BLT were outstanding! I felt like the arugula was an odd choice of lettuce and gave it a spice and bitterness I didn't care for. No problem though, I just picked it off, and carried on with this deliciousness! There is no dine in still, due to Covid. I ordered at the counter and there was ample socially distanced seating to wait. It took about 7 minutes for my sandwich to be ready. I think that's a quick amount of time to wait for a sandwich of this type. The location is very convenient to the hospital, to grab and go. Staff was friendly. Environment was super clean and organized looking. I will try something else on the menu this week. read more

Lovely little cafe with upstairs seating! Was a bit pressed for time but my hummus sandwich arrived quick n speedy. Pretty decent. Walked in here alone to get a quick bite to eat for lunch, and the first thing that hit me was how nicely decorated this space was. It was also spacious with tons of room to move around. It seems like a classic spot to do work because of all the tables and different chairs to sit on. Roast Beef Sandwich - This was pretty decent. Everything on this sandwich tasted really fresh and the ingredients were definitely above average quality. Aside from being a classic sandwich, there was a good amount crispy, fried onion bits, adding an extra dimension to this meal. I think my only criticism is that the sandwich wasn't toasted, but maybe you have to ask the employees for that. Overall, super friendly service and decent food! I'd come back to maybe try some of the other sandwiches on the menus, or even try a pastry. read more

While I'm usually a big fan of Flour, I was quite upset with the service of this branch. It took a little under 20 minutes to heat and serve a sticky bun, when they had so much staff just standing there and chit chatting when there was quite the number of people waiting. So if you're in a rush, be sure to order ahead via their app or online as they seem to prioritize these orders first. read more

Love that this new location is in close proximity to my work. I went around 8 am this past week and there was a line outside the door due to social distancing. Everything was managed well and masks were mandatory! I tried the famous sticky bun for the first time (it's pretty popular and runs out quick, I hear). It was indeed delicious. I also got the sour cream coffee cake which was absolutely moist and yummy! Everything is fresh and hard to resist (especially the desserts on display)! Pricing is around $4-$5 per pastry. 10 years ago I thought this place was very overrated. I'm so glad I decided to try again, because almost everything was good to exceptional! The quiche had a beautiful custard consistency, every pastry was fresh and well balanced, the pop tart jam was tangy and delightful, and you could taste the quality ingredients in the rice crispy treat. I did have a few minor criticisms: guacamole as the meatless breakfast option did not pair well (texture and acidity); the quiche crust was a bit overcooked; frosting on the pop tart could be more complex (a bit too one-note sweet). But all in all the quality was high, the packaging thoughtful, and pricing fair. Well worth ordering and reordering some tasty pastries from on the regular! read more

Awesome baked goods! I was walking down the road and decided to try this place, it really looks inviting. Clean atmosphere, clean bathroom and efficient friendly staff. What really stands out for me though is the Sticky Bun, it reminds me of a cinnamon roll soaked in glazed walnuts, not for the faint of heart but really worth it trying. I tried the BLT sandwich (really good) and the granola yogurt (super thick) I liked it all, a bit pricey in my opinion but worth it. read more

Ordered a very normal order (soup and a coffee), and he asked if I wanted to go or not, I said I wanted for there, he laughed and said okay it'll be to go. I said I'd rather sit upstairs and he laughed and said "You'll take it to go". The whole point in going to the cafe was to sit and work, and the upstairs had tons of space (presumably due to the rude man), but ended up not able to do that. The lines may be long, but the food and pastries are worth it IMO. Whether sweet or savory, everything has always had a really great flavor and tastes fresher than the typical Starbucks or Dunkin. Breakfast is good. Lunch is good. Iced teas are good! I only give four stars b/c of the long wait, but the customer service at the front made up for it in the long run. 08/22/2021 I went here for breakfast at Flour with two of my siblings and we all got Breakfast Egg Sandwiches and lattes. The sandwich was delicious and pretty filling and the latte was great too! Staying at the hotel behind the restaurant. I love Flour!! Always come here when I'm in town that would be twice a year. Tried for the first time for lunch. I had the pizza and it was delicious. It was square pan pizza. What we called "bakery "pizza where I grew up. The dough had the right amount of chew and the cheese was fresh and stringy. For dessert I had a slice of the chocolate putting pie. It was beyond amazing and I savored every bite.
