Overall they have a great concept, but need some work. They have 2 types of traditional (bone in) wings, ones that are grilled and ones that are lightly breaded and fried. Showed up on a Friday night around 5:30pm, told they were out of the grilled :(. So already at a disadvantage. 50% of my traditional wing options (the ones I was looking forward to) are gone. The sauces heat index they use is generous. What they call Medium is more of a firm mild. I'm slightly sensitive to heat, but their Hot Witches Broom was perfect. More of a flavorful, spicy medium. Wing quality was solid although they were mostly drums and very little flats. If you're looking to support a small business, give them a go. They're a great option. Little pricier than I would have liked to see at $1.39/wing plus $1.25 per sauce. Figured first sauce should be free. I don't come up to this side of town often, but willing to give them another go. Really do want to try the grilled wings. PS: LOVED their in-house made blue cheese dressing. read more

I have eaten here twice now. Once in a large party and we did it family style so that everyone could taste different items and once on date night with my husband. Both times the food was outstanding! It took a bit longer to get our food than most restaurants but they are relatively new and it always takes a bit of time to work out the kinks. I will definitely be back! I wish I had taken pictures of the cute decor and wonderful patio area. The food items that stood out the most to me were the loaded fries With pulled pork, the wings of course, the artichoke dip and the wedge salad. But really and truly there was not one item that I tasted that wasn't really amazing. All the servers that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. FYI... Great Wings!!! Sunday afternoon we were the only table in the place. Made me nervous. Wood Smoked Bacon Wings were fantastic. Bacon was crispy and addd to the chicken. Wings were also meaty. Came here again to try some different flavors, I had the Big Burn and Bobbie the Deep Creek. They list the Big Burn as hot but for me it was more of a medium hot, but I do love hot sauces and such so don't go by me. The flavor was really good though. Bobbies had a good flavor but to me it wasn't what I'm looking for in a wing, just garlic parm. Still good though just not for me but she really liked them. Next time I'll one of the sauces they list as danger and we'll see if that is more what I want. But we will be back to try more flavors. read more

Don't be put off by the plain decor (although they do have a nice outdoor patio where it was too windy for us to try the night we visited). The staff is friendly and helpful. The cocktails were well made with above average liquor. Try the fried pickles. The house-made split pea and ham soup was excellent, and the tasty spinach artichoke dip came with crunchy Parmesan-dusted toast triangles. We tried the BBQ mac & cheese with pulled pork. Nice sized serving. The mac & cheese was cheesy and not soupy or gummy, which are common faults in similar dishes I've had elsewhere. The pulled pork was perfectly sauced with crispy-carmelized pieces - mmm. We did not try the wings, but as you'd expect given the name, they offer a wide variety of wing preparations and sauces with defined heat levels. Do try this place. read more

While I'm a big wing fan my husband is so-so because of their size. He was very happy today since the wings today were nice and big and plump. The sauces? Wonderful! and house made. Not too hot (at least the ones we tried) but huge in flavor! We had the large fried wings (dry) with four sauces - the Miramichi Ed's Sauce, Florida Bugaboo, Mescal, and Peshtigo. While all were very good, the Miramichi was the best. As previously stated, the sauces have a bite but you can actually enjoy the flavors of the sauce and chicken. We will be back! read more

We had lunch today at Wildfire Wing's our first time for dining there. The wings were outstanding and the sauces and Chicken sandwich. Monday has a special where you can order each of the 3 different types of wings by the wing, so had to get 2 of each type wing with a different sauce on each set of wings. The bacon wrapped wings were excellent as were the "normal" wings and the smoked, fried big wings. The Chicken sandwich with slaw was excellent and a little spicy the accompanying fries were tasty as well. The owner was waited on us and had excellent recommendations on sauces as there are quite a few to choose from. The prices were reasonable and wait time minimal, definitely a place we'll visit again in the near future. read more

