Holy, the burger was Exactly what I was looking for. Not some box of patties, but actually a hamburger made like an actual restaurant should make. Made there in the kitchen with a blend of meats (I asked the waitress after I finished). And I can't STAND all the garbage fries served as nothing but cheap calorie fillers so I tried the elote (corn). Ordered the elote corn here and omg, I literally could not have cooked it better myself. And I've tried to nail a taste like this. I'm sure this sounds contrived. From the moment we stepped foot into Seager & Sons, the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and happy to let us choose our own table for our large party.
