Worked with Travis to purchase a used truck I found online. Told him I'd come down in the morning and he said he'd set our appt at 2pm. Figured that was giving me time to get there (I told him it was a 3 hour drive). I got pre-approved, got up early and drove down, texted Travis I was there and he responded "I'm sorry to have to tell you we just sold the vehicle". I told him we made an appt and I just made a drive that's 6 hours round-trip. He said "Sorry I thought you were coming at 2pm". WTF difference would that make? Terrible customer service. Shady deceptive practices seem to be a standard with this Toyota dealership. Please beware at any point of first interaction you are not comfortable with get up and leave. Watch for add ons not included in advertised price. Sales people seemed nice. Managers area was a snake pit. If it's a used vehicle, look real close before committing to purchase. Were inspections and ad ons actually performed? Watch how you are fed information, and what you are signing. It's all part of closing a deal without your best interest. Horrible service. An oil change shouldn't take 3 hours. Especially when the given eta was 2 hours, which is already lengthy in itself. I had an appointment at 11 for an oil change, and ended up saying yes to their recommended extra services because they told me it would take 1 and half to 2 hours to service. After two hours of waiting, I asked for an update and was told it would take another hour atleast. Outrageous. I said I no longer wanted the extra services, since it's going to take a while. I ask for my car back... they still aren't even done with the actual oil change. They told me it would take another 30 minutes for just the oil change. Even though they've had the car for 2 hours already. It has been 2 hours and 36 minutes so far and I am still waiting for my car, it's already 45 minutes past the eta given (and this eta was with the extra services, so one would think it should be even quicker without those services.) I will update when I finally get my car back. Run of the mill oil change stops are more efficient than this, don't come here to get your car serviced unless you already have a prepaid plan that you can't get out of. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in and negotiated a price on a new car that was to be delivered in about two weeks. No I never put any money to reserve the car which was my own fault but I had asked at the time and they said I didn't have to put any money down, but my name would be on the car as reserved. A week prior to the car arriving at the dealership I again called and spoke with the sales manager, Jeffrey and specifically asked him if that car had any chance of being sold to someone else, as I did not have money down for the car, and he assured me that that car was specifically reserved for me and would not be sold to anyone else and I would be Notified prior to the arrival to the lot. Fast forward to the next week I see online that it is now in stock and at the lot. I again called the dealership to inquire about this, (as I had not been notified that the car had arrived) and they said that the car was not yet physically there, but they would contact me when it did arrive. I then got a text two days later that said the car was available and I could come pick it up. It was the afternoon on a weekend and I already had prior plans. I communicated this with my sales person and agreed on a time the next day to come in to purchase the vehicle. The following day I receive a call from the sales manager, Jeffrey, who tells me my car was sold yesterday and can he "reserve" a different car for me??? I told him I was under the impression that the car that was just sold I had reserved which he did not have an answer for me. I had waited two weeks for that specific car, which I spoke with Jeffrey specifically twice making sure that this car was specifically reserved for me which on both occasions, he assured me it was. Being the sales manager at a dealership he had to have been the one to OK a sale of a "reserved" car to another party. I got no answers from anyone there as to why my reserved vehicle was sold to someone else and they really had the audacity to ask if they could reserve a different car for me LOL I would never give this business the time of day ever again and I have let everyone I know that is in the market for a new car to steer clear of this place!!! read more

A toyota 4runner was listed at ~35k on their website, and when i asked for a quote the details included 3k of bs charges. The charges were toyota certification(listed vehicle was just a used vehicle), security package(why the f would you force add a package on a used vehicle, will come to it in a bit) and a protection package(on asked was told its includes edge protection, guards etc. Are you kidding me?). These folks are listing the vehicle for a lower price, but adding thousands of bucks of bs charges? Why would you even charge a `toyota certification` fee for a regular used vehicle(non toyota certified vehicle)? Do you think your customers are idiots? On pushing further, the sales guy tells me that he would get back next day, and now its been a few days already. @freeway-toyota folks, i am literally on the verge of filing a ftc complaint against your dealership. An honest and transparent pricing is key to a business. And you are doing exactly opposite. Your reviews trend already shows which way you are going, and not far when you would be out of business. Where oh where do I start? I am from MS, and worked a deal with Jeffery Himes and Josh Corondao. I told them I have been burned in times past doing a car deal where a lot told me the car was mine, then recanted. Jeff told me this was not the way freeway does business and assured me when we agreed on numbers, the car was mine. On 4/10 we agreed on numbers, all the paperwork emailed. I got a loan from my local bank and paid an auto transport company. Paperwork was set to be fed exed this morning 