Vermicelli Bowl with shrimp, pork and egg rolls
    Karmen N.

Haven't been here in a while, we were in the neighborhood and were craving some noodles. We ordered the Shrimp SpringRolls and 2 Vermicelli Bowl with shrimp, egg rolls and pork. The Shrimp Springs Rolls came with peanut sauce and it was delish! Vermicelli Bowls were also on point! I left happy and full :D

Fusion Corner has easily become my top 10 places to go for delicious Asian food. Their food variety hits everyone spot. Each member of my family has their favorite. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is cozy. I cant recommend this place enough.

Really solid late night bite. If you're looking for something that's open late and has a decently good variety of Asian food this is the spot. The spicy wontons were delicious and the Lomo saltado was good too. I would say the noodles need more sauce and cheese but other than that it was great. The steak was really good. Service was quick and efficient. The inside is nice good seating. I would say this is a solid spot but nothing crazy.

So funny story !! We drive by here all the time & I kept saying how I wanted to try it!! When i've actually ordered from this place on DoorDash six times over the years. When we finally came in to eat, I kept telling my fiancé the menu felt so familiar. Sure enough, I checked my DoorDash history and confirmed this has been one of my favorite late night go to spots all along! The inside was cute and clean with music playing, creating such a comfortable and enjoyable dining vibe. Customer service was top notch. We especially loved the elderly gentleman who helped us he was sweet, funny, packed my food with care, chatted with us, and even refilled my broth for my pho while I was packing it to go. There are so many options on the menu, including a lot of my favorites. So glad we finally dined in instead of just ordering delivery. This place definitely lives up to why it's been a repeat order for me all these years.

Fusion Corner in Stanton is a go to late night spot whenever cravings hit. The food is consistently satisfying and hits the spot, especially when you're looking for something filling and flavorful after hours. It can get a little busy at times, which says a lot about how popular it is, but the service is always great, friendly, efficient, and worth the wait. Definitely recommend if you're looking for dependable late-night eats in the area.

Fusion Corner is my go to late night spot for Asian Food! They're open until 1am, have a clean interior and very is spacious. Its menu has affordable prices for good tasting food with good portion and a decent amount of parking. But when it gets full parking can be tough to find. The menu is pretty extensive ranging from different noodle soups to rices dishes. This time I got the pho and I must say it hits every time. The pho has everything you want from a bowl of pho. Great flavor, good portion size and filling! The staff is also super accommodating. If you're looking for a great spot, fusion corner is a great place to hit up

I love Fusion Corner! We always order the same items because we love it so much. Everything is so flavorful! Service is great and food has been consistent every time. We love the restaurant with the dim lighting it makes for a comfortable cozy atmosphere, feels homey. Will always be coming back. Lemon pepper wings are always a hit. Very seasoned and fried crispy and meat is tender. Lomo Saltado has garlic noodles, fries, and shaken beef and a green sauce. So much flavor! Pad see ew with chicken. Noodles are perfectly soft and bouncy. Seasoned well with plenty of protein and veggies.

The food and service was great! We went around 12pm on a Monday. It was pretty empty, and there was only 1 other group of people. It was very clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Thai tea is delicious! It was very creamy and not too milky like some other restaurants are. The fried tofu was great! Perfectly fried and crispy, and soft and warm on the inside. The sweet and sour sauce given was great with it. The wonton soup was my favorite! The broth was very warm and yummy, especially on a cold day! The wontons were filling and savory! The Beef with Garlic Noodles is a good option, but I think the wonton soup was still my favorite. The beef was well cooked, very tender and juicy. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. And the garlic noodles were cooked perfectly.

I like that this place is open late. It's good when you're hungry and want quality better than fast food. Place is well lit and very spacious. Prices are good as is the quality. Service isn't the best unfortunately.

Grilled Shrimp Fried Rice / Garlic Noodle w/ Grilled Chicken
    Fahad H.

Really nice & cozy looking place with friendly people running it! Menu is basically a fusion of Vietnamese, Chinese & Thai cuisine. We got the Grilled shrimp fried rice & Garlic noodle with grilled chicken, Fried rice was really tasty but the Garlic noodle was a bit dry although the grilled chicken in it was pretty good.

