they have an aquarium here and this fool will stare at you

An amazing restaurant that I can't wait to come back to. Lately I've been obsessed with Thai food so I'm trying new ones in the valley. I tried the pad thai because it's so hard not to get pad thai everywhere I go I also got the cream cheese wontons. Both just perfect in flavor with large portions. How delicious! Such a great price. The service was also 10/10. My server checked on me many times going out of his way for me. A new favorite spot, I will return. Also the place is very cute and I was lucky enough to be seated by the aquarium.

Soup was great! Creamy with mushrooms and shrimp I like it. Pad see ew was also good and tasted well. Spicy Fish was also good. This place is consistent with great service, keeping the place clean. They are very welcoming and friendly. Hats off

War Won Ton soup. Full to the brim with lots of ingredients.

This is my go to place for War Won Ton Soup when I'm not feeling well. I unfortunately moved to the other side of town and made the mistake of ordering from someone else last time, and it just wasn't the same. Fortune House adds plenty of BBQ pork which is what really makes or breaks War Won Ton (for me anyways), and they don't skimp on the other ingredients either. Unfortunately I have a summer cold, but fortunately this was on my way home today. Everything I've ever had here was great, from the Pad Thai, egg rolls, fried rice, fried tofu, orange chicken, etc. The family was waiting at the register greeting me as soon as I walked in and were very sweet when I mentioned having moved across town.

The hot pot I had was not up to my expectations. It was light on chicken. It did not have noodles. It did not have a flame on the bottom of it to keep the hot pot hot. Also, what it up with tbe thing in the center of the bowl?

Food and service was absolutely unparalleled. The restaurant is incredibly clean, food is absolutely delicious and portion size are great for the value. Do not miss the coconut water it's stellar.!

Menu pictures are from today, September 17, 2025 Our family comes here at least once a month, and it's easily become our favorite Thai spot. We usually stick to our go-to dishes, but the place is always full of both loyal regulars and new faces (which says a lot about how good it is). I personally love the veggie fried rice (perfect every time) and the tofu with cashew, while my kid can't get enough of their cashew chicken. The flavors are consistent and delicious, and portions are generous for the price. The location does get a little busy around lunchtime, but the parking lot is fairly ample, which makes things easier. What really makes this place stand out, though, are the staff, Johnny and Tino are the best, and the owner and Seth are also great. They're incredibly friendly and always walking around to check in on guests, which gives the whole restaurant such a welcoming, homey feel. Highly recommend if you're looking for great Thai food with warm service and a family-friendly vibe!

Ambiance is great the service was amazing. All the workers there treated my family like their family. Very loving and full of smiles. Food was very delicious. Crispy Shrimp Roll-lightly battered with a nice flakey crust. Pad Kee Mao with shrimp- flavored and light you could taste the freshness of all the ingredients. Mangolian beef- very well seasoned taste so good.

Stopped off on a random evening for Thai food which we've been a few time throughout the years. Staff is always so friendly which is always a good sign. This particular night, we happened to be the last that arrived. There was a few groups still utilizing the tables but finishing us their meals. Staff is always so friendly which was great. Very sweet. Also seems like all the patrons seem to know the staff so it could be your local family local spot. Food didn't take long to arrived and was fresh which is always a good sign. Started off with the chicken larb and rice. It was quite tasty and seasoned well and accompanied by the fresh cabbage. Mains, the chicken panang and coconut soup but noodled style. Both dishes were great. The flavors were great. As well as the prices. We've been a few times here and there and each time the staff was always so friendly. Food was good, each dishes was flavorful.

The food is amazing always fresh and so full of flavor. The staff is the best part super friendly and always attentive. Their pad Thai is delicious, all the soups are savory and delicious. I order something new every time and always satisfied. Their fried rice with chicken and pineapple is my favorite.

Food was good. The servers were nice. The place is clean. We enjoyed everything and we came home satisfied.

This is one of the local decent restaurants in the neighborhood; majority of the time the food is good, sometimes it's oily, it really depends what you order. The eggplant dishes are oily. Service is pretty fast and the ambience is very lively!

Any time there is a special dish or recommendation I absolutely try it and am delighted each time. The softshell crab is fantastic, the fish was flavorful and interesting, and the pad see ewe / pad thai hybrid dish is now our absolute favorite! The chicken pad see ew is delicious - thinly sliced chicken and evenly separated flat noodles with just the right amount of gai lan (Chinese broccoli). The curry dishes have been spot on too. The panang with stewed chunks of beef fall apart nicely and were so tasty. Another delicious dish is the gai kra pow (Thai basil with minced chicken). I ordered it Thai style without the bell peppers but with string beans instead over a bed of rice and fried egg. The best kra pow I've had in a long time. Crispy pork with Chinese broccoli and salted fish is a dish not many Thai places make but it was so good here. There are lunch specials too from Monday to Thursday. I am really excited about this place and will definitely be back to try so many of their other dishes.

For entrees we've tried the Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Pad Thai Noodle, and Pineapple Fried Rice (with the last two being our go-to). The portions are family/shareable sizes unless you're absolutely hangry/determined enough to take it on solo. Overall it's one of the better Thai restaurants we've been to in the Valley. It's nice and cool inside for those hot summer days, it's a great place to catch games on their giant TV, and it's a solid choice for families on a budget. If you're in the area, give them a shot!

I love the crispy edges of kai jiew, really can't get enough of it. This place has two kinds though: thai omelette (which looks like a common omelette but with ground meat inside and a brown sauce), and scrambled eggs (which looks like the 'thai omelette' that i've known from other thai places). Kai jiew / kai jeaw / khai jiao / kai jiaw (scrambled eggs) -- if you like those fluffy, crispy fried eggs that are mostly called thai omelette at other places, this is the one you want. They're not as crispy, but still fluffy and full of flavor. They're a bit pricey though, which i find a little weird since this is normally one of the cheapest dishes at most thai places. Thai omelette -- this egg dish is one i've only seen at this place. It's more like egg foo young than the thai omelette that i know. Still flavorful though. Crab fried rice -- one of the best! It might not be as full of crab aroma, but this is the only place where i found a balance in fried rice as both an entree and a side dish. Usually fried rice is either flavorful enough to be an entree, or slightly bland and best as a side. But Khun Dang's is the perfect middle ground: flavorful enough as an entree, but not so strong that it overpowers your main dish if you decide to eat it as a side. Chicken fried wonton -- nicely crispy, such a joy to bite into! Thai ice tea -- not bad, pretty okay. Not too sweet, and not the "packaged mix" kind. Thai ice coffee -- strong, reminds me of vietnamese coffee (in all the good ways). Service was warm and friendly. Got my order in half an hour, which is pretty good considering they were packed for sunday lunch. The place is nice for hanging out and chatting when it's not packed, but even when it is, the tables aren't arranged too tightly. The price point is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and portions reflect it.
