It was super tender and soft and had the distinct taste of beef tongue but wasn't too overpowering. The carne asada and carnitas had a good flavor but were a little bit dry for me. I think they would be better in a super taco or burrito where you have the extra fat from the cheese and avocado. My only complaint about this place is the price. I realize that everything in SF is expensive, but over $5 for a single taco and almost $9 for a single super taco is pretty egregious.