Popcorn Chicken (chili powder and sauce were on the side)

This is a fusion Vietnamese spot. I think I prefer take out here but keep in mind that it's best to order ahead online. There was one time that I had to wait for a long time (over 25 mins)! :( Ambience is very casual. I noticed a lot of people order online and come pick up, so I tried that after and it was a faster experience. I like their garlic noodles with beef and popcorn chicken. Note that the popcorn chicken here are big bites, so definitely hearty :) comes with the chili powder on the side and your choice of sweet and sour sauce or ranch on the side.

    Jamie M.

Popcorn chicken is very juicy and fresh tasting. The chicken isn't very flavorful, but it is very good. I will come back! Very generous serving, the cayenne pepper seasoning is on the side. We just shook the to-go box with the seasoning and it turned out great. They also give sweet & sour chili sauce. Price is good, service is fast and friendly. They are open late! It was a great late-night snack. We wanted some protein. The interior is nice, I really like the lights.

    Shrimp Pad Thai

We were hungry at eleven pm and decided to try this place out because it's open late and has good ratings. The food and the service were really good and the atmosphere was nice. The restaurant itself was very clean, the employees are on top of everything I recommend what we had, which was the garlic noodles with the grilled chicken and the shrimp pad Thai, both were so flavorful. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will definitely be coming back here

We decided to give it a try on our first night. Everything from the staff friendliness to the ambiance to the taste of the food was exceptional! The second visit was just as enjoyable, so much that we decided to visit on Sunday to check out their all you can eat brunch. The selections were amazing with a few exceptions. Some standouts were the ube pancakes, matcha French toast, Toro tartare toast, and garlic scallop fried rice. Some items on the menu left more to the imagination such as the spicy tuna crispy rice, which had no distinct flavor, and the fried oysters. Outside of those selections, the brunch options were amazing and worth the cost. Shout out to Ryan and Koda for the hospitality, and the bartenders that served us during happy hour. It had always been crazy busy whenever I drove by, so I finally stopped in during an off hour around 1:00 or 1:30 and was able to grab a seat pretty easily. Like most of the KEI spots, the place was clean, modern, and had a cool vibe without trying too hard. I asked the server what he recommended and went with the filet mignon banh mi chao, which is definitely one of the more expensive items on the menu. The dish came out sizzling with filet mignon, potatoes, egg, and a peppery gravy sauce. The flavor reminded me of an upgraded beef stew, kind of like something your mom would make if she suddenly became a chef and opened a trendy restaurant in Orange County. The sauce was flavorful and comforting, but the meat itself was a little gristly & chewy in parts, so I may not have gotten the best cuts that day. Overall, I thought it was good, just not one of those meals that completely blows you away. That said, I still enjoy the KEI Concepts restaurants because they always offer something a little different, and Vietnamese cuisine is just fun to explore. I'm really into bold flavors and unique spices, and while this dish leaned more toward comfort food than adventurous, I'd still come back and try more things. Funny enough, the waiter asked me which KEI restaurant is my favorite, and honestly I still can't pick one. They're all consistently solid, clean, and interesting in their own way. I just keep waiting for the one dish that makes me stop mid bite and go, "Okay... there it is."

We ended up getting Mango Grahams, Pancit, Siomai and Popcorn Chicken. Before we placed the order, it was communicated clearly from the staff that there would be a wait (there were 3 parties ahead of us, and one of them was huge, so we kinda expected a wait anyways.) We also weren't in a rush and were willing to wait regardless, so that didn't really bother us. The Mango Grahams were exactly and more than we expected; definitely satiated my cravings. The food was also good and arrived in a reasonable manner. Again, we only wanted to check this place out because of the Mango Grahams, but we were surprised at how many other options they had for desserts, appetizers, food, and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't mind the distance knowing the quality and options they have. Also, I briefly looked into this place before driving here, and I was expecting like a quick "boba store" environment, but it also has a sit down ambiance. Great for quick hang outs with friends or sit down meals with your family. Also, I'm specifically writing this review because of the staff. Given how busy they were, I want to recognize how friendly and welcoming they were. There were lots of orders, but they came out in an understandable amount of time, and the person in the front always had a smile of her face. She always communicated clearly and warmly about the waits, and was very accommodating to the customers. I can't wait to go back for more Mango Grahams (and also check out their other menu items!)
