My friends and I saw Fusion Grill &Bar on instagram and was very excited to experience the restaurant, we were celebrating a late Galentines. we went In, no one was there to greet us, we received deep stares, the bar tender ignored us standing by the door I went to him and asked him is there a host or do we seat our selves. He said one second,went to the back. A lady came from the back asked us if we had a reservation, we said no do we need one she said no, but it is recommended,"But let me see what I have" we said okay. She walked away and came back and told us she had two tables at the patio or we can sit at the bar. We told her we would take the patio, she pointed out the door and walked away. We were left to figure out which table we could sit at, she never came to us, in fact no one came to us for water menu or anything we waited and waited. Finally we decided to leave. Easily giving this place a 5 star rating. The vibes are good and the service is great. They had a little hiccup with network connection for digital payments the day we went but were able to work through the kinks and still able to deliver great service and food. Atmosphere is nice and 10 out of 10 for the music being played. Good is hearty, you will get full. Tacos are a hit but this spot is known for their burgers. Try any of them, you won't be disappointed. They actually listen when you say medium rare or well. I notice that more now because that seems to be something just asked for fun and they really got it right! Will absolutely be back, prices are reasonable. It's a very small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The ambiance is modern BoHo. Service is very attentive but not over the top. Food came out fast, fresh and hot. Coconut Seafood stew is delicious and a great portion filled with all types of seafood. The Bacon Burger is yummy and big! With a side of fries is a must. Service was quick and the food came out hot and delicious. I ordered the chips and queso, Lonestar burger and strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was a bit on the sweet side but still refreshing. Queso was as expected, creamy and cheesy. I liked that it had avocado in it. I think it was worth the $10 price. I ordered the burger medium, with extra lettuce and it was great! Hit the spot for the first meal of the day. Onions were grilled perfectly, tomatoes, pickles and lettuce were fresh, meat was juicy and seasoned well and the bread was so soft. I'm planning on going to visit the brick and mortar soon to experience the food fresh out of the kitchen, I can only imagine how delicious it'd be that way! Date night out in the neighbor and the hubby was searching for new spot. We landed upon this place and it was a good experience from the food, ambiance and service. When we arrived we had 10 minute wait but this was mid-week so really good but it was a full house which made me feel confident of the food here. We ordered the calamari which was really good & freshly made for our appetizer. For dinner, we ordered 2 burgers and fresh cut truffle Parmesan fries. Everything was good and burgers were huge as we could have split one because we took one half home. I was getting the feels like I was in a foreign Latin city somewhere based on the restaurants decor which I loved. Also, the bathrooms were unique and very clean. They were playing party house music; old and new school music that takes you back to late 90' early-mid 2000 that you could rock your head too. It was definitely a clubby vibe for sure date or girls night out. I almost forgot I was in the suburbs...LOL. Anyway, based on Yelp reviews the burgers lived up to hype because they were absolutely delicious. They arrived freshly made, hot and a flavor bomb in your mouth. Our bill was about $100 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, appetizer and fries. Dining out is so expensive these days but at least the food and service was worth it. If your in the area check it out. Wow what an amazing place. Very nice inside, small business tucked away in a strip mall area. Good service and very good food. We had to try their hamburgers since it has been the talk of the town. They had a little twist to it which is very darn good. We also enjoyed the wings and a Fusion burger. BOTH were delicious! If you like it spicy, try the Mango Habanero wings! You'll be glad you did! I also ordered churros with Nutella and caramel. The burger was cooked to perfection, and loaded with guacamole, pepper jack cheese and some jalepenos which paired so well with the added sweet plantains. The sweet potato fries were seasoned. Service by far was too notch and expeditious. The staff even gave us a run down on their favorites to help us select our choices. Parking is easy as well in the lot.
