How disappointing. I genuinely was so excited to come here for father's day to celebrate my grandfather. I have been here sooooo many times and I have only had positive experiences. What a sh*t show for father's day. I understand it's a holiday but for a restaurant that is on the upper price range y'all need to figure out your reservation system better. People were waiting outside for a long time even though they had reservations. (i.e. 40+ minutes.) genuinely horrible. Imagine you are bringing someone here for the first time, telling them how amazing it is and then have this happen to you. well that was my reality, very mortifying. We basically had to fight our way to a table. otherwise we would've been waiting outside for a long time. I don't know what happened here genuinely. If you are gonna try this place don't go on a holiday. They overbook this place and i feel as though they aren't staffed properly to fit the volume of people that are waiting. food was so disappointing, as in the same 2 meats were rotating for the majority of the time we were there I felt like a parrot asking for specific meats to come out. and I feel as though the quality of the meat has plummeted down since the last time ive been here. Silver lining was that there was other parties around us that felt the same way so it wasn't just an isolated incident with our party. once again, this was so embarrassing on my part for the fact that I would always rave about this place to my family and we ended up with the experience that we had today. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. For an all you can eat place, we left hungry.

Came here to try their happy hour and it was a hit! They have an all day hour hour menu at the bar for select drinks. There is also happy hour menu for food that I believe is till 6:30 at the bar only. My friend and I came on Friday at 5:45p and was able to quickly find a bar seat. We shared the picanha burger ($10) with yuca fries (+$4) and the Brazilian empanadas ($6). It was plenty of food. I got the strawberry hibiscus caipirinha drink. It was so good!! Service was great! We got free Brazilian cheese bread too! Their happy hour menu is great and would definitely come back.

We came here tonight to celebrate my birthday and I definitely enjoyed the service, ambiance, and of course the FOOD It was my parent's and I's first time and it's my sister first time also at this location. We made a reservation and was sat right away. Our server was Matheus. He was good when we were sat but was not very good at checking in on us. We also had to ask and follow up on chimichurri and other things as well because it was taking awhile to get what we asked for. Other than that the other servers were AMAZING. The ones serving the meats, and getting our plates out the way was very attentive. The food was so good, the meat was flavorful and not dry at all. My parents were addicted to the pork belly with lime and honey. I loved all the meats that I got and when we ordered desserts we got the molten lava cake, tres leches, and crème brûlée cheesecake. Since it's my birthday they asked me which one I was most interested in and I said the cheesecake and the waiter came back with a happy birthday written on it, a candle, and when we paid we saw that it was a complimentary dessert which we were so grateful for. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely comeback!

Ordered: - Complimentary Cheese Bread (5/5): Love how crispy the cheese bread is and the way the cheese blends with the bread. It's one of our favorite items from Fogo! - Crispy Yuca Fries (4/5): This surprised us because we were expecting a lot more thinner cut fries, but instead it's just 6 really big fries with a sauce pairing to go with it. The flavors were solid but we just wish there was more! - The Bone (5/5): Favorite dish of the bunch. Initially looked overcooked but once we bit into it we found out how tender and juicy it was. Only complaint is the provided chimichurri was mostly oil. - Spiced chicken sliders (3/5): This was a pretty unremarkable dish, and the chicken was dry. Overall (3.5/5): We came here early for the happy hour menu at the bar, where you find seating yourself. There wasn't a wait and it was a pretty quiet dinner. Despite it being not busy, the food came out pretty slowly and we weren't very impressed with the sliders which we had higher expectations for.

Always a great pleasure to come here! The food is always amazing- my favorite being the bone-in ribeyes. The staff was excellent-special shout out to the manager Devon and server Mille'ken. They made our experience perfect!

We had an amazing and very sumptuous lunch fit for a king ....it's Father's Day anyway! So many choices in salads, veggies, meats, and we got the lobster too! Staff are very attentive to customers. They go from one table to another. Checking what we needed! Food servers are very friendly and courteous! Though the place is a bit off because of the noise, you really wouldn't mind it .... the food was really good! The place is clean and well kept! Its ok to indulge once in a while to an experienced worthy of your time and money. Thank you to my kids for a wonderful Father's Day Celebration !

