    Hot honey chicken sandwich
    Luke S.

THE FOOD AND SERVICE ARE INCREDIBLE HERE i had a hot honey chicken sandwich!! INCREDIBLE. So full of flavor and thoroughly enjoyed it! THE ELOTE FLATBREAD SMACKS and was DELICIOUS and the CORN TOSTADAS WERE FRICKIN BALLER. I absolutely love this spot and will definitely be back ‼ I didnt know it was in the lobby of hyatt regency but tbh the food is so good i'm going to be a regular here!

We had dinner elsewhere and then just hung out in the lobby afterwards by the bar. Excellent drink service and friendly staff - tops! They have a great draft beer selection. Chips and queso were tasty snd the artichoke & prosciutto flatbread was epic- perfectly cooked and crispy crust and prosciutto. The live DJ was mixing some good tunes all night.

Great dinner at the Copper and Steel. Service was great. I had the ribeye steak, its was an excellent medium rare cooked, one of the best steaks I've ever had. I had the smoked tequila old fashioned not for me at all, I'll stick with a normal old fashioned from now on.

We had elk tacos, gulf coast ceviche, babyback ribs, chicken fried steak, double cheeseburgers, Texas redfish, caesar salad, ice cream, whiskey bread pudding, & carrot cake. Plenty of drinks, including a wine bottle, 2 haywire's, & a jack daniels. Soft drinks too. The appetizers were fantasic. My double cheeseburger emphasized the meat, well seasoned, right amount of pickles & greens, not overwhelmed with sauce. The tallow fries were as good as it ever gets: crispy, soft inside, must be 2x fried. Outside square had great World Cup fan area. We watched Colombia vs Uzbekistan. My team Croatia lost to England previously, but Haywire soothed my disappointment with an excellent dining experience. BTW: $638.04 with a 20% tip. Great value. This would cost so much more in my home state of California.

My husband and I stopped by on a weekday around 4:30 pm for happy hour before dinner elsewhere, and luckily, we were able to snag a seat on the patio. All the seating at the bar was already taken at this point. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, some oysters, the cheeseburger, and some drinks. I usually start with the bleu & gold martini (or two). My husband tried the stone fruit martini, but they put a super sour sugar rim on his, which made it EXTREMELY hard to drink. I've ordered this at the Addison location before and never had this rim, so I'm not sure if it is typical at the Frisco location or if it was just when we went. The food was all great- the dynamite shrimp was good, but nothing spectacular. Some of the batter ended up being soggy and a few shrimp pieces were rather small. The cheeseburger was amazing, as always! Overall, the food and service were great, and we will definitely be back again!

It is a very cute restaurant and the ambiance is very calm. Chicken parm: This dish was alright. There is a lot of cheese on the dish which can be overpowering. The marinara sauce is very light which I enjoy. They were out of pasta so I did not get the full experience with this dish. Moreover, I still had to pay full price even though half my dish was missing. Burger: The burger is great! It is extremely juicy and I loved the thousand island dressing on it. It is a great portion and tons of flavor. I loved getting truffle fries on the side with this burger! It came with a huge seasoned pickle on the side which was too sour for me. I also liked the trio dipping sauces, which included ranch, ketchup, honey mustard. Honey mustard was the best with the fries!

We ordered two sets of beer flights, they were good overall, and I especially loved the mango and pineapple ones. For food, we got the BBQ chicken flatbread and a burger. The chicken flatbread was really good, and the fries with the burger were tasty too. The only downside was the burger bun, it was too oily. Also, the tomato, pickles, and lettuce came on the side, which we didn't ask for, so we had to assemble the burger ourselves. Overall, the environment and service were great. Our waitress, Savannah, was really nice and attentive. I'd come back.

We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

We were seated in a cozy booth right away, and I loved that they also have a beautiful outdoor patio for anyone who wants to enjoy the fresh air. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the experience even better. Rachel took wonderful care of our table, but the real showstopper was the food presentation. Every plate looked like a piece of art. The dishes were garnished with real edible flowers that instantly transported us to Hawaii. It was almost too pretty to eat... almost! The food tasted just as amazing as it looked. I ordered the veggie omelet with rosemary potatoes and a side of pancakes, and every bite was delicious. The kids loved their grilled cheese, chicken strips, and the adorable Mickey Mouse pancakes. The portions were generous, so no one left hungry. One of my favorite parts of the visit was learning they offer a military discount. As a veteran, that simple gesture means so much. Businesses that take the time to honor those who have served deserve to be recognized and supported. This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. We already have our eyes on several other menu items we want to try. If you're looking for a breakfast spot that's delicious, picture perfect, family friendly, and supportive of our military community, Egg Posh deserves a spot at the top of your list. Five stars all the way!

Those dishes alone suggested a kitchen with real attention to detail. Unfortunately, the ribeye told an entirely different story. Given the glowing reviews, I ordered it with high expectations. Instead, it arrived dramatically overcooked, lacking the tenderness and rich, buttery character that should define a quality ribeye. To their credit, the staff handled the situation graciously and immediately offered to prepare another. Regrettably, the replacement was somehow even more overcooked than the first. The service deserves recognition for making every effort to correct the mistake, but when a restaurant chooses to feature a ribeye prominently on its menu, consistency is part of the promise. I'd gladly return for brunch, but I would think twice before ordering the steak again.

The servers and food…read moreare good, but we have had some recent issues as a result of the new general manager, who is very sloppy and unqualified at his job, which is why we left upset and took our business elsewhere the other day. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.
