Food: 4 Service: 5 Ambiance: 4 Our first stop on our Palm Springs trip was Gabino Creperie, because we wanted to grab a little snack before dinner. It was a bit tricky to find at first since it's tucked away in a walkway, but there is a sign on the main street letting you know where they're located. Once we spotted it, we were so glad we made the effort. We were greeted by a very friendly young man who struck up a conversation with us and took the time to explain the different types of crêpes. He also described how they're finished with a flavorful outer layer of cheese and chimichurri, which immediately caught our attention. We decided on the chicken pesto, although it was honestly hard to choose because everything looked so good. When our crêpe came out, it looked just as beautiful as the pictures. And the taste? Amazing. It somehow managed to be fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of richness at the same time. I don't know how to describe it exactly, but it absolutely satisfied our craving and we practically inhaled it. It was raining the day we visited, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor tables, but I loved the Tupac quote and the rose detail outside. Such a cool touch. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving crêpes. We will definitely be back. Next time we're trying both a savory crêpe and a sweet one.

Really good crepes! A quick and easy pool side lunch if you are staying at the hotels nearby. My favorite was BBQ chicken, great balance of sweetness along with zing from the BBQ sauce. We tried the Chicken Ceasar, Buffalo Chicken and BBQ Chicken. The wait can be long but definitely worth it!

I had seen this place when looking for spots to eat in Palm Springs and it was literally around the corner from my hotel! You have to either walk through this alley next to construction to find it OR you can park behind it and walk through the back. There's a little window to order from and a cute little patio seating area. Honestly it was very flavorful! I got the bbq chicken one since it was on the food network. The flavor was there and so was the crepe. It had a cheesy flavor baked in to it and it was so unique!

Looking for an unforgettable crepe? THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I make trips to Palm Springs to have crepes from here, that's how remarkable this place is!

Wow, what a hidden gem! The savory crepe sandwiches are to die for. We had a buffalo chicken crepe & chicken Caesar salad. Encrusting the crepes with cheese adds a mouth watering texture with every bite. Staff was friendly & service was quick. It was pretty busy for a Thursday, but that's always a good sign. Seating is outdoor patio only, but it's a vibe with fans & mist. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in town.

Have had this place on my bookmarks list for quite some time and to be able to finally visit. Such a Gem! My wife and I have been wanting to go here for a while! Glad we finally made it out. Parking in the back, with plenty of outside seating. Nestled towards the back of a little walkway is a tiny window where the magic happens. The guys serving these crepes are super cool. Very respectful crew. So each savory crepe is 16 bucks. Totally worth it. So much flavor and love in each bite. I ordered the chopped cheeseburger and my wife got the chicken ranch and we both shared the Nutella banana crepe for dessert. All were fantastic! I'm just bummed I didn't get to take a photo of the banana Nutella crepe. Let me put it this way. It didn't last. So the crepes got this crunchy outer layer. So texture wise. It's unique. The chopped cheeseburger was bomb. I mean great combo between the crepe and the burger fixins. Very enjoyable. Big too. I was skeptical at first but yeah totally worth it. The chicken ranch was bomb too! Like a chicken salad in a wrap that was something else. And obviously the banana nutella. BOMB.COM. Overall Nutella makes everything better. If you haven't tried Gabino's yet, mark it on the list! It's a hit!

This place takes crepes to a whole other level! And by that I mean your savory creperie dreams!!!!!! I loved the chicken pesto, it was so good. That seared cheese on the outside?! Chef's kiss!!! One order is pretty filling and can be easily split by two. Pro-tip: order ahead!!! There is often a wait time otherwise. Plenty of seating to hang out and wait behind the stand. Pro-pro tip: save a few bucks by buying your drink refreshment from the liquor store upfront!

If you're in Palm Springs, you have to check out Gabino's Creperie. It's this little secret window spot with outdoor seating only on the cutest patio...such a vibe. The food was straight fire . We got the turkey cheddar crepe, a BBQ chicken crepe, a Caesar crepe for my daughter, and a pizza roll for my little one. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and so good. We finished with a Nutella banana crepe and their house-made lemonade drinks...perfect combo in the Palm Springs sunshine. Low-key spot, big flavors. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely delicious!!! I had the BBQ Chicken Crepe and my sis had the Chicken Caesar Crepe; both were fantastic! The crepes are grilled both Parmesan on one side, so you get that crispy deliciousness in every bite! The seating area holds a decent amount of people and is shaded. We weren't sure if there would be seating with this being a small, walk-up place, so that was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were sold out of most of their drinks when we went at 3:30 on a Saturday and the table was dirty when we sat down, so I had to get some napkins to clean it off. However, I did see a guy come out and clean the other tables as we were finishing eating, so I think we just got there before he had a chance to clean ours. I definitely recommend this cute place and will likely come back the next time I'm in Palm Springs!

The buffalo chicken and pesto were absolutely great! Full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend!

Found an interesting crepe place. I come to Palm Springs a few times a year and each trip I try to find a new place. On this day I got lucky with this window service crepe place. There is seating in the back, but this place is build for fast service for order and take out. Tried two different offerings to get a better feel for the place. Both were excellent and so much food, I did not get to finish it all. Wonderful to have unique places like this one around.