We have been frequenting this location due to its super cleanliness, amazing food, and friendly staff. We were there on Friday for lunch. Luis, our server kept frequently checking if we need anything. Then, we were approached by Lucas who wanted to make sure that all is good. Between Luis and Lucas we had it made! Water was refilled and plates were changed. Lucas discovered that we were celebrating our 54th anniversary. We were treated to a yummy dessert. Even the manger on duty came to the table to congratulate us. We were humbled. Our sincere thanks go to the Fago De Chao staff, who made our special day memorable.

Beautiful space overall, the interior is really well done. The market table stood out the most for me, especially the Brazilian sides that paired nicely with the meats. The ribeye was our favorite, flavorful and satisfying, and the lamb was also enjoyable, not gamey at all. That said, the meats were a bit inconsistent. A lot of the cuts came out more on the medium well to well done side, and a few pieces were overly seasoned, leaning too salty and a little tough. I would still come back for the market table and drinks, it is a great spot to enjoy the atmosphere and try a bit of everything.

    Great place for guys night!

Probably one of the best Fogo locations out there. I've been to a lot of them and this one stands out above the rest. The energy, the service, the kitchen and the meat stand are all amazing. I see Fogo expanding and bringing the beefy Brazilian influence to Rancho Cucamonga, and soon to West Covina, and it pleases me the way a medium rare steak and whisky would please Ron Swanson. We are turning the tide on the campaign to vegify our diets, and we are doing it with grace and class. Bravo, Fogo de Chão! The Pasadena Fogo came on the scene with swagger and confidence. The dining room is massive, sleek, sexy and puts all the focus on the bar and the beef. The house is always packed and for good reason. You get an amazing dining experience here. Last night my book club celebrated the birthday of two of its longtime members. We grubbed out to a parade of finenmeats and toasted through four bottles of wine. From the best lamb chops anywhere, to fantastic, tender filet mignon, ribeye and sirloin, to a picanha any brasilero would be proud of. This location is a cut above. Honorable mention to hostess Ruby for hooking up the best table in the house for our crew, and to waiter Luis for making sure we ate to our hearts content. The entire group was pleased with your service and attention.

Absolutely nothing in this photo just like our plates. First time here. Service is horrible. Been sitting at the table for over an hour 1/2 and I've had probably 2 3 oz of meat. Def not worth the 57 per person price. DEFINITELY not coming back. Felt like I had to beg for food in order to get some meat. I didn't eat all day cause I was planning on feasting and I was extremely disappointed. Left feeling hungry. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE HUNGRY

If you follow me, you know I'm a big Rodizio fan and support Fogo's in nearly every city I dine in. This was my first visit to the Pasadena location. This Fogo building was originally a bank built in the 1930's. Beautiful ceiling and architecture. Fogo is good about a pretty consistent food no matter the location. I had reservations for 630p. The restaurant was about 40% full when I arrived. We stood at the front for 13 minutes while we were told our table was being cleaned. Not the best way to treat a Fogo guest with a reservation. One star lost for this move. Once seated, we got a new waiter. Ordered full and no red/green markers. No biggie I figured. Got my typical rice/beans and a bowl of Farofa. Note I got the last bowl and their farofa is next to the soup station. We sit down and see a pretty constant flow of Gouchos going by our table. We remain patient. Finally after 15 minutes I call over our waiter and explain we have had zero meat and no red/green signs. He goes off gets our signs and says that he tells the Gouchos to come by. Take another star off. Now the Mashed potatoes, plantains, etc come by. Some Pao de Queijo is delivered then the meats start. I am a customer that asks them to bring specific meats by and they were great about that. At about the :40 minute mark, one of my friends asks about the Farofa I have. I describe the use and he gets up to get a bowl. He comes back and says there are no bowls. Around the same time we ask for more cheese balls and are told they are being made. We wait another 25 minutes before they are delivered. I should remove another star for the poor prep. Beverly Hills remains my go to Fogo.

