This man got our back! The food is nothing short of amazing. My chicken and waffle made with oyster mushroom was perfection! Batter was thick but soft. Crunchy yet juicy. Fried but not oily. This dish is a walking contradiction but they walked this fine line and blew this dish out the water! Best chicken and waffles hands down. The drumsticks were the classic with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce with paper thin skin and fibrous underneath. At the end, there's a sugar cane for bone to chew out the sweet "marrow". Highly recommend. My wife loves nachos and theirs were a big hit with impossible meat. I was unfortunate not to have been able to sample it. Jalapeño cornbread? Yes please! I believe it's gluten free and it's just a hint of spicy that builds as you eat more and more of it! H bomb burrito was tasty as well but I did not eat it fresh to do it justice. Combining just about everything he had on the cart, Jim assembled for me, on the spot, a sandwich with beyond sausage, Morningstar bacon, greens, grilled peppers, portobello mushroom and fabulous sauces on a pretzel bun. They sell raw unpasteurized cold pressed juice and fruits! I got the Tropical Dream and Katara while they had a stand at my gym and though the juices were delicious! The tropical dream included pineapple, pear, orange, lemon, cucumber and the Katara had cucumber, apple, kale and lemon. All these juices had fully organic ingredients and were sold at $6 or $8 per bottle. Both of the juices were delicious and refreshing. Highly recommended to buy some if you come across them!
