I uploaded their recent menu items as they have a new staff and are still in the process of training them to serve their whole menu again. My personal favorites that I get on rotation each time I come are the Banh Cuon w/ Pork (Vietnamese Rice Cake), Large Banh Xeo (w/ no squid), and Com Ga Di Bo (Rice Plate w/ Boiled Chicken). I always order a side of Goi Cuon Nem Nuong with my respective entree as well. The Sugar Cane Juice is absolutely delicious, fresh, and not too sweet. The service here is always friendly, attentive, and timely. Nice relaxing atmosphere with television and restaurant music for your dining experience. Definitely recommend for all my fellow Vietnamese food lovers!

It's one of my favorite childhood dishes! I also enjoyed their bun thit nuong cha gio many times as my other go-to order. I believe my mom enjoyed the banh xeo and pho ga when I took her here the first time she visited Austin. Service is usually quick and the music or TV was never too loud. The noise level in general does go up as it gets more busy but not overwhelming. I wish I still lived nearby to get my Viet food fix!

Our recent visit to this cherished establishment left us with mixed feelings. After not having been for several years, we were delighted to find that it was still open and bustling with its familiar charm. The memories of perfectly crispy, non-greasy gg rolls flooded back, reminding us of the care and love that goes into every dish at this charming Mom & Pop gem. This place once had indeed mastered the art of serving delectable "Americanized" Chinese cuisine, making it an ideal post-Ikea adventure stop. The journey took a slight downturn with the chicken in the pho. Despite an exceptional broth that showcased rich flavors, the chicken's inedible dryness was a blemish on an otherwise outstanding creation. While the dish was still enjoyable after removing the chicken, it's essential to address this aspect for the overall experience to truly shine. As for my choice, the grilled pork vermicelli with the egg roll, there were some unexpected twists. The egg roll, unfortunately, had a very unappealing aftertaste and a level of greasiness that overwhelmed the senses. Meanwhile, the grilled pork experienced a slight mishap in execution, with a jerky-like consistency. Dining out involves investing not just money but also anticipation and excitement. Our hope is that this review helps the team behind the scenes to rekindle the spark that made this restaurant a nice stop. We have been here many times. Some times we order online for pickup and sometimes we eat there. Tonight, I ordered online and left to pick it up as it was supposed to be ready after 15 minutes. Apparently they didn't start the order until I arrived 15 minutes later. The, I had to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point of online ordering if it is not ready when you arrive? They have lost our future business. If it wasn't for the taste of the food, they would not have gotten 2 stars. read more

This is a fantastic place to grab Chinese food. They're quick, the food is tasty and and not greasy, and the prices are cheap. It's not the most authentic, but it is fresh quality! I did the General Tso's chicken best ever , which was surprisingly sweet and spicy, but I liked the taste, and the portions were just more than right for lunch. well like every other Asian place service is never more than OK' we all used to it. The egg rolls were the worst I've ever tried to eat, after requesting soy sauce and hot mustard, which should've accompanied this dish. They were previously frozen and gooey inside. Just awful. The beef was tender and the onions were cooked perfectly in my Mongolian beef, but there was barely any sauce. Same with my wife's dish: very little sauce. Neither dish had much flavor. My Mongolian beef was supposed to be spicy. There were three peppers on my plate, but it wasn't spicy at all. I had to drench everything with hot oil. The hot tea was too weak to drink. I'm 74 and traveled the country for 35 years during my career working for a Japanese company. I ate at least one Asian meal per week at a Chinese, Japanese, Thai or sushi restaurant. I also cook delicious stir fry dishes with scratch made sauces.
