Update: returned to try the spicy lemon grass soup. It was good! I wished I had ordered without the rice noodles. There's a ton of veggies in the soup-- tastes amazing, but I sorta feel like it needs an extra umph! It's good regardless. Went during lunch time rush and waited for a bit for food to come out. Didn't mind the wait since I had great company with me. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food I got, and the teriyaki twist was good. I would come back to try something else on the menu, probably come before or after the lunch time rush.

Metaboost and freshii green smoothie

Freshii made my day twice, in one week! Yay! Service: very friendly staff. The first time the cashier wanted to start a conversation with me and it was super nice because most skyway restaurants don't do this, especially during rush hours. The second time we came, they gave us a second green smoothie on the house. Lovely! Food: fresh salads and delicious smoothies. There is frozen yogurt in the smoothies so it tastes like heaven along with the healthy ingredients like fruits and kales. They also have noodles bowls, wraps and soups. There is something for everyone. I will be back more than twice a week to be healthier and happier :) Thanks Freshii!

Disappointing for now. This "better for you," fresh ingredients quick-serve location features salads, wraps, rice bowls & soups. But the food just doesn't deliver. My co-workers and I decided to give this place a whirl last week, but we were all disappointed in the quality of the food & portions. It was over-priced for the amount of food you get. Adding meat to just about anything puts you in the $10-12 range. Veggies were rotting in our salads. Wraps weren't assembled correctly and fell apart when you tried to eat them. Soups were cold and bland. Freshii is a franchise location that just opened a few weeks ago at Gaviidae Common on the 2nd floor. Really wanted to love this place with it's fresh ingredients and made-to-order salads/sandwiches, but there are just so many other (better) options in the skyway system. You are better off heading to SIMPLS or People's Organic for better food. My gut is the owner of this franchise is likely new to the gig and needs to work with staff on food quality, prep and execution.

Probably my favorite place to have lunch, is not only super healthy, super clean and super affordable but also the staff are super friendly! Definitely recommended for anyone with their long menu of bowls, salads, wraps, burritos, soups and more everyone has an option!

The Pangoa Bowl

A great place for those looking for something healthy and filling in downtown Minneapolis! Located inside Gavidaee Commons.food is amazing for those who are into eating healthy. The portions are a good size and although they may seem small, they are very filling. If you want to try out something healthy but are like me, who need lots of flavor and like spicy, I suggest you try the pangoa bowl which comes with chicken, brown rice, black beans, corn, cucumbers, white cheddar, cilantro, pico de gallo, crispy wontons, roasted red pepper sauce, avocado, and spicy bbq sauce Delicious! Doesn't quite get the 5 star rating because of the really busy, busy & bustle atmosphere, and the "rabbit-food" like presentation of the meals....BUT it's good!

Banana nut crunch

I love this place. My favorite is to get their Banana Nut Crunch smoothie for breakfast and if I'm hungry I'll add a spinach mushroom and cheese egg pocket. It's more expensive than a Mickey Ds breakfast but everything is made fresh and by order, so you get high quality for higher prices. Like most things. For lunch I've had their Buddhas Satay and Spicy Thai burrito. Both are very yummy and offer filling ingredients for the vegetarian. All of their lung items can be made vegetarian or you can add a protein, including tofu and falafel. Overall this is a great spot I enjoy every so often or when I'm feeling lazy and didn't cook for lunch.

The food here is wonderful! But I'm only giving it 3 stars because during busy times, service is always soo slow!

Good food, but slow service and you have to request cups of water. I'm eating on and everyone at tables is eating without a drink.

Probably one of the best parts of my Twin Cities trip. This place was so good that I ended up…read moreeating there two days in a row first thing in the morning. It's a humble-looking spot inside, but it doesn't lack in its food. Most is a self-service situation where you're choosing your table to sit at, grabbing your own water, and bussing your own table if you have the time. Casual spot with some interesting pizza. Boludo seems to be Argentinian-owned and family-run. I ordered the Porteño and asked for extra parmesan because of an Instagram reel I've seen with parmesan covering the crust. Due to a small misunderstanding, they ended up giving me something even better.... A fully parmesan-covered pizza. It was probably the best thing I've eaten that entire trip. Truly a great blend of salt, acid, fat, and heat. The second day I tried the Campo and tried to ask for the same cheese covering but ended up with the style I saw in the reel with the crust covered in cheese. It was still good, but not as good as my first order. They have a pretty solid Caesar salad as well! I would genuinely fly back to try this place again.

Boludo is serving Argentina pizza which has sauce that is on the sweeter side. I like it a lot…read morebecause it stands up to the bold ingredients. I've been here a ton of times but always for take out. The restaurant is self service meaning you sit yourself and get your own water. It was really busy when we went but food came out in about 20 minutes for how packed the restaurant was. The empanadas are a must. I've tried most of them but the carne is my favorite. And the chimichurri is so good with a nice vinegar kick with fresh herbs The Campo pizza comes with chorizo, mushrooms, onions and mozzarella. The best part is the parmesan cheese they put on the crust. I would like the amount of cheese on the crust they show in pictures match what you get in person. Our pizza was really heavy on the mozz and not enough balance of the other ingredients. Also got the flan which has candied pecans and dolce de leche on top and the custard below. It tastes the best when you have a bite of everything but the jar they put it in makes it difficult. If you like flan it's a good dessert to try.

GIRL DINNER IS A 10/10!!!!!…read more $20 for a drink, fries, a salad, and some pasta?? YES PLEASE! Honestly I'd come here every day if I could. I hope they never stop girl dinner. We were lucky enough to snag a canceled…read morereservation and were seated immediately upon arrival, despite the restaurant being bustling and busy. I wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor patio as the dining room was a bit loud and dim, but that seems to be part of the restaurant's modern rustic Italian aesthetic. As for the food and service, everything was top-notch. Our order was taken promptly and both our drinks and dishes arrived quickly without feeling rushed. I ordered the spirit-free Lavender Revolution, which leaned a little sweet for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The burrata was outstanding--light, refreshing, and incredible on the toasted bread. The calamari was equally impressive -- perfectly seasoned, crispy, and tender with every bite. For our entrée, we shared the Vodka Rigatoni with added shrimp and it was absolutely delicious--rich, fresh, and comforting without feeling too heavy. Overall Red Rabbit delivered a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. We can't wait to come back and work our way through more of the menu!