A small hole in the wall down a small alley, order through a small window. They only take card. All the crepes are HEAVY. The first few bites, delicious. Then it gets waaaaay too heavy. - Pizza Roll 4.4/5 This is just an amazing pepperoni crepe. It definitely satisfies my pizza craving. Saucey, pepperoni, crunchy, cheesy. Comes out super warm. Delicious. - BBQ Chicken 3.2/5 It's sweet, too sweet for my liking. - Pesto Chicken 4.1/5 This had a better balance than the bbq. It tasted more fresh and was lighter. Free street parking.

I can see why this place is so well known. The food is just incredible. The crepe sandwiches looked MASSIVE, but ended up being just the right amount of food. Perfect after a day on the bike.

Are the same crepes used for both savory and sweet?

Hey Joe, there’s slightly a difference. We don’t put the garlic and herbs on the sweet crepe

I don't see the cheesesteak option on your menu. Is it not available?

I think this one is seasonal, but will be available full-time at the new location opening

Do special orders upset you? lol. I like the sound of the bbq chicken but hate lettuce and tomato.

Hey Joe! No special orders don’t upset us at all. Feel free to order as you wish.

I don't see a steak and cheese crepe on the menu, but I did see a photo of one?

There is one but its often sold out.

Are any of the crepes gluten free, or is there a gluten free option?

Yes we offer a gluten free option :)

    No sweet ones?

As of April 2021 no sweet crepes on the menu, only savory.

Do you have a brick and mortar? Are you still going to the PS brewery? My daughter said she knows you and we need to go to the brewery someday soon

They have a storefront now in South Palm Springs (as of August, 2020). So delicious!!!

It did table about half hour till we received the text. This visit, we got seated inside which was a first for us. Majority of the restaurant is outside with covered umbrellas and small sections in the inside area with different rooms. Our waitress was quite sweet but didn't remember her name. Menu is pretty much same as I remember from last time. Of course the Bloody Mary is always a must here. Started off with that. Food wise, the andouille sausage omelette served with potatoes or a salad and avocado. That also comes with a side of baguette. And the baked brie platter which is a shared starter. But works also a meal if needed. A nice hefty portion of baked Brie with hazelnuts, both ciabatta bread and Asian pear as well as date jam. And a side order of bagel and cream cheese. Food was good. We've only been for brunch and each visit was great. Dinner is a prix fix menu which we have never been. Service was great and the staffs were all very friendly. Water was constantly filled when it was emptied. Until next time.

Majority of the people were dining inside as it was still pretty hot. They were only utilizing the front part of the patio the time we walked in. Service was great with our waitress. Didn't get her name but she was a doll. We both just wanted a sandwich which they do have a very good selection. As alway, pickles and sauerkraut was brought to the table. It's a classic. Sandwiches, we had the pastrami with fries (like chips) which is an addition fee as it tends to come with coleslaw or potatoes salad. And the tuna sandwich with coleslaw. To say that Sherman's was a disappointment would be a massive understatement. The egg salad and chopped liver sandwich was pretty bad. First there was barely any egg salad on the sandwich at all. And the chopped liver was Bland and had a really bad consistency. You'd be better off ordering Nationwide delivery from Russ and Daughters. The matzoh ball soup with chicken and noodles was equally bland tasteless. Not to mention the fact that the matzo ball was curiously hard for should be velvety soft. The service was fine, getting my orders wrong multiple times. First, they brought me the matzoh ball soup with no noodles. Then they brought me a pastrami sandwich, even though I ordered egg salad and chopped liver. Sherman has the veneer of an old school Jewish deli with without any of the quality food. Whatever nostalgia I might've had was decimated once I started eating.

The lady at the door told us inside would probably be loud because there were two bigger tables in there. It was hot outside, so we decided to sit inside anyway. We almost immediately regretted that and wished we'd sat outside. This place is not made for being busy on the inside. It's just too loud. But, cute in there. Our server, who we later learned was the bartender and not a usual server, took our drink orders. A few of us ordered the Hugo spritz, one gal got a beer, and a few other cocktails were ordered. We got our drinks and they were enjoyable. The problem began when we were ordering food. One girl in our group is Celiac and literally can not eat gluten. She ordered the salmon and asked to be sure the potato salad was gluten free. If things are fried or prepared in the same place as gluten objects, she is incredibly ill for weeks afterwards. She has to be super careful. His response was, "I think so." She told him she was celiac and had a true gluten allergy, and she needed him to be sure. Meanwhile, the menu boasts about how they proudly serve gluten free options right on the bottom. He then said, "yeah, I'm pretty sure it is." He genuinely did not seem concerned. She ended up ordering it but felt uncomfortable about whether or not it was really safe for her. Another girl at the end of the table asked him to please double check, as it was really a serious allergy. He said, "Yeah I am going to ask the chef. I wasn't going to just ignore it and make all you girls mad." He had the snarkiest tone when he said it, and it was incredibly, incredibly rude. That right there gave us a bad taste in our mouths. He came back out and said he checked with the chef, and it was indeed gluten free. Food came out and all tasted good. But when a restaurant prides itself on gluten free options, and then makes it so hard to order, it's not a good look. We wouldn't be back.
