I will forever love frugal's yummy food and will continue to come back, however I'm not impressed with one of the staff members I had to deal with a couple weeks ago. Let's just start off by saying I just got done putting in an amazing google review for you guys months ago. Whenever i need my burger fix, frugal's it is. On this particular day i didn't use the drive through and my friend and i walked in. Upon walking in i was greeted by the cashier with an awful look on her face as if she was already annoyed with me. My guy friend ordered first and she was quite frankly nice to him but her whole demeaner changed when she took my order. First off, i was interrupted at least twice. I was watching the prices as i order sauteed onions on my burger every time. She put them in for three times the price as they are on the menu (and what i pay for them each time) I don't mind if the price actually went up but she had the audacity to tell me it was because of inflation. If she was truly being honest, then why did i pay for sauteed onions today at their normal price? Be honest, BE nice and enjoy your job or get a new one! :] I am usually super impressed with the friendliness and food in frugals but i guess there's sometimes a bad egg in a bunch, it happens! read more

Hate to write reviews but after what I just dealt with I had to. I had ordered a number one with bacon with a Dr. Pepper and a mushroom Swiss. A simple order that they had left out the mushroom Swiss I ordered at 8:06pm at the speaker got my food about 8:12. Paid for my food and went on about my business. Drove down the road and realized I was missing a mushroom Swiss burger for my wife so I went back to pick up the mushroom Swiss burger. They told me to pull to the window I had. Kindly asked if I can have him order fresh fries since it has been now 30 minutes all together. Since I initially placed my order. They gave me two coupons for $4 and refuse to give me an order of fresh fries which is all I wish for offered to give the fries back and they said no. They can assure the fries were fresh when they initially gave them to me. I had emphasized that it has not been 30 minutes since I place my initial order and they left out food have me to come back and they still refused to give me other fries. I know I'm not the only one that does not like soggy fries when eating food. read more

Favorite burger place. Decent priced and tasty burgers and fries. I love their fry sauce too. Rediculous that they charge for it. We should get the first one free when we order fries. Also dont like that when i walked over from my work they had me literally waiting in the drive through line in between cars! I was chiking on fumes! Food is decent, but they mess up the order quite a bit. It is generally a fairly long wait even with few cars in line. Today they left cheese off one cheese burger and shorted me a burger. I always leave a decent tip, as I did this time, and did not discover the problems until I got home. I would say their product is good for the money, but not worth the wait plus the aggravation of not getting my order right/shorted. My guess is poor management at this location. Just wanted to comment on how the August Special Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is easily the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had. Literally just pulled out of the drive through so if management is reading this, call down to the store and congratulate the cooks today for the exceptional quality. My bun was toasted to perfection and the blend of Buffalo, blue cheese, and literally everything was perfect! TYLER! You were awesome on your courteousness on at the window. This entire experience was wonderful and it just reminds my fiancé and I why Frugals is our favorite burger place in the U.S.! It's fast food, it's cheap, but I love it. Always get a chicken sandwich, add pepper jack cheese, bacon, and jalapenos, large fry, and plenty of fry sauce. Fills you up, taste petty good, and gives you the same,"man I should lose some weight" guilty feeling you get from big name fast food joints for slightly cheaper lol. There is one three blocks from my house that I eat out at all the time. I thought it was only a Western Washington thing, which I know of three in the PNW, but on a recent trip to bum f*@# nowhere Montana I discovered the only one outside of Washington! If you like fast food, this place is the best in the valley. The shakes are awesome and they also have special sauce they add to their burgers & you can order them for your fries. They have veggie burgers that aren't half bad whether you're a veggie or not. No gluten free options so if you have mad allergies, I wouldn't recommend eating here. If you don't however, you can get things lettuce wrapped (protein style). The style of this place is cute because it doesn't look like all the other fast food restaurants. 4:00 PM waited in line for over 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. 1/4lb cheeseburger and lg fry. Parked to eat and immediately noticed the fries were barely warm. Took them back to the window and they did replace the although with a small size. Unwrapped the burger to find it barely warm and dry. I have always loved frugals but this was a huge fail. Also they may need to change the name as it is not so frugal anymore. About what you pay at the other burger joints. And I'm tired of everyone using the pandemic and labor shortage for the excuse. I wish I could give this a 5 star for the burgers and fries when you get them right. But they are terribly inefficient for a drive thru only operation. Lines into the street and you think that is a sign of the food, maybe, but you should bring a book to read while you wait. The employees going in and out look like a goth convention and thats fine if they were efficient but something isn't working. Management? Employees? Probably not the system. Don't know but I do know they have the absolute worse communication speakers in the business. You can never, ever hear clearly what they are saying. One time we were there and the kid who took the order got it wrong and argued with me at the window pretty aggressively that it was my fault. I told him to shove the whole order and a Supervisor stepped in and said he'd make it right. Moved the hot head off the window. Delivered our stuff, we pulled out and the order was still wrong. Ok, so first of all I just pulled into this place because I was starving and liked the looks of it from the road. Service was great, people were super friendly. Prices were good. I ordered the halibut sandwich and fries. Both were really solid (for drive through fast food). I wish I ordered a burger and seeing the ones they were pulling off the griddle when I picked up my food exacerbated my feelings of food envy. I look forward to coming back and getting one. When I have gone to Frugals I have always had excellent service. I just went there last night and was given the worst service from the night crew. The whole time we were getting attitude from the employee and they were being very rude. An employee named Tristen who is underaged offered a juul rip to an underaged customer. The service was fast and friendly. My hubby ordered a 1/2 lb. burger without mayo, and I ordered the grilled chicken club without mayo, but add mustard.
