We had to find someone to take our drink order, get new plates (the manager cleared our table but never asked how everything was), order drinks, refill on water, and more pao de queso. We went here New Year's day to celebrate the start of the year and honestly to skip cooking at home. It was busy but it didn't feel crowded at all. Our reservation was around 12:30pm. The flow of the people for the market table was very organized and people don't stay longer than they need to. The flow of the meats are also very quick and the waiters were so polite and quick. Second time returning to the restaurant and it was pretty similar to the first time. We live far and it was for a friends birthday so we left our house early and got there probably an hour earlier than expected. It was PACKED. We found a small part at the bar to grab a drink from the bartender and the drinks were good. We had a reservation for a certain time so it was crazy to me that it took 20 minutes after our reservation to actually be seated despite everyone being present before our reservation. Our waiter arrived to our table immediately and allowed us to hit the salad bar while he brought us some waters. One person wasn't interested in the typical meat they bring and wanted a vegetarian tray. It took him probably 15 minutes to finally let her order it, then they brought something else instead of what she ordered. He also only stayed at the table long enough to get half the tables order for drinks. He seemed so rush even though everyone knew what they wanted to drink. It was just rushed and rude. The meat was coming around for a couple minutes, then despite having green cards, we never saw anyone else bringing the meat around to our table. I was hoping for more of certain cuts but they just ignored us, very similar to the first time. Because we knew how they were before on holding us hostage because we couldn't get the bill, we asked for it and the waiter made the comment "the bill already?!" Surprised. I'm not sure why he was surprised, our table was being skipped for 10 minutes. Not entirely sure I'll ever return because they just like to rush things, ignore you, and it's just annoying. Came here for our anniversary and the server didn't even know what was in our special request for our reservation which was Best of Brazil as well. 3.5- actually The atmosphere here was beautiful; however the seating was REALLY close together and the experience was different from other Fogo's I've been to. Typically the servers would walk and be attentive to the cards. They'd even ask about what cut of meat (rare to well), but this location did not. Looking at most of the slices I had, it's safe to say most were medium-well. The salad/side bar in the middle was very congested and looked like it had been minimized to create more seating for guests. That being said, it was not refilled very often - or maybe the guests were just consistently tearing into it, but my time in the lines ended with me just getting a lot of rice as it was one of the few items available. As for the service, the complimentary valet was interesting. A great concept, but a quick trip through the parking lot would bring a lot of anxiety as there were MANY cars blocked in due to their tetris-y ways. We actually parked ourselves a while down and walked in the rain to avoid the blockage. We had to actually ask our waiter for refills, so that unfortunately affected the overall review as well. The Tres Leches was our chosen dessert and it was amazing! The food was delicious none-the-less, but it was just missing those traditional FoGo pieces that would have rounded this experience out and made it better! read more

Came here with my boyfriend on an early weeknight around 5:30pm and glad we came early as it got busier throughout the night This was our first time here and was an interesting set up with the all you can savor type meal. We were greeted by our somewhat server (they all kind of roam the dining room) and she told us about the all you can eat type of meal we could do so we went for that All you can eat includes as much of the market bar as you wish, then servers come to your table with different cuts of meats for you to try as you indicate with a card on your table if you're ready for more meat. We found this set up interesting and realised that you needed to ask for more of the prime cuts as they don't roam the dining room with those. The food overall was pretty good, and our martini espresso to finish up was great. Parking was easy as it's a decently sized parking lot. Thanksgiving day is the day to be judging them on their service, because the place was very over busy. We had a hard time waving down the waiters to get the meats and felt bypassed a lot. We would get excited, because we saw what we wanted to come in our direction only to be bypass, and no amount of waving would get the gauchos over to us . It happened so often that we started to just laugh about it. The mest was mostly good though and the cheese bread was epic. Better than any other I have had. The salad bar was bountiful, but I did expect more in the way of sides. Our desserts were absolutely delicious. The waygu was a bit disappointing and not on par with Waygu experiences I have had at fine dining establishments . The meat was overly salty and I did not find it to be as tender as Waygu is expected to be . My