Good service! Alex & Justin were my servers. Food was solid, meat in some cases was underwhelming.

We have been to many Fogo De Chao restaurants and all are good, but this one is great! Michael was our server and he was great also. This is by far the best location with incredible service and amazing food every time. read more

Update: went back again last Thursday because I believe in 2nd chances. It was a much better experience - maybe due to coming on a weeknight & earlier time (6:30pm). We were seated quickly & service was excellent as was the food, however I found you still must ask for premium cuts of meat (rib eye, filet, etc.) as they do not seem to bring them by unless requested. Ambiance is improved with smaller crowd as well. read more

It was my husband and I's anniversary. I've been to multiple fogos before and have always had a great experience but this location was especially spectacular! The waiters were so nice, we constantly had people coming up to check on us and to make sure we had everything we needed. They would constantly refill our drinks, ask if we wanted more sides, or if we needed anything else at all. The food itself was exquisite, so many options at the appetizer/ salad bar and the meats were amazing! They also had a few sauces and a salad that they brought out with the mashed potatoes which were delicious as well! The atmosphere was also very nice, very clean and overall excellent environment. Our experience here was great, the staff made us feel so welcome. Next time we're in the area, we will definitely be stopping by! Definitely recommend. read more

If you like paying $60 for a salad bar, go for it! First time I've ever left a Brazilian Steak house hungry. Had the card on green for most of the visit and had very few offers of meat. When they did eventually come by they'd give me a bite size piece of meat. Some of the meat was tough, some was undercooked and some was just gross. Service was slow and the restaurant was loud and crowded. I would try another Brazilian steakhouse in the area, save yourself the time! read more

After 12 years, I finally revisited Fogo De Chau, and they did not disappoint. Michael K was awesome, the food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed. Till we meet again Fogo! read more

Went here for the first time to celebrate a birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The food, salad bar and drinks were nothing short of delicious. But above all the service we received here was top notch. Everyone was extremely attentive and was able to answer any of the questions we had about what each item was. We are definitely planning on coming back. Thanks goes to Emily, Justin and Mo! You guys were absolutely amazing, and we can't thank you enough for a wonderful experience. read more

First time at this location and will be our last. We were here with our kids celebrating our Anniversary. It was their first time and we had raved about the restaurant to them all week. We all left feeling extremely disappointed especially for a $200 plus bill and the lack of Customer service. We were ignored by our waiter (was finally greeted by the customer service rep who got our drink orders and said the waiter will be with us to give us bread .... Whelp nope didn't happen). He ignored us. Walked by a few times and never said a word. Even brought us our water and still not a word out of his mouth. I get they were busy but he could have said something. Hello hi enjoy!!! But nothing. When someone came to get our dishes, we asked for bread and refills on water. We were desperate. Took forever to get them. But funny enough they were quick to get our check and turn our table over. I was appalled. Buffet salad bar was unorganized and dirty and half unstocked our first round. Second round was more stocked but messed and disarray. Everything we had was just plain ok and definitely not worthy the $61 per person and to be ignored. So thank you Fogo De Chao Plano for a horrible anniversary dinner and experience. Instead of enjoying our dinner we were left talking about when the waiter will be back with our stuff or hmm if you see someone ask for them for refill and bread etc. Your restaurant is known for celebrations, great food and a nice atmosphere and your fell short of that. I had frequented the Addison location and even celebrated our anniversary there. The service at that location and dining was top notch and I am sad that the Legacy location didn't live up to the standards. You should reevaluate your customer service! read more

I used to take my family to this restaurant once a month, or on birthdays. last week my children and my wife invited me there for my birthday and for the second time iwe found hair in the food, I tried quietly to speak to one of the supervisors without anyone else knowing. all he tried to do was to tell me that the hair is not from his people, and it has to be from one of the customers. I have 4 children and my wife, none of us wanted to eat, all we did was just ask for the bill, and paid that much money and left. wondering how come a place like that not able to keep the food in a good condition, and on the other side not able to hire a supervisor whose able to handle issues like that. read more

The food is amazing here!!! We were serviced by Moe, Nicholas and Aline and they were courteous, and friendly down to the last detail! It was our anniversary and we are so glad that we spent it at Fogo. Everyone that worked here made you feel welcome from management (Tony) onwards. Also Leo ensured that our anniversary was memorable and enjoyable. read more

10/10 experience - Mr. Mohammed did a wonderful job taking care and of the us the entire time we were there, highly recommend this location

Moe and Leo had excellent hospitality. Amazing service, quick and friendly, made for a wonderful dining experience.

