We had dinner at Foxy's on a Thursday evening, The ambiance is eclectic, cool, and fun. A great desert evening vibe. During the season, it's tough to get a prime reservation hour for dinner. So, reserve your table in advance. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating, even when the restaurant is full. In the front dining room, there is entertainment. Unfortunately, our table was away from front room and along the outer area. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce is creamy with sun dried tomatoes. My dinner with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon was good. I plan to return here for dinner next season .

Service here was wonderful. I absolutely love the vibe here and the staff is extremely welcoming. They have a great happy hour, some of the best prices in town. They're delicious bread and butter to start was delightful. They have a nice variety of drinks available, and there is plenty of seating in easy parking all around. This restaurant has a great family vibe to it, a place worth returning for because of the hospitality nice option for a late dinner in the area.

Great happy hour, friendly staff. We tried the fried zucchini....yum and the tacos too! It's a bustling little upscale place with valet parking and repeat customers.

Just a couple locals enjoying Foxy's happy hour 'at the bar....

All around a 5 ...this place exemplifies a top notch business! It makes you feel appreciated to do business with them...treat their customers with utmost respect with attention to the details...valet at the door with pleasant greeting to hold the door open..welcome staff at the maitre'd desk...servers politely and pleasant! Food and drinks impeccably prepared and served.

Excellent choice! I felt like I stepped into the days of Frank Sinatra. The leather seating, mirrors on the wall and the live entertainment. So classic. Our service was superb . Laura E. made great recommendations. We started with the most tastiest stuffed mushrooms ever. I tried the Osso Buco, wow so much food. That pork melted in my mouth. My guy enjoyed the Mediterranean halibut. Dessert kept the streak going with the carrot cake. Spirited drinks especially Mrs. Foxy's lemon drop. Love this place!

WOW. Dinner at Foxy's Kitchen + Bar was nothing short of phenomenal. I'm beyond grateful I discovered this place, it is hands down one of the top two or three restaurants in the entire valley, no question. The chicken piccata was out-of-this-world amazing, and the clam chowder? Honestly life-changing. Every bite was perfection. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the owner personally came by to introduce himself--such a warm, genuine person, which made an already incredible night even better. I cannot wait to come back and bring my family because this place deserves to be shared. Foxy's has officially become my new go-to, and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know. Absolute gem.

I am giving foxy's kitchen and overall rating of five stars because the service and the ambience are outstanding. From the moment we arrived the valet gentlemen was so nice and our server, Janice was so sweet and efficient. We loved the beautiful atmosphere. It was so nice of them to let us know that they have happy hour from 4 to 6 in the Dining Room in the summer up until September. We thought that we were just coming to dinner at 5 o'clock but then we got to order our drinks for $11 and an appetizer of fried zucchini for $10 that was excellent. They also served sourdough bread which was probably the best I have had in a long time along with the real butter which is hard to find nowadays. So it's good to know that summer is a real plus price wise if you order drinks and a starter before 6 o'clock. Mom loved her chicken and pasta dish. My husband and I ordered the Pescatori which we only thought was OK. I think that dish could use a little more work on their part. We are definitely coming back and we will try a different entrée next time we loved the flowerless chocolate cake, however, the coconut cream pie did not have much flavor. FYI

    Yummy fresh pasta

Let's start off with our server, super great guy, but I don't remember his name, I'm sorry. The chicken Parmesan was the best I've had in decades. Very fresh and crispy and practically melted in my mouth. I took more than half of it home. My husband had the chicken fettuccine with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. He ate the entire thing. We were here when it was "Shame on the moon "restaurant.

