This is a small family business I love coming back to year after year. Rachael and Joe are incredibly friendly, hardworking, and truly hands-on--they run every aspect of the business themselves, and it shows. They use fresh ingredients, and I really appreciate how they remember their customers and even their preferences. The food is consistently high quality, delicious, and very affordable. It's mostly a takeout spot, but every now and then we'll eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. Always a great experience and I'm happy to support them!

I love coming here for a quick lunch. It's a small cozy shop. During the summer though, it's humid and inside sittings can be uncomfortable, but weather like today in the 60's feels great. They also have a few sittings outdoors. The food is great here. Large variety of Boba Teas and the Ramen Noodles are flavorful and they are not cheap on the portion either. It's a very nice size bowl of soup. The sushi's are delicious and so are the Appetizers. My favorite go to is the spicy tuna salad, the wonton soup and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Service is good as it depends how busy they are at the time, but I've never had any issues with service. Everyone is so kind. If anyone is in the area, should stop by? and give it a try.

I ordered takeout from here tonight and it was my first time trying Fresh Element. I've heard about it, but never tried it before. Sushi is my favorite food so I was definitely excited. I was thoroughly surprised at how good everything was. I had the tuna tataki and the spicy tuna rolls which were tasty. The prices are fair and the presentation was excellent. We will be back.

Had the kin Pao tofu for lunch with brown rice. Had good flavors, I forgot to ask for it to be spicy and they forgot to ask me. Luckily I had sriracha at home. I like that they have tofu as an option for any of their meals. I would def go back!

This is a small place, clearly geared towards take out and food delivery services (large food shelf right in the main lobby). The menu is fairly simple and contained most of the basics one would find at any sushi-oriented Japanese restaurant. I had a sashimi and sushi combo which was fine. I've had better and worse sushi. The price seemed to be market rate. Overall, nothing was either too impressive nor too offensive. It's the kind of place that's probably great if you work nearby and don't have time to get a proper sit-down meal.

4th of July. Lunch time. Desperately seeking sushi. Go to two other nearby businesses and they're both closed. Find this as it's in the area and it has good reviews. Go in. Find it's mainly a take-out location with a few outside tables. My cousin and I are starving, so we order food for days. Veggie dumplings, Bento boxes with edamame, sushi, rice, and our individual entrees (garlic salmon for her, red curry chicken for me), plus boba tea (mango boba tea for her, strawberry boba tea for me). They bring us the boba tea first. My cousin had never tried it before, but she enjoyed the flavor, albeit she said it was a tad sweet. I'm inclined to agree with her. The boba tea at this location isn't for everyday consumption. The food came out shortly after. We decided to dig in. The veggie dumplings were bland, even with soy sauce. My red curry chicken was packed individually as I had asked for spice on the side on the off chance it wasn't spicy enough. Well, of course it wasn't spicy enough, even with putting in red pepper flakes. It was tasty enough though. The edamame in the Bento box was cold. The sushi was fine, although I wish I had ordered more of it. My cousin seemed to inhale her garlic salmon, but I think that was more out of hunger than anything. This wasn't what we expected, but it was filling, cheap, and fast. I'd recommend for a quick bite if in the area or if you're strapped for time or cash.

I've been coming here since it first opened and I still can never get tired of it. No matter what I order it is always just so amazing and utterly fresh. I've never had a mess up on any order. The owners are wonderful and friendly and really care about this place and the customers that come here. I come here so often they know my order (I did switch it up a little this year to know the menu more). The food is sooo fairly priced and so much of it, sometimes I'm fed for the next 2 days. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE VEGGIE FRIED RICE, KANI SU AND GREEN TEA MOCHI!!! read more

