Came here with a few of our friends and had an overall average experience. Unfortunately, the service was not very friendly we weren't greeted warmly and most of the waiters and waitresses didn't smile, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unwelcoming. The drinks were also overpriced, and the meat quality didn't feel as high grade as expected for the price. That said, the protein options and the salad bar had a great selection, which was definitely a highlight of the meal. Have been to this location so many times obviously for different occasions :)) and we typically do reservations but, there were a couple of times when we had walked in and there was a short wait but, they'll get you seated asap! I love love their food bar aka what I call the appetizer area, I never get sick of it and will always go back for a 2nd to a 3rd plate! I do enjoy the rotating steaks and can definitely ask to alter how you like them done but, there will be a short wait time on it. Everybody is always attentive whenever we go, meaning they're; checking on our beverages, wanting to try (x) steak, if need to order anything else, etc. I don't usually wander my eyes around too much in the place since I'm always so focus on the food but, it does seem cozy! My faith has been restored in the $10 burger. I thought such a thing was extinct. Who knew Fogo de Chao has an all-day, every day happy hour (for bar and patio diners). And you don't need to buy alcohol to get in on the happy hour/bar menu. I'm a team player, and got a N.A. Heineken. The also have some mocktails and a "alcohol removed" sparking wine. Mionetto? But back to the burger. I was actually at Lincoln Square South a week ago to see a movie upstairs. And I had the great misfortune to have the worst burger I've ever paid money for at Great State Burger. Great State Burger is a sham of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham. That place made me mad. I had seen the all-day happy hour sign at Fogo de Chao. I was intrigued. And I wanted to prove to myself that a restaurant, even in the Seattle area, can serve a decent burger at the $10 mark. The "picanha" burger at Fogo de Chao is just that, a decent burger at a super fair price. The meat is ground in house from what I think is the sirloin cut of beef. You can tell the patty is hand formed. It was cooked to my desired temperature and lacked nothing. It wasn't the greatest burger ever, but again it's $10 and I think you get more than you pay for. I did get a side of fries instead of the crispy polenta. I didn't ask for the substitution, so not sure why it happened. But not a big deal. The fries themelves were forgettable, but all I wanted to was to believe in an honest burger again. The bartender did give me a little side of their mini rolls. I'm not sure what else to call them. The are tiny little objects that are somewhere between buttery dinner rolls and popovers/Yorkshire pudding. They are dangerous. I could eat a dozen if nobody was looking. Fogo de Chao is a really nice space. Modern and well designed. I chose to go at an off peak hour so I just sat myself at the bar which only had few other people. If I had family in town and a special occasion, this would be the spot. They pay attention to the food quality and service here. There is validated parking in the same building, but the Lincoln Square South parking garage is a little claustrophic for my taste. I parked across the street at Bellevue Square Mall and did some window shopping before finding the skybridges to walk through the shopping mall and Westin? . And then going back to my car I just crossed the street. If you haven't thought about Fogo de Chao for a late lunch or brunch give them a try. read more

I've been to other locations before, however this was my first visit to this one. As usual it was pretty busy for dinner and highly recommend making a reservation. It was especially busy since they were running a $40 dinner special (there is a smaller selection of meats but still offered lots of great items that I found more than adequate) and you still get the full salad bar. The interior here is lovely with an upscale feel. The salad bar is in the middle closer to the front and our table was the perfect location. The restaurant is rather big and you have to walk a little further if you're sitting at the back. As I said it was busy but the wait staff was pretty attentive and nice. Our waiter took the time to explain things to us and answer questions. Sometimes they were a little slow bringing us what we asked for but otherwise couldn't complain. In line with the other locations, the meats were cooked just right and I just wanted to eat everything! Very good selection and variety of both meats and salad bar items. We've come here so many times, I can't even count, but it's been going downhill for a good while now and we've all been pretty disappointed. Meat quality is no longer what we come to expect, very grissly fatty pieces on some cuts and very stingy on the side dishes. We came for the $49 deal a couple of weeks ago and got awful service, they came around for about 20min and left us hungry and didn't come back. This time, we went during normal prices and they finally provided good service from the meat side of things, but our server got really testy when we tried to split the bill. Oh that's not an option, we can split, but not by couple and what they ordered, we can only devide equally, which cost you a hell lot more if you drink ice tea and the other folks wine and cocktails. You should think that in 2025, with Red Robin letting you check out yourself or the server can divide checks into 10+ people... a fancy place like Fogo can figure it out. The next problem was their rewards program, our server provided the QR code to one party at the table and we asked for our code... he pissy said, nope that's not possible, only one person per table can scan their rewards. Totally untrue, their policy states specifically that everyone can get rewards, even with multiple parties per table. By the time, we found the fine print, he claimed, sorry your check is closed we can't do anything anymore. Very underwhelming, service awful... maybe time to change our favorite group spot. read more

