I've never seen an order be butchered so terribly in my life. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one with mozzarella and fry sauce, and another with ranch, jalapenos and peppers. Somehow, we ended up with one sandwich that had ranch, mushrooms and jalapenos, and another that had fry sauce, jalapenos and mushrooms. We have never had a problem with them until now. I can't comprehend how an order can be messed up so terribly. One of the sandwiches was for someone who is allergic to jalapenos, so they are lucky she did not take a bite, or they would have a lawsuit. I ordered food for delivery and got the Buffalo chicken salad and sweet potato fries. The salad was good, chicken was flavorful and there was plenty of it. My husband & I had a craving for some quick food but not fast food. We went to get tacos & realized almost every places closes at 8pm! Most places quickly locked their doors at 7:45pm so we happen to stumble across this place who welcomed us with open arms. The food was really good! We split a cheesesteak and fries. The fries were crispy and not over salted which I love. Fry sauce was good too. The sandwich was really good too & we added jalapeños so the spice to sauce ratio was great. Was craving a cheesteak and this place delivers. Fries are super tastey as well. They have some healthyish alternatives if you are Keto etc as well. I got the large cheesesteak with onions, bells and cheez whiz, as well as the cheese fries. If you are a cheese lover this meal delivers. The only downside is it gets expensive quick but with the way the current economy is, it makes sense. Lastly the staff was super friendly and went well out of their way for us. My wife called tonight at 7:38pm to place an order for pickup. Knowing they close at 8pm, we wanted to get our order in with plenty of time for them to make it and pick up before 8pm. They refused to take order over the phone and said to go place our order online - which when we went to the website we were unavailable to place an order for that day. I've been to Forefathers (Scottsdale location) once a little while back and the food was good. After this experience with their employees and lack of customer service, we will not be returning. Save your money and go to another restaurant that appreciates you as a customer. There's plenty of other places out there that do. read more

Okay so this place has some legit cheesesteak sandwiches. Love that they kept their menu to what they do best.... Cheesesteaks! They have both steak and chicken and have the extras you can order on the side Also have fries which were so yummy! Staff was really nice and all up front where the actual grill station is so you can see it all. My only issue with this place is purely personal, so definitely not knocking the food and I have a few of my own rules about how I give reviews and I usually never have an issue with what I'm about to say. So this place has American flags hanging even one outside and military pics hanging up in the seating area so very cool to honor the military, yet does not give a military discount and like I said I NEVER have a problem with a place that does not give one it's always just a plus but to have all the military stuff and then not give one is very strange to me. I don't like how the employees preparing the food don't wear mask. Only person wearing a mask was the person taking orders. I think a business establishment should focus on making ALL customers feel comfortable. I have not had the pleasure of eating here yet, but the wonderful staff and in particular Matt, the manager, deserve a shout-out! :) I am a 3rd party delivery driver and had a HUGE order (25 sandwiches and 10 fries!) to pick up yesterday from the Chandler location. Matt was very timely communicating with me via text as to when the order would be ready. When I arrived, everything was packaged very nicely with all the appropriate sauces/etc. Matt then took the time to put everything into a large box, and then he carried it to my car and put in the trunk for me. The other couple of times I've been here for delivery pickups the staff was super nice as well, and they always have the food ready to go. Much appreciated as these cr*ppy apps pay drivers peanuts, and nothing extra for wait time at the restaurant (seriously, go get the food yourself if you can. Delivery apps are a rip off and exploit their workers...if you must order delivery then be sure to TIP generously!)