Honestly this is one of the worst places to get food from in west palm beach there food has absolutely no flavor I just called to request a refund and the manager was yelling at me very disrespectful as if it's my fault that your food has no flavor you guys clearly do not season the fried rice nor the meats that you guys use... This place is exceptional for the price. I come here at least 5 times a week because I work nearby and man is the food great. I have one thing though, their sushi may have some Masago, (Capelin eggs). It's normal to have them on some types of sushi but I feel like my California rolls might have some cross food contamination such as having Tempura fry bits on my sticky rice or some little bits of Masago on them as I mentioned earlier. Same goes for the sauces applied on the Bento boxes, I found one small noodle in the sauce and I'm not sure where it came from but I think that should've been their part to keep the portioning clean. I trust their sushi and raw fish/ shellfish products. They've never gotten me sick and the sushi does not taste stale, in fact the food tastes fresh and made during the same day or time. So yeah, check this place out if you're a fan of Japanese culture and food. read more

There's nothing fancy to this place but it's been my absolute favorite since moving to WPB. I can't speak to the Chinese food but the sushi is always great and you get a lot of food for the price. The sashimi roll is my favorite. The owner is also very kind and you can tell she works hard! This will always be my go -to sushi spot in west palm! read more

I ordered delivery and had rocks in my fried rice... yes, rocks. They were cooked into the egg! I'm honestly not sure how that is even possible and I'm just glad I didn't chip a tooth. Paid cash so didn't get my money back. Never again. read more

Food was flavorful, better taste than any of the other high rate Chinese restaurants in the area. Only gripe is small portions on items such as the udon (packed with more veggies than noodles and meat), fried rice, general tso. Once you get over that you'll be fine. This place was great! The food was super fresh as the name implies. The wontons in the wonton soup are made from scratch daily and the orange chicken I had was all white meat and crispy. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I'll definitely be back! read more

I go to Fresh Element so often, I've practically moved in! This is because the food is so delicious, but more importantly, the staff is so warm and friendly- they make me feel so welcome and at home! Also, they have plenty of Boba flavors which is a treat. I love their sushi and chicken pad thai! Definitely one of my favorite places in town. My only one suggestion to them would be to try to decrease their distribution of single-use plastic/styrofoam items, but they are basically a perfect restaurant! Try their Super JB roll and honeydew boba :) Fast, efficient, kind, quality, and tasty! read more

Love the bento box! It's a great deal, for everything you get. Also had the pork dumplings, loved them. I could have eaten like 20 of them but, I know its not probably the best idea...Lol Next time im trying the sushi, haven't had it yet. I love this place. I drive 15 mins every Friday to come here. The prices are great, the staff is amazing. The man, who I think is the owner is so kind and always smiling. I could not wait for them to re open during quarantine. I love supporting this small business. The red curry is my favorite it comes with enough curry for 2 meals & white or fried rice, the sushi is also really good. Can't say it enough, I love this place. Thanks for being amazing. read more

Wow...this place is delicious. I am typically relegated to cheap Chinese food or pizza as a delivery option when I travel. Luckily I found this hidden gem on Yelp. First of all the service was excellent from the girl on the phone who took my order to the delivery driver who was very courteous even though I ordered delivery close to closing time. Secondly the food was top notch. I ordered a little bit of everything to see what the food was like...don't judge. Their pork dumplings were amazing and made me realize I had never tasted the real thing before. Their avocado crab salad was also delicious and their Miso Salmon must have weighed 2 pounds on its own. It is definitely a great value on top of the fact that the food is excellent. Can't recommend this place enough. Will be my go to spot next time I visit. Thank you Fresh Element! read more

Delivery arrived 40 min later than promised, which was promised at a full HOUR because I ordered online thru yelp. Total time waiting: 01:40:00. To be fair, the driver was relying on Google maps, which took him to a different part of town. However, why online orders necessitate an hour to prepare the food and deliver from The Villages to Northwood, I don't understand. It taking an hour and forty minutes, NO THANKS. After my dinner arrived late warm, even the sushi, a credit would have been nice. The sushi was good. The Moo Shu Chicken could have been better but there was something sweet in the sauce. read more

