Zhanna essentially PM'd getting the trucking company insurance involved, getting the glass ordered, getting the car to and from the glass repair shop... and THEN doing a fantastic job on the PPF and Modesta coating. I didn't ask for her to take it on, she just did. All that would have been extraordinary on its own, but the work I actually brought the car in for was also fantastic. Although it was a brand new car, like many new cars, there was some paint correction to be done. That, as well as the PPF turned out flawless. The Modesta coating is working well so far holding up to the Portland fall weather as well. I will definitely bring all my vehicles to Zhanna and team for future PPF and coating needs.

Because my man is AWFUL at any celebration. He doesn't do great with holidays and birthdays. When we scheduled the weather was supposed to be good. And then the DAY of of course it's going to rain. NOT Dapper Pros fault. Obviously. But MAN I'm irritated that the rain dirtied up my car faster than I had hoped on the outside. My issues - the tech was odd. He was nice but he told me he wanted to come a hour EARLY but then literally sat outside for about 20 minutes. I text Zach and said not sure why your guy has been here almost 20 minutes and not come in. But I was in a Camera on meeting for work and didn't have time to go outside and ask. Finally he called and said he was there. I said yeah I know. Then he asked me which car I wanted detailed first - my mom's I'm trying to sell (The Lexota aka Lexus,) or mine (Infiniti Q60.) I said I literally don't care. He was going back and forth trying to decide and asked me AGAIN and again I said I don't care. Do what you want. I was trying to get BACK inside for work. I gave him the Lexus keys and told him my keys were in my car. Guys. He literally spent 45 ish minutes VACUUMING my car. Now I'm thorough. And super ANAL about details but whoa. Then he got to washing which I never ever saw him touch or get close to the cars (which is apparent by the photos,) and waxing. Which I don't see happened. My car certainly doesn't seem waxed neither does the Lexus. The wash and wax job is just okay. The Lexus was DISGUSTING so truly any cleaning was worth it. But $568 for the two cars worth it??? NO. Today I was putting things back into the car and found that my back windows, the annoying triangle ones, weren't even cleaned!!! That definitely lowered me from a 3 star to a 2. AND the fact that my driveway is full of caked on dirt and pollen from the cars. Never have I ever had such a mess leftover by a company. Never have I ever felt like I TOTALLY wasted my money on something. My leather looks okay. The Lexus too but this was NOT worth it. For $234 for one car I'd expect it PERFECT. Not with the freaking windows still dirty!!! Come on!!! And I asked for an "itemized" invoice and was given the attached. What a joke. Go elsewhere. PS...this says it includes HAND WASH which did NOT happen on either of my vehicles. I can see and did see him working the entire time. 0 hand wash occurred. Pressure washing did. Ugh upon further review then I see that the guy never removed my phone holder from the windshield. Which left it all streaky and still dirty on that corner. Truly POOR quality work.

It was okay work. nothing to write home about. But he didn't DO anything to clean my car, except take the money, and yes support two hardworking brown employees. Wonder how loyal he is to them? I bought those guys coffee. I think they enjoyed the most excellent coffee from the Pit Stop next door. The employees in the coffee cart, on the same site, that Fetty owns, have become like family. It's a small local coffee drive through, which he just evicted with 30 days notice? To bring in a 'bigger' coffee deal? Unless he just sold his shop to Dutch Bros. He's a tool.

Incredible job with the cleaning and waxing, so when I needed to do a thorough cleaning of the interior, to deal with some mud on the central arm rest as well as faded spots on the door arm rests, and tennis ball fuzz on the carpets, I thought I'd use them again, and they certainly didn't disappoint! I dropped the car off at 8am on Monday, and obtained a rental car from them (an amazingly cheap $5 per day!). I had a tight window and needed to get the car back by 2pm that day (an already shortened window of time). They contacted me at 1:30 and said it would be done by 3pm, but that was too late for me, so they gave me a free day of the rental car, and I picked up my car on Tuesday morning. I was blown away with how clean the car looked inside. All of the tennis ball fuzz was gone (not an easy feat, as the fuzz intertwines with the carpet fibers and doesn't come up with a regular vacuum), the dull spots were gone from the door arm rests, and all of the mud was off the central arm rest! The car looks brand new inside, and I couldn't be happier! At first glance, you may think their price feels a little high, but when you stop and think about all the work they do, it's more than worth it. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" applies here. Sure, there might be cheaper places, but you won't find anyone who does a better job than Fresh Start! It's worth a few extra bucks to get your car back in tip-top shape!! Highly recommend!!!
