I sent a few requests for appointments out via Yelp - the Fuse team was responsive and was able to come within 24hrs. They offered me an appointment slot the next day. It's winter, cold in my house with the furnace not working. Alex showed up on time, completed a diagnosis in my crawl space, upfront on what needs to be done and the all in cost to fix. He was able to replace my blow motor starter, adjusted my gas valve (apparently the main cause for our system going out was due to overheating so he reduced the gas), and cleaned the flame sensor. Overall he did a quality job, made sure everything was working and that the heat was kicking in before leaving. I was impressed and glad the job didn't require two visits, and we had heat back on the spot! Overall very satisfied, and learned that our system (furnace and ducts) is almost 30yrs old so Alex discussed recommendations to replace the whole system in maybe a year time and what options could look like. I had Fuse come out to replace a water pump on my Thermador dishwasher. After replacing the pump, the technician briefly tested and then moved on. 10 mins later in the wash cycle, the dishwasher stopped with Error 15. I was frustrated as this was a Friday evening and it looked like we were out of a dishwasher for the weekend. I contacted Fuse and the technician came back out at 6pm, fixed the issue, and stuck around for an hour to make sure everything was working correctly. Amazing customer service! Updated Feedback: The technician, Aleksander came back ,did a thorough diagnosis focusing on the airflow for both zones, identified and fixed the issue. When it was done, he explained what he did. Turns out that the original setting on the connections for the damper was flawed. Dmytro from Fuse installed a Tesla Universal Wall Connector and NEMA 14-50 outlet for us and did an excellent job both with the wiring layout as well as mounting the chargers. He had to stay late due to having to get extra conduit material and came back a second time to review the the wiring (and to make sure lower gauge wire splice wouldn't limit the max charging rate of the wall connector). Was great with answering all my questions. Fuse via Yelp messaging and email was also great to work with. They gave me several different detailed options (e.g. price for adding the extra outlet, with and without conduit, using a more expensive gauge to get faster charging, etc.) and helped get all the questions answered and the work completed. Fuse has built a solid business out of trustworthy communication, honest work, and a high level of service. We needed to replace our ancient gas furnace, but we did not know what would make the most sense for our situation. Of the nearly ten quotes we received, Alex from Fuse was the only one who got out his ladder and ascended into our attic to evaluate whether a mini-split system would work, and he answered every question thoughtfully and thoroughly. (We ended up going with a ducted heat pump system.) Once we decided to work with Fuse, the installers told us they would need four days to complete the installation, and they arrived early and worked late every night (during Christmas week!) to make sure this happened. This included the heat pump and new ducting. Following the installation, Fuse's permit department worked with the city to get every test and inspection scheduled, going back and forth with our picky city department for almost two months. Every test and inspection passed the first time. Nearly three months in, everything is working flawlessly, and we've already seen a huge drop in our energy bill compared to the same time period last year.