Stopped by on Thursday, 02/05/26 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! Additionally, it was LA Restaurant Week, and Fogo de Chao participated in this amazing event! We ordered: - 1 Strawberry Hibiscus Caipirinha = $10.00 - 1 Umberto Moscato D'Asti = $17.00 - 2 Restaurant Week Dinner ($55 per person) = $110 SUBTOTAL = $137.00 TAX = $14.39 TIP = $15 TOTAL = $166.39 I purchased a $100 gift card (2, $50 gift cards) from Costco for the price of $80; applied it towards this visit - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Food was amazing as always. I didn't eat as much as last time as I just got back from my Asia Vacation that week and was still stuffed.

I have not been to FdC in years and boy did I miss out! The decor is elegant yet family friendly, great for a date or celebration. Our server was prompt, professional and accommodating with our order. We all tried the 'Best Of' menu. Picanha, lamb, top sirloin, mashed potatoes, cheesy bread bites, pork belly with a dash of honey - KEEP IT COMING. From the bar, olives, street corn, fresh mozzarella - MORE, PLEASE. Great service, great food. Good times. Now, the wonderful manager Michelle. Been with the company 10.5 years and represented FdC with grace, professionalism and a luminous smile. She wanted to make sure we were having fun, had all the things we needed (thanks for the lamb service!) and even helped us with our high school and college graduate celebration by sliding over (and giving advice) on decadent yet amazing desserts. Chocolate lava - chocolatey heaven. Tres Leches cake - one of the best I have ever tried. Seriously, order this today. Thanks to the FdC team and your hospitality. We will be back for round 2 of meat sweats and memories soon.

Ask the Community - Fogo de Chão

Can I just come for the salad bar for lunch? What is the price?

M-F $18 Best deal in town esp in the economy nowadays

How much is it per person?

$75+ they have a specials sometimes for $54 non prime meats but they never honor it.

How much would it be for kids who are 5 year old and probably will not eat as much?

    They're free!

Is it all you can eat?

You can choose their AYCE for meat or ala carte as listed on their menu.

When you order the wagyu ancho ribeye steak to share for the table (weekend), is it all you can eat (re-fills)? Also, does the ribeye include market table items?

No, if you are just getting an entree and not the Full Experience it does not come with market table items or salad bar but can add it for a fee. Might be 18.99$ extra.

    What are lunch hours?

    11 am to 3:00 pm

    Is it kids friendly?

Yes. For the most part. I always see kids there. And they are never unruly. Very cute and well-mannered children.

Is it all you can eat?

They are known for the all you can eat but they have ala cart prices. The prices for the all you can eat also varies as they often happen to have special offers and choices.

Is there a time that happy hour ends? For happy hour do we have to sit at the bar or could we sit at the tables? Do we need to make reservations for happy hour if it's just two people? How long is the wait usually? Thanks!

No reservation needed for happy hour and you have to sit at the bar.

    How much for weekend lunch?

There's no lunch menu on the weekend.

Can I bring my own celebration cake to eat after dinner in the restaurant?

I've seen people bring their own birthday cakes. Not sure if they charge a cutting fee though.

    Do I need to reserve?

It's always a good idea to make reservations. We use Open Table through their website.

How much per person for Saturday dinner?

$70 per person for all you can eat in Pasadena.

Does entire party need to order CHURRASCO experience? Can one person order entree due to nutrition restriction?

You can order al la cart there is a separate menu

Does this location have chicken salad? If yes, is it available all day or only during brunch/lunch/dinner?

I have been here to Pasadena for lunch, and it was at the food bar. And yes, it's the best friggin thing on the menu. 😍🤩

Is there validation available for underground structure parking?

Sadly, no. We were there about an hour and a half and it was $7.50 in parking fees.

