a bit overrated if you ask me... i got the french toast & it was actually REALLY good & filling. i probably only ate about 4/8 slices. but my boyfriend got "the whole breakfast". the belgian waffle was WAY overcooked & dry. honestly tasted like it was pre-made & had been sitting in a hot box, same goes for the potatoes or "home fries" as they call them. eggs tasted like egg wash just thrown in a griddle, very thin & bland. the country ham was pretty good though, i wouldn't recommend if you don't like salt, bc it was very salty. & the sausage patties just taste like the same ones you can get at the grocery store. read more

Breakfast was really good and so was the service. The reason for 3 stars is because we went back from dinner and it was awful!!!!! The family style dinner was absolutely gross. The fried Chicken was dry and obviously cooked well in advance, the meat loaf was okay and the ribs were blah. I would just stick to the breakfast menu. read more

When we got up front I mentioned to the hostess why we were leaving and she seemed to couldn't care less. The restaurant seemed to be not the cleanest, and the menu was super limited. This place was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious, service was great, and the prices were reasonable. We had 6 adults, 2 teens, a 6 year old, and 3 babies under 3 (party of 12) We were sat in two booths beside each other which was totally fine. The fun decorations, employee uniforms, and periodic dancing, singing chicken shows were fun for all ages. We were on a 7 day vacation and this experience was definitely one of the highlights and my favorite meal experience. read more

My husband and I decided to check this place out. We were quite pleased with our experience. The food was hot, plentiful, and very good. The service was very good even though it was very busy. I think we were most impressed by the initial portions-these were much larger than other family style portions we have gotten at other restaurants. We definitely recommend it for families with small children. Every 15 minutes, there is a short animatronic show featuring chickens. We watched as the little ones were just amazed with the little show. For those not so enthused about singing chickens, you have 15 minutes in between those songs. The restaurant is adorable and lined with animatronic chickens that sing every 15 mins or so- yes it's really corny but also really cute and fun. The menu has a bit of everything with an especially large selection of pancakes. My fiancée ordered the donut pancakes which were the perfect choice for a sweet tooth addict- drizzled in chocolate syrup and donut glaze. I got the southern Benny which was served on biscuits instead of English muffins- delicious and a very filling meal. Our waitress was really friendly and the food arrived quickly. We were recommended to this place by a friend of ours. So we decided to try it out for breakfast, and we were definitely not impressed. It felt like an adult Chuck E. Cheese, and the food was very mediocre. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and it was horrible tasting. He couldn't even finish it. He said it tasted like anchovies and metal dipped in grease. I tried it afterwards and also thought it was not very good at all. Bacon taste of the bacon tasted like microwave bacon and the scrambled eggs were dry & also Not very tasty. The pancakes were no better than McDonald's, and the coffee was watery. The best thing was the home fries. But it was definitely an experience we wanted to try. We are saddened that it did not live up to our expectations. We would have rather gone to Cracker Barrel. read more

Followed Yelp recommendation and glad we did. The food was delicious. I had biscuits and gravy. There are 4 types of gravy to choose from, sausage, bacon, pepper and tomato. I chose pepper and sausage. Not disappointed with either, both were great. Came with 3 large biscuits and I couldn't eat all of 2 but they were fantastic also. I added home fries and sausage links. Two thumbs up on both. My wife had a waffle with bacon and she was very happy. They have an animated chicken show that is cute but doesn't add or take away from the delicious food. My wife and I decided to try this place this morning (June 7) after reading all of the reviews. Everyone was very friendly and we were seated right away. The menu options were good and the food presentation was excellent. I really enjoyed the country fried steak biscuit pictured w the review. The only reason for 3 stars is the service. The poor guy we had seemed frazzled the whole time we were there and not confident in his abilities. It took him time to process things and a few times to get them right. For example, bringing drinks but no straws; bringing the bill but no pen. He also forgot to put in my wife's French toast order. This is why I'm giving them 2 stars everything after this was horrible. Our server was rude and his face showed. 3 out of 5 sets of silverware wazs dirty and he showed frustration when I asked for clean ones. My son's glass was dirty and my coffee cup was broken not chipped. Again he showed irritation when asked to replace it. When I'd thank him for bringing something or replacing something he wouldn't respond. Food: Our party of 5 each ordered something different and the presentation was beautiful and it was a lot of food. Despite looking good the food was gross only this good was my husband's chicken&waffles. The omelettes were filled with extremely large chunks of raw vegetables and unmelted cheese.