next visit I would just opt for the "churrasco experience " which is the continuous tableside service of signature cuts of meat. It used to be a great place to eat with a great ambience. However, there was water leaking from a light in the ceiling that increased while we were there and was leaking on another customer they moved the table and the water continued. We had to ask multiple times for the fillet as they were bringing around. Mostly the cheaper meats. The spices were too heavy and it made my stomach upset, and I vomited quickly in the bathroom. I've been to Fogo de Chao before a few times, but happened to be on vacation in Florida for anniversary trip so me and hubby stopped here for our last meal before leaving out. All the meat was grilled perfectly! The salad bar had a huge selection of the freshest food I think I've eaten. The fruit was so fresh like they went outside and picked earlier that day! The staff was pleasant, helpful and very attentive. They accommodated all my little special requests. The restaurant itself was very clean and was located in a fantastic area with sufficient parking. I think compared to other similar steakhouses this one is very average. The meat is delicious when it's cooked right, but several times I saw servers with meat that looked truly raw. I also had a couple of pieces that were essentially blue. Also, the picanha is of course my favorite cut, and here it is simply okay. Delicious, but not as tender and seasoned as other places. I do enjoy the salad bar as usual and especially the feijoada, and the service is great. However I would recommend other less busy steakhouses! read more

This location is nothing like the one in NYC or even Westchester NY. We visited this location on the evening of Thanksgiving 2023 and yes it was packed. The staff was very kind, the bathrooms were clean, however, the seating area was very tight for a restaurant that required patrons to go back and forth to re-up. Furthermore, we made a reservation (they were 30min to seating us), and had a guest in a wheelchair. This made it impossible to go through the aisles so we asked them to switch our table while they were in the middle of cleaning it and they did not hesitate. The "fresh food/veggie/sides" area had a line and again, didn't have everything we were used to. There is usually whole fresh fruits, but there were hardly. It was quite disappointing and it was slow for them to try fill. Most of the soups had pork in it, even the rice and beans. Yuck! The meats all came out a bit too burnt. It wasn't as tasteful as other locations. Our server was almost non existent, however, the managers and by passing meat servers tried their best to accommodate once they noticed we weren't eating as much, but it didn't quite hit. Thanks fully, our waitress comp our child guest (6 and under are free), and gave us vegetarian options that were less expensive than the traditional meat. All in all, we made the best of it. So our family decided to come out to this steakhouse for a friends giving and the overall appearance was beautiful and well kept interior and exterior. Overall process was smooth and easy given it was a Friday night on one of those cooler nights. We loved some of the featured meats they had to offer including the Top Sirloin and Garlic Steak! They had a great variety of choices to choose from and the salad bar made it even better with plenty of options for a side such as salad, rice, beans, and many more ! The staff was very friendly and overall took care of our requests, but I would say the wait times are what drew my review down a bit. From the beginning we had a reservation for 8:15pm, but stood in front for an extra 30 mins before we can actually get sat down. Although service was quick, they started off strong coming in fairly quickly to serve us, but then it started to slow down. We didn't end up leaving till about 2 hours later from when we sat down ! Our first table was in a walk-way and I asked for a table away from the high traffic areas. Our second table was perfect in the back near the food. In the beginning, service was great. Our server was attentive, explained the concept, and brought out our drinks quickly. Things turned for the worst when a large party was seated at the event room on the side. We didn't see our waiter for over 45 minutes and I was ready to order another drink. Good thing a lady with a booze cart came around! She had a pineapple infused shot that was delicious (AND dangerous if you don't drink hard liquor). The food was flavorful, hot, and the self serve area is kept very clean. Terrible Experience - Never Coming Back We came in as a group and waited over 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. In the meantime, we tried ordering drinks at the bar--only to be met with 30 minutes of rudeness and the worst hospitality I've ever experienced. When I politely asked the manager, Figo, why our drinks were taking so long, he brushed it off saying they had just received the order and were "too busy"--offering no apology or solution. I also pointed out the unsanitary stack of flyers placed on the bar's food prep area, to which he casually replied, "That's normal." I calmly mentioned that we'd be sharing our negative experience online, and instead of addressing the issue, the manager asked us to leave and even threatened to call the police.
