The Fork and Fig has a very attractive ambiance. I like the outdoor seating area. It is a nice place to enjoy company of friends and to chow down. The caprese burger with mozzarella, tomato, basil, and bacon is a good choice. There is also some aioli and pesto to jazz it up on a crispy bun. I was not brave enough to try an elk burger. Just sounded too gamey for me. I understand it is really lean, but not up my alley. The service was attentive, but just tone it down a bit. I will try maybe a gyro next time.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The citrus salad was on point. The salad leaves were fresh and crisp The citrus seemed to be just cut. The chicken was so moist and full of flavour Sat outside and enjoyed the magical Weather

I came here after someone recommended the green chili burger and the brussel sprouts. And it was absolutely amazing! I do have to say, that it was very messy especially with the egg inside, but I'd definitely get it again.

I do not know where to even start! I'm vegetarian-friendly and my partner is vegan/vegetarian only. At first we were nervous to be going here because the menu seems like a lot of meat, and some things have bacon fat... However, once we dug in-- split a fruit salad as an appetizer, we each got the pesto pasta (it comes with lobster), and we finished with the caramel-turtle cheesecake. There are no photos of the dessert because we are ALL of it on impact. The pesto pasta had both pesto & basaltic vinaigrette, fresh veggies, and epic pasta! The salad was so fresh, crispy, and the flavor profile was so refreshing!!! We even splurged on a whole bottle of Moscato! Service was top-notch. It's a smaller place, so try to make a reservation, but we didn't- we got lucky. Environmental was clean. Parking was easy. Everything was just superb! It was a perfect date night meal! 10/10 would highly recommend!!!!!

FOODGASM! I should just leave it there, as I left satisfied! As you enter, it appears small, but keep going back and there is a wide open area with a bar and a massive patio. Lucas was my server and he had all of the right selections! He was super witty and I loved our interactions. I've never been here before so, as per usual, I want it all! Let's start with an app, good test to see if want to continue my food journey.... Zero disappointment here! Pork belly, cashew butter, and jam, on a toasted bread, just shut up and get in my mouth! I mean all in and all over my mouth! The flavor was so oddly satisfying! Yep, we're going all the way with this one! Next up, grilled cheese with braised short rib (I want a plate of this to just ya know snack on), bacon, tomato, apricot aioli. Every person there said this was there absolutely most favorite Sammy and I will tell you, it's now mine. Salty, sweet, savory, buttery, just plain Delicious! If you have never tried this sandwich, you are doing yourself a complete disservice! You should run, I mean SPRINT, to get this yumminess in your mouth! The side of Boursin polenta, holy smokes, the best polenta I have ever tasted in my life! The creamy and rich consistency almost felt like I was eating a super sinful dessert, and I'd do it again and again! I think I've found my Mecca of flavorville! Can't wait to come back and explore more of this menu!

I had a very good experience Dining by myself on a Thursday night. It was busy but I was seated fairly quickly. The staff was all doing double duty: hosting, seating, serving, clearing. It felt a bit chaotic entering into that energy. Nevertheless, my waiter greeted me within a few minutes of sitting down and had taken my order soon after. I had a good glass of French Chardonnay and the "Joy Press" sandwich. It's a combo of pastrami, coppa & prosciutto with cheese, slaw & dressing. All the meats were very tender and tasty. I chose the fingerlings potatoes as my side. They were topped with shaved Parmesan. Half the potatoes were cold. That's the only negative I can offer. Good beverage selection. Good service from my server Waner (not misspelled)

I've been to Albuquerque for a total of 5 days and I have eaten here 3 times! Think about that...3 times in 5 days! Open kitchen design is cool, staff always friendly! Now the food! I had the meatloaf burger...WOW! The person that thought of this really knows their flavor profiles and understands how to build flavor. Between the green tomato, pineapple, cheese...holy cow...flavor explosion!

