It was clear that they had totally forgotten about my order. At this point, I just wanted to leave with a refund. When you go for a salad but you only get a 1/4 of a bowl's worth of lettuce. We need to make sure the lid closes as we have had problems with that. My problem with that is I don't want rusted romaine from the end of the line that looks like it's seen better days added on top of my salad. I know this, in advance, because I use to eat at this location 4-5 times a week, sometimes lunch and dinner. With all the changes in staff, rudeness, super greens being changed and the removal of the red cabbage slaw, the combination of all those things has literally reduced my visits down to once a month, if that.
