There's not too much to say other than it's your average Domino's pizza. We got a free "emergency" thin crust build it yourself pizza with ham and pineapple toppings. It was cut into squares instead of slices. Overall the crust is not bad...it keeps its crispness. We also got a the new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and 8 piece parmesan and garlic wings. The sauce on the wings is absolutely delicious. The stuffed cheesy bread was average..but dipped in the wing sauce was good. Overall it's just average...nothing great or terrible. Would order again every once in a while. read more

I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza. I ordered extra ham and pineapple. Look at this photo. There are literally two pieces of pineapple on it. They did good on the ham. It's almost like they only put on extra ham, but not extra pineapple. I don't care how busy you are! If I am paying for extra whatever, I expect the extra whatever I paid for! It literally takes maybe 5-10 extra seconds...maybe!...to put extra pineapple on it. But they couldn't even do that, and I still paid for it. Ridiculous! Do not recommend this place. Employees here don't care. Communication with the customer when issues arise is non existent. Assistant Managers that won't listen to you, covers for the employee and makes excuses for them, interrupts you when your talking to them. Ordered food not long ago and it was messed up. Ordered food this time and the delivery driver drops it outside of our home, didn't bother to contact us. No phone call, nothing. Driver decided it wasn't a "big deal" to contact us to let us know what happened, just went back to remake the order and deliver it later. Seriously?!! But here's a free lava cake, that'll still need to be made, which will make you get tot remade order even later, but that should make you happy. Really?? Assistant manager, Alexis, speaks with us about it, interrupts each time my boyfriend tried to talk, was rude and made excuses. I've been in management for over 25 years. I've NEVER spoken to a customer the way she did with us. And my employees were dealt with anytime I got a complaint. No excuses. They REALLY need to get that place in order. And the Restaurant manager needs to train her assistants to deal with things like this much better. Order at your own risk.... And don't order if you have a tight schedule. read more

The last straw has finally happened. We order from this Domino's frequently, but it has gone downhill....waaay downhill. The last time we ordered, the chicken bites were only about a half order in quantity, and the cheese on top was scorched and literally inedible. They remade it, but how hard is it to see that it looks like roadkill and not send it out??? Tonight we ordered from them again and, about 15 minutes after the app said that the driver was "in the neighborhood", I called the store because he still hadn't shown up. After a couple minutes of annoying ads on hold, I spoke initially to the driver who told me that he had returned to the store with my order because he had dropped it and that it needed to be redone (obviously). While he did apologize several times, it still seemed highly unacceptable that they couldn't place a quick call to me to explain what had happened (why ask for my phone number if you're not going to use it when necessary). I then spoke to Alexis, the "manager", and explained to her that I found their lack of concern for even basic customer service highly unacceptable and she sounded as though she honestly could not have cared less. She very, very dismissively recited their script, saying that they would view this as a "learning opportunity" and that they had remade the order (while also saying that it somehow "hadn't taken any longer".... wait, WHAT?? Uhh, that's literally not how time works......). All the while, she continuously cut me off as I tried to voice my position with things, obviously not caring one bit about the inconvenience. Their recording says that their calls are recorded for training purposes. Well, Domino's Corporate, this is a prime call to teach your "management" how NOT to handle things. Sadly, after placing many orders with this store, I doubt very seriously that we'll place another one. We'll gladly overpay for Grandma Tony's down the road and enjoy superior pizza and FAR superior customer service. Welcome to food service in the 21st century..... pitiful. read more

I have been so happy with all of our pizzas. Ample if not extra toppings. Service on the phone was very friendly and helpful. 2 different delivery drivers Matthew and Donovan were both very nice and kind. (I always tip my drivers). Considering we live in an area with limited delivery service it's wonderful to have Domino's able and willing to go the extra mile so we can enjoy pizza night. I love the new cheeseburger pizza! I was able to order it online with the Brooklyn style crust (my favorite) and just finished my first cheeseburger pizza today. I live in Tucson AZ but moved here over 12yrs ago and I am a bit of a pizza purist and pizza snob .. Thus far Dominos Brooklyn style pizza is the closest I can find to a pizza comparable to New Jersey/New York to date. After trying the cheeseburger pizza, I guess I am no longer a pizza purist. I look forward to trying other speciality pizzas in the future. My pizza always arrives fast and hot. The fact that I can pay online and leave my tip online with contactless delivery is awesome. I also make sure when I do order sauce style pizzas I get the robust tomato sauce and in my opinion thats the best. Brooklyn style rocks! read more

This Domino's has issues with getting your dipping sauces and salad dressings correct. Two weeks in a row this location has totally screwed up my sauces and salad dressings! When we call this location to let them know, none of employee (s) who answer their phone wants to accept responsibility. Total run around! Pizza, garlic knots and salad were great. But with no marinara sauce and no dressing for the salad those oversites totally destroyed any enjoyment of food. Have you ever eaten a salad dry??? Worse....I can't get any manager to explain which employee is responsible for ensuring the sauces and dressings ordered are correct! read more

Living out in Catalina, there are not a lot of choices for delivery and let's face it, at the end of the day who wants to cook? Tonight we decided to order from Papa Johns. Normally we get Dominos, but the last three arrived cold and had poor taste. We were told it was because of the new manager. We were promised a free pizza next time we ordered, it didn't happen. Papa Johns pizza was delivered quick, hot and full of great flavors. Also it was less expensive and included free crushed red pepper (Dominos charges extra for what used to be free)! Thank you Papa John, we are back as regular customers again. read more

Whatever seasoning they put on the pizza is disgusting. The thin crust is pretty good though. However, I would still rather drive to papa johns or Pizza Hut because dominoes pizza is just so gross. I am giving an extra star because I find that the delivery people are always kind. And because they have fixed a mistake they made in the past when the pizza I had delivered was literally so burnt it was black. They did fix it and make me a whole new pizza for free. I would actually give it less than one star. I placed my order on the phone. The phone was answered and then I was placed on hold for close to 4 minutes. The employee then came back on the phone to place me on hold again very abruptly. I finally placed my order after 8minutes. I was told the order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. My husband arrived after the pickup time to get our pizza. When telling the two employees my first name they literally looked everywhere- on the floor, under the oven- and came back to him and said, "We don't have an order for Shin." He had to spell out my name because they could not comprehend that my name was Shannon. They still had no order under my name. Pizza was luke warm at best when it arrived, but made well. I greeted the driver with a smile and welcoming but he was not very pleasant and had a cold, valley- girl like attitude. I was in the process of switching hands in order to hand his pen back to him as he snapped, "Can I have my pen back?" I simply replied, "Yes".
