This was our first time at this spot meeting friends here and low behold Fusion Street was park right there!!! outside a brewery we happened to go too!! That was a hit!! From the time Chef Derrick took our order. With his beautiful smile & great vibe. But our friend Gina bought us all out to get food. And we were ready for good food. We had Tri tip & with great & juicy not dry plus flavor too, pull pork tacos were excellent also tasty pulled pork moist and tender too. We loved it Fusion Street I want you to know we (6) if us. Sometimes the food is the highest priority. For some, it's the service, and for others, it's the owner/operator involvement. For me, it's all three and Fusion Street was the best in every way possible. We have never had a food truck come into our Henderson Saddle Association. LVGA (Las Vegas Gymkhana Association) decided to have their annual awards banquet where they competed the past several years. Right at H.S.A. From the first call for information, right up to the event, we had great communication. There were simply, no worries for a group of approximately 80. A mix of young ones, teens, and "ole timers" compete in our LVGA and came to the banquet. Derrick worked out a "brunch" menu that all age groups could enjoy. And enjoy we did. This was NOT your average food, Whatever was served, had CHEF written all over it. Food, service, and that personal touch. Holy Moly Cannoli!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I had been following Fusion Street on social media for a while now as this amazing food truck started it's road to now. The pictures of the food always looked so mouth watering! I was so happy to hear that a truck got approved to share the delish looking food!! Well yesterday they posted that they would be right by my home so I went to show support. The staff were incredibly nice and kind and the owner came out and showed love and gratitude that I came out(I had commented I would!) I wanted to treat my family NSE also try a few things too! WOW!!!! Party in my mouth! My family LOVED everything! We had the Tariq Guadalete Tapas to start. They were so good! Loved the slaw and peppers on them! My daughter is obsessed with Bao so I got her the Konniichiwa Homie Sliders and I didn't know they came with fries! It was so amazing! I had a bite of hers lol I got the Lil Shawty Tacos which was a vegetarian choice and omg so yummy!!! The fusion of flavors were perfection! I booked Fusion Street for a networking event in Las Vegas that my company was hosting. Fusion Street provided prompt service and all requirement documentation to ensure permits were approved. The night of the event they showed up early to set up and even served some internal employees right away! Once the event was up and running Fusion Street did an amazing job with all of the food and my guests and employees were very happy with the service, quality, and unique offerings. We will be booking again, if we're down in the Las Vegas area. read more

Yum yum yum! I had the Country Gramma brisket Sliders and they were on point. The buns were nice and toasty, not soggy, the brisket was super tender and the sauce was delicious, little sweet but not overly it went well with the brisket flavor. The potato salad and pickled onions on top of the meat were awesome, the pickled onions went well with the sauce. It came with fries and again on point basic fries but they were crispy and just enough salt. Service was great as well, friendly and great service. read more

I went to a concert held at the Craig Ranch Park and since I hadn't had dinner, I decided to eat at this food truck. 45 minutes later with only 5 people ahead of me, I finally got my order. I went with the Country Grammar sliders and and extra order of fries. I normally wouldn't post a bad review, but since I paid extra, waited 30 minutes to place my order and 10 to receive my food.. it was upsetting to say the least. I am posting a few pictures to show what I got. It was night time and super dark, so my phone didn't focus, but you can see right away I got jipped. I ordered an extra side of fries for my friend for $3 more and didn't get them. When I went back to ask for them, they simply said they added them to the box and kept it pushing. The cashier just repeated what the packer said and that was it. Nobody ever said anything else and I just had to walk away after standing there like an idiot. Do I wanna look crazy over my missing fries or ask for my $3 dollars back? This place didn't care and it showed. Why would they add an extra side of fries to my sliders box instead of giving me another extra plate of fries? I've never gone anywhere and asked for an extra side of fries and got it all in the same basket. How am I supposed to believe I got extra fries when in the box it clearly looks like I didn't. If the box was stuffed with fries, I wouldn't have even said anything. I asked for aioli sauce for fries and I got 3 sides of it and all that sauce so I could dip my fries only. When I showed my friend she clearly gave me the side eye and figured I forgot to order her fries and shared mine. I could have easily ordered a 2nd extra side of fries, but I was afraid they would take away all my fries and tell me I get 0 fries total for $6 now. For future orders, I would recommend to add all extra items on the side so the customer knows they're getting exactly what they ordered and paid for. I would also have the person delivering the order to repeat and show the food order so there's no confusion. This food truck already takes a long time processing orders so these extra steps will not make a difference in their timing. Btw, the food wasn't even warm anymore by the time I got to eat it. I gave this place 2 starts only because the cashier was extremely nice, but not efficient either. I understand she wants to go out of her way for customers, but the line was clearly being held up because of her. As a business owner myself, I felt she needed to focus on taking orders and working on shortening her answers to her top asked questions. The cashier is the one who served me my aioli sauce. That took her a good 2-3 minutes to do. I felt bad to hold up the line as I felt the food packer should be the one who does that. The cashier had just taken my cash and then proceeded to pour the sauce onto the cups. Didn't wash her hands, no gloves in sight, no nothing. I'm pointing this out so she can focus on only taking orders and nothing else as touching food will require hand washing and killing more time. I tried this food truck because it had the shortest line out of the seafood and pizza trucks next to them and it was not worth it. While I waited for my order to be ready, I was able to stand in line at the pizza truck and place my order there as well. I got my pizza 2 minutes after I got my sliders, that's ridiculous. I hope my review is taken as a learning experience so future client experiences will only improve from now on. read more

They were parked out at Rc WILLEY (Summerlin). I have never seen this truck before.... Well I had the 9th Island pork sandwich... Best I've had. The pork was perfect, but get this the BBQ Sauce was blueberry/ vinegar based bbq.... OMG I'll eat here every week. The owners were very personable and helpful... Love it . Be sure to get a written proposal. We had an agreement via text for $800 sales guarantee per day, meaning if our guests don't spend $800 per day, we pay the difference. At settlement time Derek demanded we pay him $800 cash per day in addition to all the sales he collected. When I showed him the text documentation of our original agreement he got very angry & impatient, refusing to discuss or leave until we paid him his money. I paid to avoid him creating a larger scene in front of our guests. In hindsight, I should have called security or the police. It's too bad as our guests really enjoyed his food but it appears integrity and professionalism aren't his thing. I would caution any event hosts against hiring this vendor. read more
