ORDERS: - BBQ Eel Bowl - Tokyo Steak & Veggie Bowl - Volcano Roll - Chicken, Steak, + Tempura Bowl - Green Tea All the bowls were delicious and filled! Quality meats and flavor! I really like their steak and eel. The chicken could have used more flavor but overall cooked well. The volcano roll was my fav cause it's baked scallops and they were fresh. Quick service, friendly staff.

I tried their salmon bowl with rice and imitation crab. The food itself was fine as it had flavors you'd expect from the fish and crab, but nothing more. The service was alright and the price was expensive for what was a small bowl of food with thinly sliced salmon. The interior was old and there was no restroom, so I wouldn't recommend dining inside.

The interior is fairly standard, but it's always clean, which is nice.

Fuji Grill never disappoints. I love their chicken balls and the price is extremely fair. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and the rice is always cooked perfectly. The employees are always happy to help with any additional items that I may need. I come here at least a few times a week so I hope thank you so much appreciate it. Thank you. The ambience of the restaurant is fairly straightforward. Nothing to flashing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody and get the chicken bowl

    Volcano Roll - Baked Scallops
    Tommy L.

For as long as I can remember--even back when I was a waiter in the '80s at Coco's--I've loved baked scallops. I used to eat them all the time on my breaks, and that love never faded. Now, every time I go to a sushi spot, I always order a scallop roll. And as weird as this may sound, out of all the sushi places I've been to, Fuji Grill has one of the best baked scallops--even better than some high-end sushi restaurants! The Volcano Roll is a baked scallop roll loaded with tender, buttery scallops mixed with imitation crab, layered over a bed of sushi rice, and topped with vibrant orange tobiko. It's slightly torched for that perfect caramelized finish, adding a subtle smokiness that enhances the richness of the seafood. It comes with a side of soy sauce and I always get the spicy mayo sauce to complete the experience. Fuji Grill itself is a no-frills spot--your typical quick-service sushi joint, usually staffed by a high schooler working the counter. But what matters is the food, and this roll delivers. Whether you dine in or order ahead, they serve it up fresh and fast. If you're anywhere near a Fuji Grill, do yourself a favor and order the baked scallops. Highly recommended!

    Crunch Roll & Miso Soup

I was feeling under the weather and the crunch roll and miso soup made me feel a little better. Comfort food is a must when trying not to catch a cold! My boyfriend picked this up for me and he said the service was quick. The ambiance was very quiet. He said there wasn't a long line.

Purely just ok. Beef is kind of stringy with a lot of fat and chicken was pretty dry. Would not recommend

I LOVE this place and can't believe it took me this long to try it!…read more My friend and I ordered the Taberu Lunch Course (basically a mini omakase), and every course was thoughtfully prepared. The course included a chawanmushi with shiitake mushroom and shrimp, followed by 7 pieces of seasonal wild-caught fish. My favorite part was the mini kaisendon with Kumamoto oyster with caviar, sweet amaebi with creamy Bara uni, and toro that completely melted in my mouth. The yuzu mochi at the end was perfect -- not too sweet and had a nice chew to it. We also ordered the spicy garlic soy edamame, mizu tako aburi, and spicy tuna crispy rice. The crispy rice was a standout -- crunchy, flavorful, and topped with spicy tuna, eel sauce, and serrano. Delicious! Service was on point. Andrew, the team leader, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and his recommendation of the yuzu sakari highball ended up being my favorite drink of the night. Slightly sweet, citrusy, and dangerously easy to drink. The owner Lynn, chef Sam, chef Sylvia, and chef Joon were incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really tell how much care goes into the food here. The restaurant also has a quiet, intimate ambiance that made my experience feel even more relaxing. I love that the fish selection changes with the seasons, making it even more unique. This place just earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The food here is excellent and very reasonably priced. The yakitori skewers were as good as anywhere I've been and the sushi rolls were great as well. I especially liked their current special tuna roll and the bacon wrapped shrimp skewer. Service was attentive and friendly. Really felt like the value for portion sizes and quality was on point, especially compared to what you get in LA proper.

I think they have changed their menu also? There were some food items I was looking for but it seems to be discounted. The server were nice enough to explain each items in the menu but we weren't assisted that quickly as it was a very busy night. The decorations are very cozy and felt like you were in a authentic Japanese restaurant they also have a place where you can sit on the floor but that takes about 40 - 2 hours. Overall experience was great! Will go back and try other items.

It's not very far from Disney, but far enough from the crowds. First, the service was great. They were very nice and attentive. It was pretty slow, but it was Sunday on a holiday weekend. We ordered several sushi rolls and a pork katsu. The flavors were all delicious. The spicy scallops hand roll was great and they didn't hide it under krab or any other fillers. It was a little spicier than I expected and it was delicious. What I most appreciated was I was able to order more rolls for variety because an order was 4 pieces. The price reflected the amount and so you really could try different rolls and not pay $15-20 for each. The restaurant was cozy and tastefully decorated. They still have a sushi bar, which I always love as an option. We will definitely keep this place on the list when we are in the area.

The service was great, and it was quiet since it's a Monday at 4pm. The location is small and cozy. I liked that the rolls were 4 pieces since that meant we could try more than usual. The rolls were good, rolls are usually hit or miss with me since they're normally too saucy. The 3 we got were good and had diff flavors (sexy Hawaiian, monster roll, and unagi xo). My 5 star goes to the yellowtail jala, omg it was SO GOOD and the yellowtail just melted in my mouth. We ended up ordering another one and I could honestly just eat this all day. I can't wait to have it again. I also got the bluefin tuba nigiri and that also melted in my mouth. The quality of the fish reminded me of having sushi in Japan. Great things come to those who wait..." is very applicable here. It's first come first served, so unless you're at the door when it first opens, expect a wait to be seated. And after sitting down at a table, expect to wait some more before your food arrives. As long as you're ok with waiting, the reward is, IMHO, the best soba noodle soup around. My go to is the different variations of the soba noodle soap. From the broth, to the soba to the tempura and proteins, it's a fantastic symphony of flavors. For those of us who prefer, the cold soba and the curry noodles are also excellent. An exceptional Japanese restaurant, for those who are not in a rush