reservations are meaningless, it is really first come first serve. be prepared to wait an hour for your table, even with a reservation. they say they text when table is ready, but saw that they only call out names verbally. i guess they figure the demand is so high that customer service is not important. also having a party of 2 or 3 seems to be ideal, as those sizes seem to get seated the quickest. when finally seated, not everyone was given a menu. also make sure you eat everything you take. leftover food is thrown out and can not be taken home. which is a real shame considering the prices for the dinner items. as for the food quality itself, the chicken is very bony, the lamb somewhat bland, and the steaks are incredibly salty. for a high end steakhouse, not as high quality as one would expect. the one highlight to end this review on a positive note is that the salad and side dish bar has some interesting and tasty items. the paml hearts were good, as were the capers. there is also a nice assortment of salads and fruits. i will not return, but it was a unique experience that was interesting to try the one time. read more

From start to finish, the service was outstanding--everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our time. For my second visit here, we went in as a large group for dinner on a weekday. Would recommend reservations, as this place was popping off. If you come here and don't go for the Full Churrasco experience, go ahead and walk yourself right out of the restaurant [because that's the whole point]. The good: -Pretty good selection of meats, and staff was attentive about getting the variety cycled through. -Notable meats include: ribeye, picanha, and sausage. -Brazilian sides (mashed potatoe, yucca fries) were quite good. -Service was spot-on all night. -Tres Leches is a top-3 in my book. The not so good: -The Market Table selection (salad buffet bar, etc.) wasn't up to the caliber of the restaurant price point. As a seasoned veteran at these places, I avoid the chicken, bacon-wrapped and garlic butter cuts for the ribeye and picanha exclusively. I had a very disappointing experience at this Fogo de Chão location due to extremely poor service. Our waitress was unfriendly, took a long time to bring our drinks, and even tossed the straws onto the table instead of placing them properly. She never came back to check on our table. The manager who collected our bill was also unprofessional and showed no concern when I raised the issue. In addition, the meat servers rarely came to our table, and at one point a piece of meat was dropped onto the table instead of the plate. I've never experienced such poor service at Fogo de Chão before. I would not recommend this location. read more

It's hard to believe in the year 2026 minority couples still get horrible service from the waiters. It was our first time and celebrating an anniversary of 10 years. We chose this Brazilian steakhouse for our New Year's Eve dinner, and it was wonderful! The salad bar is a gourmet market of delights. The smoked salmon was perfection, and the warm baked apple was a sweet, spiced surprise. Don't miss the classic appetisers, either; the warm, cheesy pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and the uniquely delicious grilled banana were fantastic. And then, of course, there are the steaks. If you are a meat lover, this is your paradise. The variety and quality are outstanding, expertly seasoned and cooked exactly as you like. The continuous service means you can enjoy your favorites until you're perfectly satisfied (or happily ready to drop! ). What truly elevated our night, however, was our server, Sky. We celebrated the purchase of our new family heirloom rug at Fogo de Chao and had the best service of our lives. David our server was attentive and had many great suggestions. We especially enjoyed the wagyu ribeye and the picanha. The inside was clean and comfortable. It's such a unique feeling, lots of organized hustle and bustle. We don't have a Brazilian steakhouse near us so this was a first for my husband and I. We highly recommend it. I will say I was pleasantly surprised, when we first entered the restaurant the hostess was quite rude and was chewing gum loudly and open mouthed. (Ew). Always great food here! My favorites are the Picaña and the grilled cheese. It's great for parties or couples. Being NY, it was fairly busy and loud. Our table service is always great. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and really provided top-notch service that you hope to get from a more expensive restaurant like this. The other wait staff also provided great service. As for food, the churrasco experience is great to try all the different cuts of meat. I especially like the picanha and the lamb. The market table and feijoada bar has amazing food as well so it's hard not to fill up. I was celebrating my birthday for this recent visit and the papaya cream I got on the house was exquisite, and something I look forward to ordering again. No salt and pepper on the table. Missing a fork. Plates are not removed. Food - the salad bar looked tired and so was the taste. The soup was salty like crazy, the tomatoes in the caprese were half frozen, and someone was very frugal with the basil. There was almost none. The salad dressings were weird. Too sour or too salty. Nothing was written so you have to guess what is what. The cold cuts were from the lowest quality, and looked old. I didn't even try. My friend said that the meat was ok, not more than that. For the first 15 min or so everything was fine, but after that the frequency of meat servers, the quality of service, and the quality of meats just dropped terribly. I got a couple portions of meat then the meat servers stopped walking around at all. I probably waited 20 minutes before i got any more and this happened multiple times. Whenever they got to me, the meat would be dry and over cooked even though they were cutting from the middle of the roasts. I had to ask for a1 sauce just to eat any of it. Near the end I was eating anything just to feel full. While waiting for the meat to get around, we asked the server for mashed potatoes and cheese breads but even that took an hour.
