I'm sorry but I disagree . My friend went through valley cam to buy a prius hybred . Salesman was mark and everything started out great . Got the price and approved . He said do a credit app and the car is forsure yours even though he was paying cash for the balance is where I come in . So he follow the car online and knew when it got delivered to the dealership. I called on March 24 th and acted like I was interested in that car . I gave the vin number the mark gave my friend that was supposedly going to be his car . Different sales person said it was already sold . I'm thanking great . Now here we are 4 /7 25 valley cam calls my friend to set appointment to finalize deal . My friend calls marky to get balance and he says car is still at port . That is bullshit . so they sold the car to someone else . I hope the owner sees this because this isn't right . ZERO IF I COULD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Before we came to this dealership, we spoke with the salesman Alvero who said he can get the vehicle we wanted. Drove to the dealership and deal was finalized. Alvero said they would be sending a driver to get our vehicle and we should be able to pick it up same day or next morning. Time passed till the next morning, he texted us saying the vehicle was 15 minutes away. However that was a big lie. He kept pushing the time slot and while we waited, we received a call from the finance representative that handled our deal, Neng. He said they could not take our down payment on cc when they easily accepted it during the deal. (Keep in mind the money was already taken out and papers were signed) They even assured us beforehand that they could take the payment. Fast forward, we contacted corporate and corporate even said their manager, Jeff, was being uncooperative with them! After phone calls back and forth, finally spoke with Jeff, who said "I cancelled the transport of your truck". I demanded a check back for my down payment same day which he responded saying he would have to see. I told him he better get it today which he responded with, "what are you going to do about it". CRAZY. Ended up calling the police and had the officer speak to him. Oh also he said his associates are inexperienced and will need training. Finally, check was ready and come to find out THEY NEVER WENT TO GET OUR VEHICLE. Buyers beware, they may seem nice but they will screw you over!! She went in and had a paid for Toyota RAV4. She was young and inexperienced and of course they wanted to take her RAV and do a trade-in. What she accepted. Her husband was busy with work and his mother's birthday so he could not be there to help her. Her dad was with her unfortunately he did not want to tell her what to do. Anyways, the next day, she had remorse since she really wanted to keep her car that was paid for and could Afford The increase in payments. She still was going to purchase the 4 runner. However, they would not work with her. The salesman she dealt with was great the night before and even though she called him barely 12 hours after she left there, he was done with the deal. There was no one that would step up to try to help my daughter. It was definitely a learning experience for her, but I would tell anyone who wants to buy a Toyota vehicle to not use this dealer. Do not go to this dealership!!! After saying they would only run a soft credit inquiry, they ran multiple hard inquiries, which we didn't find out about until a few days later. We then received an adverse action notice saying we were denied a loan, despite never applying for one. We then received a toyota credit card in the mail, despite knowing nothing about it. When we went to dealership to discuss these issues, they just talked in circles, said the credit card is a type of loan, and gave no useful information. Also, stay away from the salesman Ronnie, as he is apparently the one that initiated all this nonsense. read more

Terrible experience. The dealership is deceiving. We checked their online inventory , provided them a specific vin of the car as asked if it was possible to test drive and look, and they said yes . Once we got there they said it was available but not there . We gave them the benefit of the doubt , and allowed them to go over pricing. Just to find out that the online models they could sell were lower than the one which originally brought us into the dealership and much more expensive. This is because they forcefully try to include dealership packages that adds around 4000 to the original price of the car. Overall I feel that the dealership operates borderline to the illegal bait-and-switch scheme. Where they post a bargain vehicle and tried to sell something not remotely close to it. read more