Delicious food and wonderful service, particularly Chase and Collin. The salad bar is out of this world. Such variety and unique dishes. Don't skip the candies bacon and eat as much of the Brazilian cheese bread as you can. read more

We went for happy hour starting at 4pm. We arrived at 3:55pm and they wouldn't sit us at the patio due to "no servers available". They were at the bar talking!!! We sat for a while until I flagged someone to order food and drink . The food was awesome as usual . Service sucks until SARAH came to the rescue. She was attentive to our drink and food request. She constantly checked on us . SARAH was awesome both times I was there at the restaurant. I could have given a 5 for the review but had to remove one star due to bad service when we came in . Thank you Sarah !!!!!! read more

Friendly hostess, but way overpriced for selection. The sweet gauchos serving the meet were amazing and so nice. They knew our preferences and were very accommodating. The meats were delicious, but we did not receive our polenta and mashed potatoes. When we did receive them the mashed potatoes were kind of glue-y. The polenta fries were a bit cold. The salad bar variety was a bit disappointing, no a lot of tasty selections- this churrascarria is more expensive than the others but not as impressive. One thing that turned me off a bit was one of the waitresses hair was very very long and she had it in a pony tail- the pony tail kept swinging onto our table and at one point brushed the top of my chimichurri sauce- I asked for a new one but it turned me off a bit. She was very nice though- I sound recommend a better variety for the salad bar for that price. read more

I come to this location very frequently. We love going to the Bar Fogo for the happy hour, and typically order off of the menu rather than getting the full crowded experience at the main restaurant. Things have seemed to really go downhill at this place. We took some family that was in town, so we were a table of 7. The young man brought us only one bowl with 4 breads in it, which was strange because that was only enough for half of us. We had 2 servers that we never saw after placing our drink orders. The manager had to come and take our food order, which was wrong when it came out so one person from our party did not eat because it just took too long. I don't know, there's just so many other places in the area that are deserving of 5 stars from food to service and this is just not it. Save your money and your time and go anywhere else at Legacy read more

Made reservations that afternoon for a birthday dinner and it was q beautiful restaurant with valet parking! Sat quickly and greeted by Vinnie. Enjoyed the salad bar and fresh pineapple and smoked salmon were my favorite but Caesar salad bowl was empty and that was disappointing however really enjoyed the chicken salad and fresh papaya. The cheese bread was really good and the grilled cheese was our favorite! The meats were great but the pork sausage was too salty. Really impressed with the Parmesan pork and how moist it was! Very handsome staff and friendly but I got hit in my shoulder by a lady serving shrimp cocktails and there are so many times I had to dodge colliding with men carrying meat. I had to do si do around them. I wish they would walk a different path. Seemed crowded and creates a kind of anxiety for a dining experience. There should be a way to avoid this for customers so it can be a more relaxing atmosphere. We had to wait a long time for water refills and I never got offered the ribs. I had to wait a long time for sugar for my cappuccino and had to remind Vinnie and it was cold by the time I could drink it. I would not call your New York cheesecake "New York " because it's not dense enough but enjoyed it nonetheless. Strawberry sauce was great. Chocolate ganache cake was good.. They have cool credit card swipe screens built into your tab pad when they hand you the bill so you pay right there which simplifies leaving. Thank you for a first time dining experience!! read more

Chase was a fantastic server for us tonight! Highly recommend coming to eat dinner here and asking for him!!