Amazing experience at Arroyo Chop House! Saturday night 7:30…read morePM and I arrive with no reservation. The wonderful hostess was so kind to accommodate us. After a short wait, we seated in a comfortable booth and greeted by our server Seth. He was a real professional waiter and guided us through the menu with several recommendations. We settled on garlic and sourdough bread, a fillet, cowboy ribeye, caramelized whole-kernel corn, and scalloped potatoes. Let me just say the entire meal was amazing. I would order the everything thing again tonight if I could go back. The ribeye was seared perfectly with a nice crust and yet medium rare on the inside. Don't even think about sauce because the steak has so much flavor. Nothing is needed. When we were not too decisive about dessert, Seth recommended pineapple sorbet to close off the night and cleanse the pallet. It was the perfect choice. Highly recommend and I will return next time I'm in Pasadena.

Bread (half and half): Usually amazing, but on my most recent visit, the bread was a bit overbaked. It was a bit tough to eat. Truffle Mac&Cheese: I love it, and you can actually taste the truffle. Tomahawk: Amazing, it's always moist and tender. I appreciate that they will cut it for you as well, so it's easier to share. Bonus is being able to take the giant bone home for the dogs. Soufflé: This is the reason why this is my favorite steakhouse. You need to order at the beginning so the chefs have time to make it, but it's so good. I look forward to eating this every time I dine here. Service: Everyone is very nice and attentive. I've never had an issue with any of the staff here. Parking: They have valet parking, and there is also a decent amount of street parking as well.

Came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was such a memorable experience from start to finish!…read more When we were seated, there was already a birthday card waiting for me at the table, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They provided complimentary bread service with their butter trio and it was incredible! Each butter had its own unique flavor, and every type of bread was warm and delicious. We ordered the grilled octopus as our appetizer, and it was perfectly cooked. It was tender with a nice char and beautifully plated with chorizo. We asked for the bone marrow to come out with the bone-in ribeye, and I'm so glad we did. Spreading the rich, buttery bone marrow onto the steak made every bite even better. The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly with a beautiful crust while staying juicy and flavorful inside. Our server even suggested saving some of the butter to enjoy with the steak later, which ended up being a great recommendation. We also ordered the Wagyu fried rice, which was tasty with the roe. The broccolini was a great side. Can't go wrong with that. To end the night, they surprised us with sparkling grapefruit/champagne, a birthday dessert and cotton candy. This was an unforgettable dining experience. It's definitely a splurge, but absolutely worth it for a special occasion. We can't wait to come back!

The portions were decent and the ambiance was great with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a refined atmosphere that made the evening feel special. We ordered the 18 ounce ribeye, the cod cioppino, and the mushrooms and bread as sides. Everything was generous in portion, but the ribeye was cooked a little too much for my liking and lacked the distinctive char/fragrance that usually accompanies steaks at steakhouses. The manager was nice enough to exchange the ribeye for us with one that was on the rarer side which I appreciated. That said, I really appreciated the thoughtful birthday dessert they surprised me with. It was a nice personal touch that helped round out the night. Overall, a solid steakhouse whose accompaniments outshine the steaks in my opinion.

Phenomenal. From start to finish, absolutely phenomenal…read more Had a reservation for my husbands birthday. Unfortunately his flight got delayed and we had to change it to the following day. They did so effortlessly and were so kind about it! We started our meal with happy hour in the bar. The Cabernet and brown butter old fashioned were very good. The ahi appetizer....oh my. Heavenly is an understatement. It was amazing. After happy hour we went to the dining room. We were lucky enough to be sat in Cora's section. As a former service manager, I am very critical of service. I can honestly say that Cora was one of the best servers we have ever had. So knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, checked back at the perfect moments....Ruths Chris is incredibly lucky to have her. The menu was personalized and said "Happy Birthday Mike," there was confetti on the table and there was even a birthday card. This location sure knows how to make guests feel special! We both ordered the filet and lobster meal. Everything was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The warm bread, huge side salad, perfectly cooked filet and lobster, melt in your mouth spinach and mashed potatoes.... Absolute PERFECTION. Then creamy cheesecake and berries....yum yum yum. The managers were also wonderful. So friendly and genuinely thankful for our visit. My birthday is in August and I already told my husband, that I'd like to celebrate my birthday here too! Ideally in Cora's section! Thank you for the perfect evening!

