The service is very quick and friendly, which is always a plus. Luckily, their line wasn't long so I was in and out of there fairly quickly. Another bonus is their first timers Yelp checkin. There aren't many dirty sodas in South FL so I knew I had to try it when I saw it at their truck while visiting. The line was pretty long since they were one of the few food trucks at a specific location for the day but I waited in line and we were helped promptly. I ordered two dirty sodas, the Waco Pepper and the Mountain Blew. It took quite a bit to get them and we even had some orders after us be called before our drinks were ready. When our drinks were finally ready, the Mountain Blew had a different color than the others ones that came out. When I asked the staff about it, they were pretty short and just kept repeating that it was the right drink and didn't address the different color of it. The dirty sodas didn't taste that great which was super disappointing, especially since a friend got a dirty soda from them earlier in the day and it tasted great.

It's been several years since I've had one of these lobster rolls, but I'm happy to report that they are still delicious. The rolls are small but packed full of fresh lobster or crab. You can also add extra meat for a fee, but I think it's just right the way it is. The roll itself is well-buttered and melts in your mouth. I always get the rolls with butter, not mayonnaise so you can really taste the seafood. I also tried the lobster bisque, with extra lobster meat and it was not quite as good as my sister's, but still very tasty. It's $13 for lobster and $12 for crab roll.

The fries were minimal, which is weird considering that's got to be a cheap item for them and it's in their business name. On a quarterly basis I plan for my company a food truck to come cater us lunch. Usually, I research and plan at least 1 month in advance before the event date. But this time around for Q2-2024 I didn't get to plan and book until the month of June. When I reached out to Sabroso, David the owner was very responsive & accommodating - even for our vegetarian requests. Portabella burger and veggie patty was available for them. As well adding on the side of "citrus slaw." We liked how our guests can make any burger/sando protein-style! On the day of the lunch event, all went smoothly. SMK came early to prep and we started serving lunch right on time from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM. Food was served in a very timely manner and service was outstanding. "The Guac-Attack" was the most ordered burger for it ran out faster than "The Smokehouse Burger!" I only got to try the latter and it was delish. Love the tater tots but the citrus slaw was ok. My non-vegetarian colleagues thoroughly enjoyed their burger/sando choices. The vegetarians loved the veggie patty but wasn't too thrilled about the portabella burger - said it was too much portabella. Many got seconds! Great communication with the staff for they kept me posted on the lunch counts. Wrapping up and making the final payment was easy-peasy. Invoices was provided as well.