Not only did they tell us the engine noise was normal the scheduled us for the next service, after the 2 year free service was up.. 2 months out.. Result broken wheel caps, rattles in undercarriage, crummy service!!! Advisor Collin Bornfleth confers with service mgr. Michael Cook. Offers 50% to pay for broken wheel caps, tells me material of caps old and brittle, B.S.!! I R&R by hand several times, no problem!! More likely gorilla swinging sledge hammer!! Also replacement cap supplied was used as well as cracked, not even a new part!! If your Toyota is older they treat you like a second class owner! I'll never go back!! In short, drove 3 hours from Bay Area after a few conversations by phone to buy a RAV4 Prime for $3000 over MSRP. Arrived and was pressured to buy security package for $1000 more. The rep went back and forth to the front desk 5 or 6 times to force me to buy the package, or to finance the car. I resisted and they actually lowered to $2700 over, but trust was fully broken. It should have been a simple transaction. The car was not available yet and would arrive following week, I wasn't going to drive back after that beyond terrible experience. I came across this place when looking for a Prius L Eco, and online they said they had two on the lot. Since we were coming from an hour away, we called to make sure that the stock was there. On the call, someone named Tiffany confirmed that there was two on the lot. She then said that she would text us with the location and the name of the salesperson who would be helping us. We waited for the text while we drove towards the location, and upon arrival, there was none of the cars present. Showed up in person looking to buy, hopping someone would help me when I got there but looks like they do not care about customers. 3 salesmen were gathered around a table just talking and laughing, only thing they said to me was "what are you looking for" and just left me after. Walked around the empty lot for a bit and still never was offered any help. After 10 minutes I just had to leave since they didn't seem to want sales. I typically don't write reviews, but my experience with the Hanford Toyota dealership was absolutely terrible. The salesperson was pleasant, but the manager, Juan Roman, was absolutely dreadful. I had my eye on the Mojave model, and when we sat down to discuss the details, they presented me with a quote that was a staggering $9,000 above the asking price. I clearly expressed that I had no interest in any additional features or extras. Surprisingly, the salesperson had to consult with the manager to see if that was acceptable. Meanwhile, the manager, who was just a cubicle away, became furious. They returned with the same offer, this time with the extras at a lower cost, but I declined them once again. This seemed to enrage the manager even more, and he began yelling. Frustrated, I peeked around and let him know that I could hear everything. He bluntly stated that he didn't care and insisted that I should consider myself lucky for getting such a great price, as if it were a steal. I calmly explained that I had done my homework before coming to the dealership, which is why I knew what I wanted and what was a fair price. In an attempt to justify his actions, he mentioned that since I was a realtor, I should understand the importance of selling warranties to clients. I acknowledged that I do sell warranties, but I also mentioned that I usually cover the cost of warranties from my commission, almost 99% of the time. I then proposed that if he was willing to cover the cost of the extras from his commission, I would be willing to accept them for free. However, that suggestion didn't seem to go over well Feeling frustrated, I decided to proceed with financing. The finance officer was pleasant and processed my payment. As everything was finalized, the manager approached me and sarcastically asked if I was happy that I got my way. I replied, stating that I received what was advertised, so yes, I was satisfied. In a threatening manner, he warned me that if I uttered another word, he would revoke the deal. I calmly responded, reminding him that there is always someone above him whom I could speak to about the situation. Eventually, I was handed the keys, and we left the dealership. In hindsight, I should have walked away and not purchased the car from that dealership, but doing so would have meant conceding to his unfair tactics. It's unfair to entice customers with a certain price and then add hidden fees to inflate the cost, only to become angry when the customer refuses to accept them. read more

It has now been half a year since I purchased my used car from Freeway Toyota. I have not received my car registration in the mail. As a delivery driver I need to submit my car registration in order to work. I have not been able to work because I do not have my car registration. I asked to speak to a manager and after I told him about the issue his response was, "you work for Uber/Doordash? Don't tell the bank that". His response was not relevant to the issue. I have tried to be optimistic through the multiple issues I have had with this dealership for my own well being. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I understand that some issues might be out of their reach however, the way their employees handle themselves is unprofessional. read more

Basically, go to this dealer ship with this "pre approval letter" and pick out a car. Called set everything up over the phone based of the letters approval. Long story short... If I could give this place negative stars I would. My fiancé just bought a truck here & we've had issues since day one after signing paperwork. They didn't inform us the truck had a recall part. We brought it back for recall, ended up having to replace the entire engine. We were unaware of this recall while signing paperwork & were still unaware while the truck was here with Toyota due to them being unprofessional & not communicating with us & letting us know what was going on we called multiple times & they'd never get back to us. Eventually we had to drive all the way back from Tulare to Hanford to understand what was happening with the truck we just bought. How is this truck "Ready to go today, absolutely nothing wrong with it" as the sales lady Patrice stated. Also Patrice lied about having a certain truck in stock my fiancé had originally wanted & had him make an appointment only to tell us when we got here it wasn't in stock yet. (We asked for pictures of the truck 3 days straight prior to coming to the appointment & they said they'd send them & never sent any, never said it wasn't in stock). Now a month later after purchasing the truck we finally got it back with a new engine & the front right break/wheel is rubbing & we had to drop it off again. (They even lost his lunch pale that was in the back seat of the truck). There's more that was irritating but in short this is what happened. DO NOT COME HERE! Run.. had a bad experience. Bought a car from them. Salesman snuck things into the sale that we declined. Good thing I read the paperwork before signing. Found out that salesman was fired from there. Then we have had multiple issues with the brakes on the car that the service manager said they would make right and for me to bring it back.