I've celebrated a birthday and Mother's Day here thus far; the attention to detail was next level. As an example, they pre-printed the birthday girl's name on her menu - she was so touched and it was an unexpected gesture, which truly made for a nice touch on an already splendid dinner. Prices are on the higher end, but fitting for the quality, taste and share-ability. Portions are generous enough. I always end up ordering way more than necessary, and people often leave with leftovers for later. My personal favorite is the sweet potato pecan/praline. YUMMMMMM. Give it a try if you like sweet potato and a nicely decadent glaze. You can't go wrong with the steak or shrimp here, as well. The filet mignon is divine. I wasn't too crazy about some of the salads and starters I tried, like the Brussel sprouts and house salad. Always best to plan ahead at a steakhouse and this one is no different. Make a reservation in advance and you shouldn't have to wait for long. Note which area you'd like to sit in if you have a preference. We tend to park in the underground garage across the street since finding parking in the immediate area can be a pain.

Step inside and be greeted by a genuine warm smile and and someone that is happy to see you, and if your luck is holding the Host will invite you to a take a short shuffle to a huge booth where you can make a comfy nest. The Decor is a charcoal gray box with a dining room filled with 2 and 4 tops, a communal table or two, a private dining room and a curbside patio if you insist. Malbec is a perfect place to celebrate a Quinceanera, a non-Kosher Bar Mitzvah, a Golden Shower Retirement, a Gender Reveal, a Gender Conceal or that your substandard Insurance Co. will actually pay for your GPL-1 meds which you might need after over eating great food here. The patio outside is good if the tango loop inside is too loud, but then you're just trading that for unmuffled mufflers and exhaust fumes. At 5:00 PM it's just you and the Chorizo Sampler which is worth it's weight in Statins. The place reinvents itself by 8:00 PM when the chatter ratchets up and the dining room becomes a B. A. The Bar: This long counter anchors the room and delivers what ever your poison might be. The Food: Malbec boasts a huge menu and all of it is good to great. Within minutes of settling in a Runner runs up to your table and sets down a basket of warm Bread with a cup of Chimichurri Sauce to dunk dip, drag and/on dredge your Bread in. The Malbec Salad was large enough to feed everyone in the Recoleta at sundown. Fresh Romaine, Radicchio, Goat Cheese crumbles, a hand carved Avocado fan (I'm a big fan of that), quartered Cucumber Coins, Frisee Lettuce, a sizable slice of toasted Bread, the large mound is mixed with a Caesar-ish Dressing and the whole pile is fresh, refreshing, tasty and a great dish to begin your dinner with. The menu is ambitious to say the least. Heroic lists of Appetizers, Pastas, Pizza, Mains, Seafood, Steaks, Sides, Sauces and Desserts. The Kitchen is fearless because they know they can crank out everything on the menu properly. And you know, they can. I opted for Pollo Las Hierbas (Herb Roasted Chicken), spatchcocked (back cone removed and the whole half Chicken squashed flat for quick and easy grilling). Did I mention that the portions are substantial? They are. The Chicken begins it's journey soaking in Lemon and Herbs. For an additional $2 you can bury the whole bird with Diabla Sauce. (read Spicy Chili Gravy). This Sauce would be delicious over julienned Gym Socks or Dust Bunnies. The welcome heat is delicious even if you're timid with spice. The Chicken arrives tender but with crisp edges, juicy and tasting like Chicken could and should taste. While the Chicken was definitely marinated it's hard to determine if it was brined first. No matter as it was spot on great. The Chicken Chef was not chicken and got it right. The Sauteed Spinach retained it's Spinach integrity and was fished out of the water while still slightly toothy. Excellent. The Kitchen elevated Spinach beyond Pop-Eye's power surge urge. This was beyond just a Side Dish. Vegans, have at it. The Roasted Potatoes were also good enough to enjoy as a Main. Really crunchy nuggets with creamy centers. This place not only offers fine comida de la gente, the restaurant is efficient but doesn't rush. Want to enjoy sobremesa?
