Sorry to rain on your parade, but we had a bad experience. We went on Memorial Day, Monday, around noon. Ordered Classic Eggs Benedict, Chicken Cabo w/ pancakes and sunny-side up eggs, and coffee. Here's the reason for my 2 stars: 1. Although we were seated promptly, we waited 30 minutes (!) to get our food. 2. After the first 15 min, the waitress kept saying it will be out shortly. Every 5 minutes. 3. When we finally got our food, Chicken Cabo was missing salsa and tortillas. Hello?! 4. Their "fresh fruit" was not so fresh. I had to order hash browns instead. 5. Sunny side up eggs had runny egg whites. That's not the proper way to cook them. Look it up: "...cook the eggs until the whites and yolk reach the desired consistency. Usually this means that the whites are firm and the yolk is thick but not firm..." 6. And finally, their water tastes yucky, hot or cold. Terrible. I felt a bit sick after I ate there and had no appetite the rest of the day. read more

Went to doctors appointment up in frisco and we finished earlier than expected so my wife and I decided get breakfast. I checked yelp and this place was 5 mins from my drs office. We were greeted quickly and with smiles. Coffee came quick and hot. We both orderrd omelettes and they were very good. My wife had the garden and i had a plain pepper onions and jalepenos. This place is by far one of the best in breakfast. This is the only place I have loved the eggs Benedict.

Food was great. Loves the huevos rancheros and my kids are very picky about their Benedict's, they were perfect. Coffee was also great!! Very clean, fast and friendly service. My husband got a side of buttermilk pancakes and he said they were very good. I ordered the biscuits as my side because the reviews i read said they were delish. They were ok, so i ordered sausage gravy sauce to maybe bring them up a notch, but the sauce was lacking in flavor. Needless to say i didn't finish my food, wasn't worth the cals. Love eating here. The location is good and parking is adequate. The seating area inside is small and depending on when you come it will be full and tons of people waiting. You do have to wait outside, they have a few benches but not enough for busy days like Sunday. Luckily even with lots of people in front of you the wait is not bad. Longest I've waited is 22 minutes and that was Sunday with 7 groups in front of us. The food normally comes out fast and service is always on point which is what helps with the wait. And for the best part the food is amazing! I've had lots of things on the menu and never been let down. I personally like the chicken fried chicken with hash browns and eggs. Price is a little on the high side but it is worth it. I would say 11 a person is what you should expect to pay. If you are looking for somewhere to eat home style breakfast food, this is it. read more

Prices are pretty standard for a frisco breakfast place. My only issue is of course... chaos! It's such a tiny space to have a restaurant. Everything is packed in, of course i have only been here rush hour on weekends so early mornings on weekdays are probably better.. but there is no waiting area!! I have seen large families standing right in front of the door inches away from tables because there is just no room. Many people have also had to wait outside in the cold for a table. It was our first time here at Frisco Diner and we were immediately greeted by a super friendly server. I think she said her name was ramone? Or ramen? It was really loud so I didn't quite catch her name. The service was the best part of our experience! Anytime we would even think of asking for something she read our mind and would already have it in her hand! She gave us a whole run down of the menu, whats popular and what she personally enjoys. I got the Two Egg Breakfast. Upon recommendation I tried the chicken apple sausage. So yummy! I got my eggs poached, which is hard for most places to do, but they nailed it!
