I first came here maybe a few months ago, and immediately loved it. They have a wide variety of food from pho to lomo saltado. I've ordered a few things here over the months just to try but my favorites have been: bún bò huế which had a rich spicy broth that tasted very authentic, the pho is also very good with generous amount of meat and beefy flavored broth. You have to get the fries or the lomo saltado. Idk what they did with the fries but they're super crispy outside and soft on the inside. They are also extremely well seasoned. I'd say the best I've had. Bún thịt nướng was what I got tonight, and it was great! We came for a birthday party. They were very accommodating with the seating. The servers were super friendly and attentive. Shout out to the chefs back there that pumped out like 24 plates super fast and tasted so good. I highly recommend this place! read more

I love Vietnamese fusion places and this restaurant hit the spot! I was also super shocked at how good the drinks were! I got a fruit tea and it was so sweet and perfect for my liking! I'm super basic so my fav dish has to be the popcorn chicken but the wonton soup was a close second! The service was quick and an employee even helped my mother (who's in a wheelchair) into the restroom so that's another bonus on the service. Bun Bo with tender meat was SO DELICIOUS. Even Pad Thai is not Vietnamese food, they have made it very good as well. Lots of shrimp come along with the dish. Okay. First off let me apologize for my language but "HOLY S**T!!! " I just finished my delivery order of "shaken beef, with garlic noodles" , and their fried "cajun calamari". It was AMAZING!!! Let's start with the appetizer. The Cajun calamari was epic. It was delicious, crispy with the perfect amount of breading. It was fantastic completely on its own, but when dipped lightly in the spectacular sauce provided. !BOOM! In all the best ways. And then comes the entreé. The Shaken Beef is reminiscent of lomo saltado, one of my favorite Peruvian dishes. But this was off the charts... The flavor was phenomenal, and cooked perfectly.. no chewy well done pieces here, just the exact level of medium well to medium, that I could hope for. Add to that the garlic noodles, which were cooked a perfect al dente, and rolled in a sauce that was delicious, without being overpowering. Included in the entree was a small cup of some mystery sauce. I didn't know if it was for the beef, or the noodles, but I worked for both, and not only was utterly fantastic, but had a little bit of spice to it. And to wash it all down I got the strawberry peach tea w/ boba... Ordinarily these can be cloyingly sweet, but not here. The blend of strawberry and peach was perfectly complimented to the tea, and the sweetness level, while sweet, was darn near perfect. And the portions were good enough, that I turned it into two meals (although it was incredibly hard to not try and eat the entire thing in one shot...) When I ordered the food, I was hoping for good. Tried this place for the first time today since the Yelp reviews were great. First, and this is minor, we were seated at a booth where the table was waaay too far from the bench. Unless you're tall people, get a table! Then, we ordered appetizers. The chicken wings and egg rolls were very good. So was the dipping sauce. On to the main course....we ordered oxtail pho. The very nice waiter said they no longer offer oxtail. So sad. If it's no longer an option take it off the menus! We had the brisket pho and shaken beef saltado. Both were very good. Our waiter came by to refill both hot and cold water. He also brought to-go boxes and small containers of dipping sauces. Really nice service! Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. We got the hotpot meat lovers and the meat selection was really good and unique! At other hotpot restaurants, when they say meat lovers, they do not provide a lot of meat or higher quality for that matter, but Fusion Corner does! Now, moving onto their customer service, compared to other hotpot places or in general, they're very attentive, fast, and listen to their customers! We asked them for another tray of sauces since we were sharing a hotpot and they brought it out right away, towards the end of our hotpot we ended up with putting our udon into the broth, but were low on broth and they were quick to serve us. However, even though they brought it out for us, the broth was room temperature and not boiling hot like other places. Dined in with a couple friends from out of town. Service was not great but not the worse. Food was decent. Had a simple order of take out of bulgogi fries. I let the staff know if we can do the beef on the side with the fries and then to order garlic fries instead. Was told order was already being made and they can't change it. Didn't make much sense as to why they couldn't have just made the fries into garlic fries and charged me beef on the side. Order was very simple. Ended up having to order garlic fries on top of the original order because after 5 minutes of trying to simplify it even more. I gave up and just ordered both. Additionally when I got home.