My wife and I had dinner here around 4:30 on Sept 8 2024. We ordered a small sampling of wings as an appetizer and were pleased with what was given to us. The wings were tasty but milder than what was suggested by the menu. We had the Florida Bugaboo sauce which was rated as "bold" on their heat scale. I would describe the heat of that sauce as mild. Despite being milder than described, the wings were good and the blue cheese dressing that went with them was also good. For my main meal I chose the pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun with choice of fries or chips. The fries were very good but the pulled pork sandwich was very dry and lacking in flavor. There was no accompanying sauce to help make up for the dryness. The sandwich was also quite small compared to most other local places where they serve pulled pork. I would not have ordered it if I knew what I would be getting. My wife ordered the Crispy Shrimp Po Boy sandwich and fries. She was very disappointed in how dry and flavorless her sandwich was as well. The sandwich was supposed to have had a spicy ranch dressing on it but it was sadly lacking. Her fries were good, but she elected to take the sandwich home where it could be doctored up to make it more palatable. Also the shrimp in her sandwich was heavily breaded, further detracting from its appeal. The couple we were eating with ordered chicken and waffles. The woman had to request new waffles because the ones she was served were burnt black on the bottom. Her husband ordered pulled pork tacos and seemed okay with what he got. Our bill, including tip came to $80. The $80 included two sandwiches, two beers, and a small order of wings. After we got home, I noticed there was an extra charge for the French fries that were supposed to come with our sandwiches. My wife called the restaurant to ask about the additional charges for fries and she was told the charge was in error. She was told the manager would give her a call when available to discuss the oversight. She never got a call back. Given that three out of four entree's we ordered were very sub par, and definitely not a good value, I couldn't recommend this place to friends for dinner. Perhaps if you are just interested in wings you might fare better. read more

We just moved to the area and decided to give this local spot a try again. Picked up food around 6p after seeing it closed at 7p on Sunday. My wife was very unhappy with the taste and size of her boneless wings and the ONE piece of celery and carrot (look at picture). I agree they were some of the smallest boneless wings I've seen. We also got a side of french fries and it had to have been the smallest side of fries I've ever gotten (see picture). We have eaten takeout from here before and it was above average but this time we were really disappointed especially after the bill was $50. read more

This is a small bar and grill with a nice patio for larger parties. Lots to choose from on the menu. Wings with a variety of sauces and dry rubs. I have tried nearly everything thing on the menu. The Daytona style smoked wings with a dry rub are one of my favorites. Today I tried the grilled chicken sandwich. It is excellent. Lots to love about the menu here. Other wings were so so. I got impression the wings were prepared ahead of time and heated up to serve. Could be wrong, but I'm a decent cook so I think wings are not prepared fresh. Very impressed with this establishment. Full bar and efficient use of seating. Patio area is very nice for evening dining and socializing. They also have live music on certain days. Brandon our server was SUPER helpful in explaining all the styles of wings and sauces/rubs. We got 1.5lb of smoked Daytona wings with 2 sauces- mescal and peshtigo and 1 rub cloquet. We also split the 3 cheese patty melt (parm,pepperJack,cheddar) . My wife could not stop raving how good everything was. Wings were cooked perfect and not dry. sauces/rub were really good, but she really loved the patty melt best. Great idea to crust the parmesan on the outside of the bread which gave it a much better crunch and flavor of the whole patty melt. Seasoned fries as well. The one thing I would recommend for them is to make the ranch dressing from hidden valley powder (or from scratch) rather than from an already prepared bottle which has a much different and not as good flavor. Finally tried the new Wildfire Wing in Catalina tonight. We shared some Daytona style and traditional bone in wings. Both good, sauces good (Peshtigo and Mescal bbq). But the Daytona were the real winners. I really enjoyed the smokiness in the flavor. I highly recommend them. The traditional wings cost less than Wild Buffalo Wings, and I'd much rather support these guys. The staff was very nice, and they have a good patio that looks into the desert. I saw a burger come out, and that looked good too. They have sandwiches, burgers, nachos, several mac and cheese, tacos and salads on the menu. We will be back. read more
