Cute little spot in the Bayview neighborhood! All the workers are super friendly and welcoming when my family and I walked in. My husband and I ordered a steak burrito and it was delicious! The burrito is not massive like the ones you would get at other Mexican restaurants but it was a good size for us to share for lunch. Daaaang. First time here today, rolling up 45 minutes before they closed this Sunday, having dragged my husband along with the siren call of Tacoooos! On the way there, he said he was just going to get a drink as he already had a big breakfast after a 5K run with a friend -- but he could not resist, and got himself a shrimp taco which he promptly inhaled after the friendly husband of the husband and wife owner super duo dropped off the hot creations of his wife who was manning the grill -- props all around for the genuine warmth of service from them both! The Quesabirria was MIND-BLOWING, the perfect spicy combo of beef and cheese, OMG. Never knew so much can be learned about the Bay Area dining scene especially after the world changed in 2020. The food consolidator Pastel has been a godend for me in trying new, at least to me, foods and cuisines throughout the Bay Area.