I ordered several items tonight, and one item wasn't delivered. I had ordered via yelp and apparently there was miscommunication between yelp and fresh element. I was refunded money for missing item per my request. The woman I spoke to was extremely courteous and kind, and gave me sense that I , the customer , matter. That means a lot to me because- to be honest- this kind of customer service in restaurants is hard to find. Solid experience. Great customer service and clean establishment. Food tasted fresh but I was looking for a great Ramen restaurant and it was good ramen bit nothing spectacular, broth was a little bland and I've had better. Yum!! So delicious. Everything was literally perfect. I highly recommend the shiitake soup to start. In addition to the soup, I ordered grilled salmon with brown rice and green curry. The salmon was very fresh, a large portion and perfectly cooked. My husband had the chicken ramen and two sushi rolls. He loved them as well. 5 stars plus!! First off, I do appreciate that they accommodated my delivery order on a Sunday pretty close to their closing time. However, the food was OK. I liked the green pepper and onion rice bowl with chicken and fried rice, but the salmon roll and spicy tuna hand roll were dry and not very good. The shrimp spring roll lacked ingredients in it. It was just rice noodle, shredded carrots and shrimp. The sauce for the summer roll was not even the right kind, so for the price I paid including the delivery fee and tip, I was pretty disappointed. read more

Was excited to try their food especially the orange beef. Sadly despite the menu and staff saying the orange beef was crispy, it was not it was soggy. I also wasnt asked if I wanted spice so they put no spice which for some like me who loves spice was disappointing. Also for what you get it's pretty expensive. read more

She said she used my name after they called me to inquire if I was still showing up. I had been there 45 minutes. The ambience is nice. It's dark. It was a Saturday. They were very busy. I'd return again well if they were open, but I would not be eating that again.

My wife ordered a Shrimp dish. We noticed that the only person taking orders and serving would disappear into the kitchen for extended amounts of time. (The only one working?) Our food was finally brought out of the kitchen. My wife's Shrimp dish was absent of Shrimp, but had chicken instead so she sent it back. It took long enough for him to take our order that we were debating whether or not to leave. Chicken vegetable soup comes with the entrees. We were each given hot soup. The vegetables were mainly cabbage and there were a couple pieces of chicken in it. The light broth, however, was good with little bits of fried garlic in it. My husband's chicken red curry was served on a flat plate. It came with white rice. He said it would have been better if it was a hotter temperature. I'd ordered cashew shrimp, but was delivered chicken. I'd corrected him when ordering, so I sent it back. The shrimp were good -- a half a dozen nice sized pieces. The dish also had a lot of cashews. The only downside? The rice was cold. I'm glad we tried them. Now we know.

I asked for mine spicy and they nailed it--just the right amount of heat to make me sweat a little but still want to keep eating. And, I like it hot! Mission accomplished without losing flavor!! My wife went mild, and hers looked like it had been painted in softer pastels while mine was done in neon flames. Same dish, two totally different personalities. The owner came by to chat, and she was a delight. Turns out they grow their own peppers and make all their curries from scratch. Suddenly, it all made sense--the freshness, the layered flavors, the fact that my taste buds felt like they were on a guided tour of Thailand instead of eating reheated sauce from a jar. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know! Food is made fresh to when you order, fresh ingredients, low oil, low fats and no msg. I have tried everything on the menu from there fried rice, noodle bowl, ramen, sushi down to there delicious flavorful Boba teas. My favorite by far is the watermelon Boba tea, tastes just like I bit into a juicy piece just cut from the melon. If you're wanting something to being you to your childhood theStrawberry Boba tea taste just like strawberry yohoo, but not to sweet. :P Fried rice was flavorful with not to much oil. By far the best fried rice I've ever had. Every bite had fresh flavor from the meat to the vegetables. If you're looking for something different yet traditional the Smoked Pork Ramen with Tonkotsu soup is the best. Very generous meat portion size with the soup. I have tried many of the dishes and have been pleasantly delighted with the variety. While shrimp pad Thai is my favorite, I also enjoy shrimp cellophane, house fried rice, pan fried vegetable dumplings, and pumpkin croquette. My favorite sushi rolls are Mafia and Red Dragon. Don't forget about the Miami Heat roll if you like a little spice. Tuna Tatatki is awesome if you love tuna the way I do. You gotta give this place a try! read more