Great first meal back in Albuquerque. I haven't been to Albuquerque in several years and wanted to immerse myself back in the New Mexico cuisine right off. Fork & Fig enchiladas are spot on. With a pick your own menu, you get the enchilada you want. The flavors are right on. Really enjoyed the cabbage with the brisket. Plenty of salsa options. We also ordered a side of pinto beans. The flavors are spot on. However, the beas were slightly undercooked (think al dente) I am pretty sure later in the eveneing they were perfect. Nice staff. Plenty of local beverages to choose from. The wife particularly liked the cider selection.

I wanted Dawg Friendly. I wanted watermelon cider. I wanted attractive, friendly, efficient service. I wanted the soft fried egg that came on the Green chili cheeseburger. 3 out of 4, I got exactly what I wanted. Charles the mutt got my fried egg. No fault of F&F! Note to self: next time order side of extra fried egg! Brussels were delicious and Watermelon Cider paired very well.

Windy City sandwich with red chili aju and truffle pomme pure.

I had the green chili burger which. Comes with an egg and a side of smoked cauliflower which did not take a picture of because I devoured it before I thought of taking a picture. My husband had Windy City sandwich when red chili jus with a side of truffle pomme purée. He would have liked more green onions (if you like more). Atmosphere was relaxing with good music and where you can still talk with your companion. I would consider this a high quality menu in a comfortable atmosphere. Great customer service. Hidden gem!! PS not sure what kids would eat here.

Really nice uptown location with comfortable outdoor communal bench style covered seating. The staff and servers were very friendly and attentive. The elk burger was delicious but had way too many thick cut toppings and after a few bites the burger fell apart. The caulilini and asparagus with balsamic reduction and orange zest was amazing, and the tres leches cake was delicious. Really nice mid day lunch location, but not recommended if you are in a rush.

This place is delightful. We stopped on a whim one Friday night and really enjoyed our visit. They were very busy but we were well attended. The food exceeded our expectations! The watermelon gazpacho is wonderful! Hubs had the NY strip wrap and said it was amazing. I had the Fig Mac and Brussels sprouts-phenom

I peruse the menu, another customer drops their shake. Gonna be longer. That's fine, go help them. "No, I can take your order REALLY FAST." Well, I was looking at the menu, but cool to be rushed. I remember when the young lady that used to work there was at the counter. 6-8 people in line, greeted with a smile and Hi! Welcome in! There was a longer wait, but it was ok, because the service was good, and so was the food. Today? I'll never return. I spent over $15.00 including a credit card surcharge (a business owner that wants to take credit cards but can't be bothered to be a business owner and pay their bills.) I left a $5 cash tip - I figured I'd the business owner can't pay the 3% on a bad merchant account, they most likely aren't paying the staff livable wages... I sat down and put my gear down, and waited... for about 15 minutes, before this garbage salad that was falsely advertised as having toppings and 3 sliced chick'n strips. The entire salad didn't fill the bowl.? On the bottom were less than a teaspoon of diced tomatoes. In the entire salad there was ONE "fried onion." The lettuce was chopped like slop, there was barely enough chick'n to call it 1.5 slices. Absolute trash. For 15$ I ate my salad, listening as Morticia Addams' understudy pleasantly said good bye, have a nice day, et cetera to the customers who were leaving. I got up, threw my trash, walked out. Silence: The whole time I was in there, a cheap speaker was streaming some crappy 90s "radio friendly hip hop." When my salad was brought to me, even after explaining it's very hard to eat, or carry , a salad on a motorcycle, it arrived in a to-go/carry out, lid is RIGHT THERE,.Morticia helpfully pointed it out, a subtle hint that I wasn't a welcome guest. As I was gearing up to get on my motorcycle out comes our antagonist. Not to be polite or anything. To smoke or vape. I didn't stick around to smell which one she was doing in the doorway. I get it, lucky goose doesn't want my money. They've made it abundantly clear. That's fine. I'll go to Steelbender, where they have vegan options, and like that customers come on to give them money. I accidentally posted this review to the uptown location. I've never been, and will never be, to that location. This review was the knob hill location.

It does get busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and is well worth the wait. While the banh mi definitely steals the show, there are plenty of other options on the menu. Their banh cuon, thin rice noodles filled with ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, was good, though still second to the sandwiches.
