I wasn't able to give Ganzo 5 stars on our first visit due to a service issue so I wanted to post an update. Our first time here was a few months ago and we've eaten or ordered from here at least 5-7 times since. Each and every time has been phenomenal. If I had to describe Ganzo in 1 word it would be fresh! Ganzo has a large, comprehensive menu so I highly recommend reviewing it before arriving. Ganzo's menu says they specialize in Sushi, Ramen and Itzakaya (think Japanese Tapas) but have so much more. Here are a few of the things we really like and order again and again; Gyoza dumplings. They're hand made daily and the skins or outside pasta is SO light! They're the best dumplings we've ever had. They have pork, chicken, lobster with shrimp, edamame or vegetable and they're prepared in your choice of steamed or pan fried. I love the crisp crunch the delicate skins get when they're pan fried. 5 pieces in an order and they sell out when busy. Bao Buns. Again, daily made, fresh, fluffy and delicious. The crispy house made pickles are my favorite. 2 to an order and they come in beef or pork belly. of the Sushi, Sashimi or Poke dishes. Their fish here is exceptional. At most sushi places we normally stick with fish like Madai, Wahoo or Hamache which are premium or a little more expensive fish because it's always delicate & light. But, this is one of the few places, if not the only, that even when we have the more standard fishes like salmon, tuna or yellow tail it's just as light, delicate and satisfying. And the last one and the one I highly recommend is the Hamachi collar. It's a small plate item so it's perfect for an appetizer or tapas. It's broiled, not raw and is served with a lightly sweet dipping sauce. I don't care for a lot of fish once it's cooked, but this stays mild, light and becomes flaky when broiled. I think it's perfect for anyone that thinks they don't like fish. So if you're in West Delray or just looking for someplace new Ganzo won't disappoint. read more

Great food, great service, and great ambiance. Came here with one of my very good friends and we loved every minute of our experience. We got a few appetizers, ramen, and some desserts. All of which were so delicious. My favorite was the Salmon carpaccio. So fresh and flavorful. We both loved it! I always taste the broth so I can tell the ramen is good. I took one slurp and was immersed with so much flavor! It was sooooo good. And the desserts were the cherry on top of the perfect dining experience. Kevin the manager was so nice and helped us decide on what to order. And Our server Vinn was super attentive and on the ball with refilling our drinks and making sure we got everything we needed. I was there last week for my birthday (8/3) around lunch. I went by myself and just wanted to sit at the bar and have a drink and some sushi. Unfortunately, service was terrible. They were short staffed for lunch hour, the hostess was rude, and I waited 20 minutes at the bar for someone to come get my drink order. I wasn't even offered water. Then the sushi arrived and it was some of the worst sushi I've had. Very disappointing place and expensive for how bad the service was. Lovely ambiance inside and outside for dining. Very attentive staff and the food is top notch. The quality on the raw tuna surpasses most in Palm Beach County. Deep red and butter consistency. We visited on a Friday evening, it was pretty busy but we were seated quickly, service was kind, and the menu had lots of great options. When the food arrived to the table we were very excited because it looked amazing. Unfortunately the food just didn't have much flavor. Although it had great presentation, the food was just lacking in all 3 plates. The chicken for example was perfectly crisp but had zero seasoning or flavor. The last time we were there, the server yanked away our dishes before we were done and stacked the dirty dishes under our noses. When we complained, he just shrugged. For first timers, if you sign in with Yelp, they give you complementary dumplings that were to die for! It's also happy hour from opening to seven so we got sashimi and poke bowls. The trouble started when we checked in. We had an 8pm reservation and got there a few minutes early. Our reservation could not be found. We gave our confirmation number, then it was finally figured out. But the table we were seated at was not made for our number of guests. They had to squeeze one of us into an aisle even though there were open tables around us that had enough room! The waitress took our drink orders, then after about 20 minutes brought the drinks. At the time, the restaurant was NOT busy. We had finished all our drinks and we still hadn't ordered food or been asked if we would like more drinks. We waited another 30 minutes, then went to get our waitress. She asked if we wanted appetizers. We ordered 3 and entrees. After another 20 minutes, only one of the appetizers was served. We had to ask for the other 2. 40 minutes then passed and we had to track down the waitress to ask her where the 2 appetizers were and when our food would be ready. At this time, we noticed that nobody around us was eating. One person at our table was finally served her meal, but no one else got theirs! She finished her meal while we sat there with no food! The rest of us got our food 25 minutes later. It was ridiculous! No drinks were ever refilled and we were never asked if our meals were good. They were sub-par and overpriced. We had to beg for the check. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Save your money. We had to spend over $278 for the fiasco. read more

I love everything about this place!! Seriously, since the first time we tried it, we talk about it constantly. The food, especially the ramen is so good!! Be careful with the spice though. I thought I could handle a 4 but stayed safe with a 3. It was fantastic! But I will probably stick with a 2 from now on because 3 was just about my threshold. Great prices, great selection, 12-6 every day - can't complain. As for sushi we tried a selection and everything was really wonderful. A friend of mine had the cucumber rolls and they were fabulous too. Sapporo and Ichiban and tap - $5 at happy hour. Just sweet! I knocked off 1 star because we went for lunch one day and sat at a table opposed to the bar so we got the lunch menu. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and it wasn't good. The chicken was very rubbery and I actually only ate the rice with veg and sauce because the sauce was the best part. Another positive to note, is that the service here is too notch. This place is great! Went here on a date and we were immediately seated in season with no reservation. The menu has everything from ramen to poke bowls to sushi. We split the house saki and each got a roll. The food was great and the service was stellar too. I have always loved lemongrass and this new restaurant rivals the other locations. Theres inside and outside seating and its quiet enough to have an actual conversation. I had the Bahama roll with spicy conch and tuna and I recommend it! His was good, also. I'm definetely interested in trying out more of the menu. A lot of the menu is found at other Lemongrass locations and the Sea but some new additions have been added. This is my 3rd time eating here. My first time was back in August 2021. My Grandma took me here and we all enjoyed it then. 2nd time was Thanksgiving week for dinner with the whole family. This time there was 4 of us. Each visit the food was great, and everyone enjoyed their meals at each of the 3 visits. Service the first visit was fine no problems, but of course this was an August visit. Service the second visit I guess was fine. The big problem this time was after we got our appetizers and waiting forever for our meals. The waitress did come over and say the kitchen was backed up. That's the main reason for the 3. I did see lots of Togo orders. Not sure what happened in the kitchen that it got really slow, but that made me give a 3 this time.
