Do not recommend eating here unless you really want your food handle or to get sick. Witness a worker on her phone with her gloves, and then she proceeded to make burgers and handle the food with her gloves that she was using to text with. Multiple other workers were handling cash and cars and then proceeded to handle food without gloves, let alone washing their hands.. they have numerous health code violations for the same thing. Decent burgers open late! Being drive-thru only, the wait time/line will vary no matter what time of day. However, the last couple of times I've gone, they only had one lane open. So far, I've tried their double burger, mushroom swiss, and the fix and western burger from their 'secret menu.' I almost had my husband leave, the person at the window was kinda rude. My hubs mentioned to her it says on Yelp when you check in you get a free medium fry. She said "We don't use Yelp" Husband: "It's (Frugal's) listed on Yelp and says we get a free fry, are you not going to honor that, then?" Response: "We don't use Yelp and we only have small and large fries Husband: "Is that a difficult question?" Response: (making it obvious she was annoyed and was short) "Pull up to the window, please" Woman at window: "We don't use Yelp and we don't have medium fries" She could have been a lot nicer about it and I put a lot of emphasis on service (as someone who has worked in customer service also) SO they would've got more stars if their service was better. The burgers really are quite good and the fries as well. Great portions and the price is right! FYI it's just a drive through so if you want to eat right away you have to park and eat in your car (which I personally don't mind). My only complaint is I ask for tomatoes on my burger, paid extra and there was one super thin slice of tomato. Everything tasted delicious.
