Rating: 4.6/5 [dine in] Very clean and minimalistic boba shop with a diverse menu. Our drinks came out quickly, and the cashier even brought them directly to our table--great service! Brown Sugar Latte (L 24 oz - $5.90) + Oat Milk ($1) + Chewy Boba ($0.75) = $7.65 My husband ordered this with regular ice and brown sugar. It wasn't overly sweet and had a well-balanced flavor. The boba had the perfect chewy texture with a noticeable brown sugar taste. Mountain Oolong Tea (L 24 oz - $5.80) + Oat Milk ($1) + Almond Pudding ($0.75) = $7.55 I chose 75% sugar and less ice, which we both enjoyed--but I do think it would've been better with regular ice since I wanted it a bit colder. Still, this was such a refreshing combo and a great post-meal drink. Both drinks were really solid--definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're craving boba!

Frosty Fox has such a beautiful interior space for a Local Bubble tea shop. I stopped by last night with hubs for a date night out and after dinner we stopped by for bubble tea, and frosty fox was a quick little drive over. The owner I assume took our order, and my mountain oolong tea with oat milk and egg pudding was so refreshing. Hubs ordered a taro milk tea and we loved the prompt service, free WiFi and zen space to cozy up and just meet up with friends and colleagues alike for a cute coffee/tea date! I can't wait to return, and wish they had a loyalty reward program to motivate me to return more! Yay Frosty Fox for our new spot for bubble tea in the neighborhood!

I got non dairy mango mojito non alcoholic with lychee and boba. Very polite staff, quiet space with free internet. Clean quiet and dainty :)

Great experience! We got their most popular drink, Hong Kong milk tea, and the mango slush. Hong Kong milk tea is different from the other milk teas because there is a stronger tea flavor. They use condense milk and the drink is similar to what you would get in Hong Kong (according to my HK bf). I also really love the interior design. The decor on the shelves is minimalistic, yet elegant. Staff is friendly and the owner was also there. Their tea leaves are sourced from Taiwan, where the owner is from. 3 tables that seat 4 people and 3 tables for two people. There's a parking lot. They give you a punch card. After 8 punches, you may redeem a free drink with toppings.

Frosty Fox is an okay bubble tea option if you're in the area and in the mood for boba. Do note that the sugar standards for the drinks are on the sweeter side (the bobarista shared this with us). We had just finished dinner at China Cafe next door and wanted dessert. Instead of getting dessert at the restaurant, we decided boba would be a better choice. We went at 6:30pm on a Wednesday, and the place was nearly empty. We only saw one other person working on their computer in the corner. The music volume was at a good conversation level, not too loud or soft. We ordered a Jasmine Green Tea with lychee and a High Mountain Oolong Tea with boba. The green tea was tasty with the lychee topping, but the oolong tea and boba were lacking. First, the oolong tea was steeped for too long. It should have a color similar to green tea, but the drink I got was over-steeped and dark brown in color. I wasn't a fan of the boba either. The pearls were slightly undercooked; the bubbles were small and too chewy. They didn't have the satisfying chewing experience you look for with boba. All in all, Frosty Fox could be a good option, depending on what you order. But I'd rather go to Gong Cha down the street for better quality bubble tea.

Frosty fox is exactly what I would expect a trendy cafe would like on Instagram. Such a CUTE AND CLEAN ambiance with very friendly helpful staff making great drinks and puffles. Never had a puffle before but would love to try another one soon. It's like a bubble wrap pancake. It wasn't too sweet so it made all the chocolate toppings taste balanced. My boyfriend had the Hong Kong milk tea and said it was delicious. He gave it a 9/10! We will be back for more sweet treats! Thanks Frosty Fox

Very cute and delicious boba tea shop located in the same shopping center with Target near Lakeline Mall. The owner, Steven, is from Taiwan which is the birthplace of boba tea, so that means this place is legit. He and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. My favorites are oolong tea with creamy milk, Hong Kong milk tea, lychee green tea, and fruit slush. The tea in their milk tea is very bold and strong, which is the most important factor to me. They also have milk pudding which is very creamy and has the perfect amount of sweetness. I love the decor, the lightning, speakers, and music. This is such a great vibe for studying, working, gathering, or a casual date. Instead of having a sugary drink from Starbucks inside Target, visit Frosty Fox for a delicious sweet treat in your shopping trip in the area.

Strong tea flavor with a slight creamy taste for their milk teas! But I have to say, I love their slush, passion fruit and especially lychee, with real lychee fruit in it. Not a lot of places offer real lychee. Milk pudding is great too! Not the typical yellow color you'd expect, but it's white and very milky. On a bland side, but rich and pair well with the toppings. The owner, Steven is super friendly. Pretty interior with calm music. Gives off a coffee shop vibe. Perfect spot to study They have a stamp card, earn 10 stamps to get a free drink.

We decided to check out The Frosty Fox, and it was a nice experience overall. This is a new location, and the inside looks fresh and clean. The cups are adorable, featuring a cute fox logo that adds a fun touch. The employee was friendly and welcoming. However, the menu was a little confusing--I didn't realize that I needed to specifically ask for boba when choosing a specialty drink rather than creating my own. While I didn't love the drink I ordered, I'm open to trying something different on my next visit. My son had the brown sugar latte, and it was really tasty!

Cool cafe with a great vibe! I loved the panna cotta - next time I'll try the mango. It's rich, smooth and perfectly creamy. Service was great as well. I also tried both the mango and the passion fruit sparklers which were delicious as well. I'll be back!

Little boba shop tucked away on the side of the Target plaza. The store was bright and clean when I walked in. There was one employee doing the ordering and making the drink, and she was great and apologizing for taking a bit for the drink, which I was totally okay with because I can see that she was the only one. The drink definitely had the taste of brown sugar and tons of it, as I can see some of it drop to the bottom of the cup, so make sure to stir it up before drinking. Overall, another great addition and happy to see more bubble tea places come up around town.

I was there for the grand opening of Frosty Fox in Gainesville, FL so I was so excited to check out their Austin location. Frosty was a place I had spent a lot of time studying and I had always enjoyed my time there so my expectations for this location were high. For their opening, they had discounts on their speciality drinks which was already a huge plus! It brought me back to the good old days when you could get milk tea for $3.25. I got the matcha latte and besides being so pretty, the matcha flavor really came through and it was the perfect sweetness level. It's also a really nice location to work at. They have some smaller two person tables. But they also have a few larger four person tables so you can spread your stuff out. Each of the big tables has easy access to outlets and they play nice instrumental music that isn't too distracting. They also serve desserts outside of just drinks so you can snack on something if hunger hits. The workers are also super friendly. And you can redeem a punch card. So they can definitely expect to see me coming back!

The building is colorful and decorated in bright pink with fun artwork and decor for an uplifting vibe. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly fast and efficient. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!

What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet.