Our recent visit to Fogo de Chao in Plano was less than acceptable. I gave 3 stars because the server who took care of us was at least trying very hard to make things work. The "Best of Brazil" promotion brought in a lot of patrons and also put tremendous amount of pressure on the staff to serve overflowing numbers of customers coming in huge groups. We did not get mashed potatoes. Caramelized bananas, polenta, and pao de queijo came toward the end of our meal. The tables were set so close to each other that getting in and out was difficult. The "Best of Brazil" meat selections turned out to be "Mediocre of Brazil". For the first time ever, I had to use salt and pepper on meat just so it was edible. The whole dining room was so chaotic that I can see the servers and gauchos were clearly overwhelmed with all the requests coming from all directions. Once upon a time this was our go-to location and it is no more. With your corporate office right upstairs, please take a look what's going on downstairs and re-configure. read more

Very good service we had an amazing waitress Angie. The food was delicious and the ambiance atmosphere put the cherry on top.

Fogo de Chao is typically one of my favorite restaurants nationwide, I have celebrated many birthdays and special events at a Fogo both personally and professionally. However, Thanksgiving dinner here was not good, heck I'd say it wasn't even average. First, when they ask if you want the full experience you typically get all of the sides including my two favorite things the bread (omg yum!) and the mashed potatoes. These didn't seem to come, I then asked for them and eventually did get them about 25 minutes into service. They were also out of the candied bacon! Boooooo! As for the salad bar they get a pass - there was a long line but with covid-19 they are having the staff grab everything for you so no harm no foul. Although, quite a few plates were dirty and many patrons around me asked for clean plates. Side note on the salad bar since it is thanksgiving they did have Sweet Yam Casserole which was good, the stuffing was awful for stuffing - if you like croutons though than they would be passable lol As for the meat service - I've never had long lapses in service here ever, usually you are overwhelmed (in a good way) with meat after meat but not today. I got two main rushes where 2-3 people would offer up delicious cuts but then I wouldn't see anybody for 5-7 minutes then another person would come and then nobody for 5+ minutes. I am currently waiting for Beef ribs, I will say 5 different staff have asked if they could get me anything and I told them each someone was working on a beef rib and they all checked in on that it's been about 15 minutes or so but it's my favorite thing so I'm sure it will be worth it. Overall though, not my best Fogo De Chao experience and quite frankly very disappointing. As I wrote this - another patron just told the manager how poor the experience was for his whole table. My waiter Brian was friendly and courteous so this experience is not on him. He was as surprised as me that the beef rib never came out lol All of the staff I saw were properly wearing masks and I do feel safe eating here even though it has a salad bar. Update: My buddy was in town on business and had never been to Fogo De Chao - we went Monday night. He was absolutely blown away by the experience and quality of food (quantity is a given lol). He said it was the best restaurant experience he's had in his life - I told him this is how it is every time except for my Thanksgiving experience. He's already booked a date to take his wife to one closer to home. Shoutout to the manager Nicolau and our server Andres, these two provided an A++ experience (which is the bar I set for FdC after my first experience a decade ago). Redemption is usually sweet but this one was savory too! See you soon Fogo De Chao! read more

Fogo de Chão - From the Market Table & Feijoada Bar - Brazilian Near Me - Plano, Texas

This has always been a place to enjoy great food. Not sure what changed but the seasoning on the steak was minimal and really missed the mark on the classics like the house special. With the price increases I would have expected the same quality but at this point better going to a high end steak house. read more

Leo and Bailey were amazing with us. Super patient with our kids as well. Would definitely come back and ask for them to serve us.

Fogo has always been a favorite for us for lunch, dinner, and of course happy hour. However, they've added a new bar menu that is OMG good. Saucy wings, pichana tartare, and shrimp lobster tacos, with the old favorites like the Brazilian empanadas and beef sliders still in the mix. This place has arguably the best bar and happy hour menu in the DFW metro. The food and beverage quality with top notch service just places it above other dining establishments. They've got live music on Thursday nights too! What more could you ask for? read more