4/11. Then I get an email from Jeff saying the car is no longer available. He was gas lighting my husband and I. When we called him he said his GM Juan, didn't approve the deal. But yesterday Juan was not in the equation. Today now that they sold the car, changed their mind, whatever it is that came may be its someone elses fault (Juan). And they were rude and arrogant about it! MIND BLOWING! Upon looking on the better business bureau website, it seems this same exact scenario happens often. And the GM Juan is officially named in almost all the bad reviews. I cannot understand how anyone can do business this way and sleep at night. I could never! EVER! So now I have paid an auto transport company, spent two days of my life getting a loan from my local bank, gotten wire transfers ready to go all to be told they changed their mind. I expressed all the horrible things I had heard about this dealership to Tiffany and how it was ironic they didn't accept private calls but the minute my number was unblocked my call went through! She acted like she's never heard of this before. Too bad I couldn't photoshop her bullshit. I didn't have the energy to entertain her ways of employment and let her know all the information I researched on this dealership and maybe she should do the same or at least bare minimum ask her boss when the trash needs to be taken out. Tiffany put me on hold and wa-lah... a sales manager named Jeff came on the phone to speak with me. When I asked Jeff about information on a vehicle I was interested in, he didn't want to provide any information regarding the vehicle I was inquiring about. I asked Jeff simple questions that a sales manager should know due to past vehicles they have sold. Instead Jeff was persistent on getting my contact information, us show up in person to go over numbers, and etc. Jeff appeared to be as sharp as a marble, lol. Instead of hoping people like Jeff step on a Lego, I elected to hear his bullshit. I advised Jeff that consumers didn't have the greatest things to say regarding them. He said they had great google reviews. Did you know a person can pay for Google reviews? Lol. I let Jeff know this in case he forgot (which I know he didn't.) He was full of shit from the minute he said "hello". If I was a bird, I know who I'd shit on. When we refused to up show in person (over 1.5 hrs away from us), Jeff insisted to send us pricing via email. This is where it gets even more fun. The dealership is using "black book" pricing, not blue book. This way he could justify the absolutely absurd $20,000 markup for a new Tundra TRD PRO. But wait, their dealership wants to work with its customers, so he said he would be willing to give me a $10,000 discount. Wait, isn't that still $10,000 OVER MSRP!?!? Basic math obviously isn't his cards. Some people aren't just missing a screw, they're missing the whole damn tool box SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! SAVE YOUR BREATH & WALLET. I wouldn't be surprised if someone from this dealership responded to my TRUTHFUL review playing victim and they're an honorable dealership BUT just in case I hope they don't forget to leave out of the story how they're full of shit. Oil change appointment scheduled for 11:40am, car didn't enter service area until 2pm. Though I only booked an oil change, deliberately avoiding the "Minimum Service Package" they pushed online, the sales advisor still tried selling me one of these packages instead of the "a la carte service" I booked and made it seem like one of the three packages would be the only option. A salesman was also straight up yelling indoors after someone lost a sale. This is clearly not a professional operation, and it certainly does not meet the standard I've come to expect from Toyota. Also watch out for the "mud flap" and "wheel locker" fees that get added to your price which I asked them to remove, maybe they were able to convince someone else to pay for it and sold it to them. I called on March 24 th and acted like I was interested in that car . I gave the vin number the mark gave my friend that was supposedly going to be his car . Different sales person said it was already sold . I'm thanking great . Now here we are 4 /7 25 valley cam calls my friend to set appointment to finalize deal . My friend calls marky to get balance and he says car is still at port . That is bullshit . so they sold the car to someone else . I hope the owner sees this because this isn't right . ZERO IF I COULD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Before we came to this dealership, we spoke with the salesman Alvero who said he can get the vehicle we wanted. Drove to the dealership and deal was finalized. Alvero said they would be sending a driver to get our vehicle and we should be able to pick it up same day or next morning. Time passed till the next morning, he texted us saying the vehicle was 15 minutes away. However that was a big lie. He kept pushing the time slot and while we waited, we received a call from the finance representative that handled our deal, Neng. He said they could not take our down payment on cc when they easily accepted it during the deal. (Keep in mind the money was already taken out and papers were signed) They even assured us beforehand that they could take the payment. Fast forward, we contacted corporate and corporate even said their manager, Jeff, was being uncooperative with them! After phone calls back and forth, finally spoke with Jeff, who said "I cancelled the transport of your truck". I demanded a check back for my down payment same day which he responded saying he would have to see. I told him he better get it today which he responded with, "what are you going to do about it". CRAZY. Ended up calling the police and had the officer speak to him. Oh also he said his associates are inexperienced and will need training. Finally, check was ready and come to find out THEY NEVER WENT TO GET OUR VEHICLE. Buyers beware, they may seem nice but they will screw you over!!