You know what they say about 3rd time is a charm, we'll it was. Ours was the celebration of a birthday. From valet to closing, 3 hours of pure enjoyment. Raining on the outside of the restaurant and all sunshine inside. What evening out does not start with the first stop at the bar where Toni and Dave are knocking out drink orders left and right. All seats are taken spare two where a lady moved over one chair so my birthday lady and I could join the most ebullient of partakers. A Vesper Martini for me and an Oaxacan Old Fashion for my wife. Closing out our bar bill we were notified our table was ready and Danny, a host like no other, took us to the table and ensure we were set up with water and a waiter. Foxy's have a very lively crowd of diners so taking in the the evening diners was its own sort of entertainment. Lots of people that aura of success and confidence that allows them the swag of being dressed to the Rizz or stylishly simple. However, whether young or old the atmosphere is alive and somewhat festive. Micheal, our waiter, burst on our scene and alerted us that water and menus would be coming and not within a few minutes later Daniel appeared asking us what kind of water we would like while Michael went to order our drinks. It so happened that this same evening our grandson was playing in a semi finals high school football game and we were able to stream it. Seems sort of out of context to go to a top notch restaurant and while celebrating a birthday to also stream a high school football game but being grandparents has its benefits and not holding on to formalities is one of them. Micheal came back and my wife ordered the 8 Oz Filet Mignon with Peppercorn Sauce and I had the Pescatore. No pictures of the entrees but I can guarantee they were served hot and full of flavor. The Filet was so tender it could have been cut with a normal knife, the pasta and seafood were like they were made for each other. The shrimp light and crispy and the calamari breaded and tender highlighted the sauteed salmon and scallops on a bed of linguine. Although we shared a wedge salad it was like an opening band playing before the headliner comes on stage. They may be good but you know what you came for and they did not disappoint. Micheal brought the gratuitous birthday one candle deep dark chocolate cake with whip cream and a stem if mint which was a fitting encore to an three hour tour de force. Yet we missed Tim's table visit and the Las Vegas Raiders woes of football conversation. However, we will be back for more of Foxy's food, fellowship, and fun. PS: The grandson's team won.

Monday night was another thing. We just wanted to stop in for a drink which we found out it was martini Monday and show tunes. Kind of a match made in heaven...lol... And I believe it was happy hour all night as well. Martinis special starts at 8.00 I think, depending on what you want. It wasn't crazy busy but a good amount of people. A fairly good amount of tables occupied and the bar area was very much utilized. One person's bartending while another was out on the floor taking orders. Dirty martini extra olives for the win. Quite tasty with either vodka or gin. I mean for the price, it was nice. The service was great and everyone was pretty friendly. Bar area is well maintained as well as both inside and the outside patio. Only downfall, the show tunes being shown was a little underwhelming. There's other bars not far that is a little better but the drink special that night was great. We're slowing checking out the entertainment schedule and each night that we've been has been fun. So far, LOVE Friday night with the queens. If you want a fun and amazing night with a fantastic show, come Friday night. Seats can be reserved for groups or individuals or open seating along the bar if you can find one. Some nights are quiet but lively during happy hour. From experiencing other places, what I like to see is more performances on stage before they circle the room and take money. The performance from the dance teacher in San Diego was amazing- very artistic. Was happy to see three performances from her! Located at The River, a little shopping and dining area in the desert. More dining than shopping as there's like 3 shops there. REI being the main shop and also the biggest. Also if you check out NextDoor, loads have mentioned that YH is great for happy hour. We stopped in right after 3 when HH started. It was still pretty mellow inside and the bar counter had a few people. We seated ourselves as we wanted the bar. It did take a little while until someone actually acknowledged us. After that it was fine. Sylvana took care of us which I believe she had before. Sweet and friendly and made sure that we were taken cared of. Within 15 minutes or so after we got seated, the place did picked up a lot. I'm thinking it was for HH as the bar area was full as well as the surrounding hi top tables. People know about their great deals. Drinks are well priced, cocktails and wine are also offered. Then you have the food, half off on appetizers. Majority of them available minus a few that aren't listed. We wanted something to munch on as we were having dinner later on. Shared the mushroom pizza which I highly recommend. Thin crust but very tasty with the sweet glaze. One of my favorite item for HH. Also the chicken lettuce wrap. Seemed like the lettuce has gotten less and less...lol... Still a decent amount of meat inside a fried wonton cup and served with two dipping sauce. Simple dish but quite delicious. Both item is a recommendation and alway delicious. All the Yard house are consistent with their food so you know what to expect at whatever location you maybe at. If you haven't been for HH, it's one of the better one and well priced.
